Shower leaked water all over the floor. Engineers failed to fix it. Room wasn't cleaned one day, which left us using same towels, although we used many towels on the floor. Shower pressure was weak. View was a bit disappointing since looking straight out of the door there was an old, dirty hotel to see. You need to go up to the door or outside to see the ocean and beach. Website said there was a free airport shuttle, which was a big reason I chose the Westin, but there isn't. Breakfast was good but cost of room should cover all occupants, not just 2 people and then you gotta pay more.

Left a jacket in the closet and realized after check out. The front desk confirmed the housekeeping team did not find it. I know for sure it was left behind in the closet because I had washed it , hanged it in the closet and never wore it again. Either the housekeeping team did not do a good job cleaning the room after the check out or someone took it.

Fine service, but hotel requires infrastructure upgrades.

Air conditioning in the room never got it cold, regardless of setting, and the room has a persistent dampness to it.

Rather than an office chair for the provided desk, a dining chair was poorly repurposed.

Wi-Fi was quick, but went out for 3-5 minute periods frequently.

Hot water was intermittent in the shower - sometimes quite hot, other times never more than lukewarm despite running 10-15 minutes.

Check-in was a little slow, but staff was friendly.

Room was large, clean, and appropriately furnished, but muggy, with a lingering mildew smell and persistent humidity. Air conditioning would not cool room under the mid 70s, and the persistent damp affected linens (particularly bedding).

Chairs were not particularly comfortable, and desk was an awkward height compared to the provided desk chair (desk tall, chair low), making extended computer based tasks slightly unpleasant.

Wi-Fi speeds were exceptional, and all lights and appliances worked.

Bed (with exception of dampness of bedding) was very comfortable and soft.

As a whole the stay was fine, but particularly good. The most noteworthy item was the environmental issues already discussed. Probably a below average experience for the price point, but not outright bad. If the room actually got cold (or even cool) and avoided the damp I would recommend, as it stands there are superior options at the same price.

The resort was beautiful with excellent service and everythingnwas very clean. My only complain is that everything that we ate from the beach bar was mediocre. Not worth the price at all. The shrimp on my ceasar salad were overvooked. Husband and i split a chicken sandwich that was dry and had no flavor at all. My steak burrito was stuffed with roast beef (like lunch meat) and not steak. Also the rice and queso in the burrito were both flavorless.
Our drinks at the bar were great and there were constantly attendants at the pool and shops. It really was a great time overall, but i would plan to do something else for lunch.

I went this hotel for 9night and 10days
Everything went wrong with 5 star hotel.. first this is not 5 star hotel more like 4 for overall and 1 for front desk staff. Over the 10 days all i heard was lying and excuse. First day took me 50 minute to check in and tired for traveling I want to take a shower, no towels.. call the front desk and told me right away bring me the towels but took over 1 hrs to bring it. 3rd day the room was not clean till 7 pm all i heard was short staff.. ask for clean the room before 2 pm never happen. All managers named amenda and karina and another night shift manager were also poor management. It was first time in Guam but location and all the good things I recommend Dusit Thani hotel. Please read the review and enjoy staying at different hotels except this lying staff.

What i didnt like was that things weren't always replaced or cleaned. For example, after i placed the robe with the towels, a new one never appeared. One of the hand towelswas missing on one day and it wasnt until the 4th day that new cups were put in the bathroom. Also, there were several places that were not cleaned. There was wgar looked like mold in the shower and either dried blood or something else near the tissue (Kleenex?)

Again though the positive is the staff was extremely nice.

I booked with breakfast and club house access, but the front desk told me it was not included. Later i figured my own that i should have an access and had to talk to the front desk to get them. No hot water, asked to change the room, and the hotel offered to downgrade from royal suite to queen suite or junior suite. Cannot believe what happened at this place. I believe all this is racial discrimination because usually asians cannot speak english and cannot talk it out to the front desk.

The service is great - the staff are nice and they really try to give you the best experience! The swimming pool and beach were amazing and the location was great.

But the hotel seems to be struggling a bit - the lounge literally only had cookies, the breakfast buffet and lounge cocktail buffet were meh

Run down and neglected hotel with a great staff.

This hotel resembles what I would imagine a hotel would look like after a zombie apocalypse. It is worn out, ignored and generally looks like a dump. Hot tubs have plywood over them, most of the restaurants are permanently closed, as is the spa. It's walking distance to a lot of places on the main strip along the beach but the property itself is in terrible condition. The staff was wonderful and friendly but Westin is letting them down by letting the property fall into disarray.

家族と滞在しました。2度目の滞在です。
２部屋予約してましたが、到着時に１部屋しか準備ができていなかったので待ってました。予約していた部屋よりもグレードアップしてくださり、また、テレビがつかないなどありましたが全てとても丁寧に、かつ、対応も完璧でした。スタッフの方も親切で、安心して宿泊出来ました。立地もよく、食事や買い物も便利です。

There is amusement park near by Westin.
This amusement park use dancing music and loud voice until 11 pm around. This music is very bad for family and older people We didn’t like only this thing. So, I never stay again, if situation is same.

This is a great hotel. The recent typhoon has affected the exterior, and due to the pandemic and low occupancy the spa has permanently closed. But it is still a great place to stay, service is excellent. There are a lot of military personnel on R&R, but the behave like anyone else just out for a vacation. Highly recommend.

The Westin Resort Guam used to be THE spot for luxury and consistency in high quality service and amenities. This visit was unfortunately none of that and the main reason was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom sink was draining slowly because the stopper was covered in gunk and hair. We were only there for two nights and we called the front desk in the morning after our first night to request that they clean the sink. They said someone would handle it that day. Nothing. We called again that afternoon and still, nothing. That night, we delivered said sink stopper to the front desk so they could see for themselves but by that time, it was too late as we were leaving early the next morning. We also had to ask the housekeeper to sweep the floor for us as she was about to leave the room without doing so. These seem like basic things for any hotel but especially for the Westin and at almost $400 a night, there is really no excuse for dirty rooms.

Unfortunately, they didn’t prepare for the room that I booked and they even said that there was nothing they can do until the hotel manager showed up. The office manager did her best, but I don’t think I will stay this hotel again.

The property is not a 5 Star Westin as you are used to. This hotel has extreme mold all on the outside. The bathrooms are filled with black mold. They play very loud music every night and since the rooms are circular going up, you can hear everything. It goes from 6:30pm to 9:30pm EVERY NIGHT!! This is NOT a hotel to go to if you are on business. You will not be able to work in a quiet room or get to sleep before 9:30pm. I will never stay here again while in Guam. Staff are friendly but have no say so over anything when something is wrong. They always say I cannot help you, but maybe my manager can.

I thought I would have a much better time considering it was my wife and I’s honeymoon. Overall, my stay was okay. Check-in time was 3PM but the room wasn’t ready and I even arrived around 4PM. They also tried to charge my wife and I for having our Service Dog with us too. We had to remind and show them that it is against the law to do that. A corner of the room smelled of urine. We only stayed a few days so all in all it wasn’t too bad.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the view was nice. The location of the hotel is perfect for shopping and eating. It was sad to see that many of the stores had to close because of covid, but was told that several are scheduled to reopen.

There is a very large parking structure on the property, but it was always full, even though the hotel was not full. There were functions taking place at the hotel, but many people were not staying there. They were just there for the party. Therefore, it forced many guests to park in the very low levels. Paying hotel guests should have the priority.
Our room was very nice and quiet.
I especially appreciated the staff for letting us check in early!!

This place STUNK !!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE location that ruined lour vacation in Guam. It was so bad that we actually hung out at the Outrigger and Hyatt for meals and cocktails !!!!

The Westin chain will never get my business again !!!!

Worst hotel I've ever been in. Hotel is really old and doesn't seem like its been renovated for years and years! The room and the carpet look really old. Because of their name and the amount you pay for it, you'd think you'd get a good stay but, no!! Definitely sad that I stayed in this hotel. Wish I did research 1st, or checked into the Hyatt or another hotel!

When I went to my room after check-in, the \"Don't Disturb\" tag was on the doorknob and it seemed that there were still customers.
Despite booking a taxi at 5am the day before, the doorman took taxis to the other guests, and the front desk apologizes and calls for a new taxi. But a new taxi was also given to another guest by the doorman. The doorman said \"I don't recognize your booking taxi!\" There was no coordination between the front desk and the doorman at all.

Room was spacious and clean. But pool and beach were crowded and small. Condition doesn’t look like good. After swimming, if you would like to find laundry room, they have only two washing machine. There is not coin change machine, you need to go down to lobby. of lots of customers, staffs looks busy. Service was business like. The hotel has good location but i am not sure that i am going to stay again.

I liked that the hotel was in walking distance to everything. The beach was very clean. The pool was ok. The bar at the pool only had one bartender working so it took forever to get a drink. The rooms are nice and clean. We had a balcony with no furnitures so you couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the view.

The air conditioners were awful. We spent the first night in a room that was 78. They moved us the next day, which was a pain, and that room never reached below 70. We wanted a resort so we could relax in the hotel but with air conditioners as they were it was difficult. House keeping missed our room completely saying we had the do not disturb sign up, which we didn't, so we ended up having to ask for towels and pile up the trash. There was a microwave on the 8th floor that was never cleaned out, had the same spilt food in it the whole time. Everyone always speaks highly of the Westin, but it didn't meet our expectations. The large chairs outdoors on the beach were covered in black mold, which I'm severely allergic to, so forget that. Ants were everywhere outside as well, no attempt to spray or treat it, so I was constantly doing a jig to keep them off of my feet at the pool. With more upkeep and a/c upgrades we would be willing to return.

Great stay

Room was perfect for family with young children. The beds are very comfortable and big enough for us. We also enjoyed the in room dining service. Free high speed wifi. The only thing we didn't like was the shower area- so tight that the water goes into the sides of the glass door. And when you open the door, the water overflows and goes to the whole bathroom floor. Hopefully they can fix that issue. And hopefully they upgrade their toilet into a bidet one for more convenience. Overall, we really had a great stay and will book again here.

Some spot in the room was dusty.
The hotel view was terrible.
The light bulb was blinking when we arrived.
Overall hotel condition, i felt it is quite old.
