The Grind, which is a 24-hour cafe is well stocked and has fresh food daily. I would go there at 5:30 am daily for 2 weeks and see them replace unbought items-meaning that food is always fresh!

The location in central Tumon is perfect, with plenty of shops and dining options within walking distance. The pool is beautiful, and the beach right in front makes it even better.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were exceptional—thank you for the early check-in and the late check-out at 50% off. The lobby also stood out, with its lovely fragrance and luxurious atmosphere.

My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated in soft pastel tones, creating a relaxing tropical feel. The ocean view made the stay even more special. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities: four bottles of water provided daily, plus a hallway water dispenser, so I never needed to buy water.

The buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of internationally inspired dishes. The seafood was a highlight, especially the tuna—I went back for it several times.

Traveling alone, I especially appreciated the restaurant manager who kindly took the time to chat with me while I dined, which made the experience more enjoyable.

The hotel app was very convenient—I could chat with staff, request housekeeping (always done while I was out), and receive discounts at the restaurants.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked my next visit as soon as I got home. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Room was clean, the staff was nice, the beach was beautiful, the pool was well maintained, the spa was very relaxing, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good as well. It was well located close to lots of shops to walk to and the free parking was a bonus for the few times we wanted to explore a little further away.

The room was in bad condition, the shower door didn’t sit correctly so the door didn’t shut all the way. The fridge had a leak, the drinks was cold but there was a leak constantly under the fridge. The TVs weren’t working properly when we entered and the window shutter in the dinning room didn’t work for opening nor shutting. The price for the room was too much for the issues in the room and wasn’t worth it.

Upon check in had to wait an hour to get a my keys rooms weren't ready, should at least upgrade us, front desk want to assign our rooms on same floor, paid for 2 rooms we got 7th floor , for the many times staying, it would of be nice to upgrade us , Sink was clogged.

The top hotel in Guam in terms of location and amenities. Only issue is that despite being a top hotel, there is a separate charge to use the basic beach chairs on the beach in front of the hotel. Also, love the drinking water dispensers so folks can use a reusable water bottle, but the areas around them seemed wet and damp due to overflows.

The hotel's pool and activity area is perfect for families with small children. The restaurant by the beach makes it convenient to have a nice lunch to take a break from enjoying the beach. The only thing we somewhat noticed is that the room is somewhat outdated and could use updating.

The property was located in a convenient area stores around the pool was okay but not what expected based on the pictures. The rooms while relatively clean are old and out dated. After the the air freshener wears off you can distinctly smell an old mildew type smell. The windows are not sound proof so you hear the streer nosie from outside and thats from the 14th floor. Overall this was a good stay but not worth the money i checked out a few other more updated hotels and will be staying at one of those in the future

Robert did an excellent job assisting me at the Front Desk. Due to my last-minute booking, I checked-in later in the evening on 07/17/25. However, Robert went above and beyond communicating with Housekeeping to ensure I did not have to wait for hours to access my room. He was very hospitable and even upgraded my room which I appreciated. Robert took the extra step while I waited in the lobby, to walk to my room and verify that the air-condition temperature was good. Robert and staff also added an oscillating fan in my room just in case I wanted it to be extra cold. My overall experience was excellent! Robert and staff deserve to be recognized for displaying the true spirit of hospitality. Thank you!

When we got our room, it was a little hot, but I assume only because it hasn’t been turned on and we just checked in at 3 o’clock in the afternoon however when we came back from dinner, it was still hot and it was 8 o’clock at night. I really do appreciate that we were upgraded to a higher floor and a bigger spacious room that really saved the night and the customer service and the front desk was really quick on their feet and really did try to help me.

This is my first time here at the dusit Beach resort and I know previous before it was outrigger hotel.

Basically, I did enjoy my stay at that hotel and knowing that I’m a local and I was treated with such kindness and excellent service I would return back

Checking in was hectic due to a bomb threat that occurred around check in. But we don’t hold that against the establishment. We are a family of 6 so we booked 2 rooms. We hoped for adjoining but would’ve been fine being on the same floor. Nope, 11th and 16th floor. No vouchers for the other room and family members. Staff at front desk seemed flustered when we checked in late but we did prepay for the room to save our reservation. The restaurant staff(palm cafe, beach grill) and pool staff were all very pleasant and professional. The housekeeping ladies were awesome. They were quick and efficient and also very friendly to the children. Overall great stay, next time will request specifically for adjoining rooms or same floor.

It was one of the best resorts I've ever stayed in. The people were exceptionally nice and helpful. I don't usually like buffets, but they have two a day—breakfast and lunch—with completely different choices and both were EXCELLENT. It was about $30/meal without a package. Stay in a room with access to the Club Floor if you like Happy Hour. It is daily from 4-7p with finger food. If you eat at the buffet, this is plenty for dinner. When you walk out the side door, you're ON the beach. Towels are provided. Water is easy sand walk in (no drop offs and no stones).

We loved the property and its beach location. The water is so clean and calm. Great option especially for families with children. The water does not get deep so it is very safe. You can also see fish with snorkel masks. The hotel was a good mix of people of all ages. We loved our stay!

This property is in a great location, that’s why we chose it. We had a brief encounter with the front desk and the “‘manager” had a bit of an attitude when we were understandably upset that our room wasn’t ready hours after check-in.
We stayed in three different rooms and the AC wasn’t the best in any of them. There are areas that definitely need improvement, but overall, we’d stay here again. We’d probably book a higher room rate type of room though. It seems they take better care of those rooms.

Too many great things to say. I'm retired militay and returned to Guam for the 1st time in 13 years with my family of 4. Location was perfect and easily walkable to most stores and restaurants in Tumon. Free parking. Beautifully landscaped pool and grounds right off the beach. I wish they were a little more flexible with their pool policy as you cannot sponsor a guest or buy a pool pass for them as many other hotels offer. Rooms were cleaned every days and staff was extremely polite and helpful. Overall great stay and would love to stay there again.

It has access to Tumon Beach and is the best location to connect directly to the shopping center.

The resort swimming pool is divided into a kids pool and a swimming pool, and it is sufficient to use it depending on the purpose of the guest, and guests who prefer marine activities can use Tumon Beach directly connected to the resort swimming pool.

It is a resort that maintains a perfect level of condition overall, and it should be liked by travelers who are planning a family and lover vacation.

One disadvantage is that there are always many guests because this resort is favored by many tourists, and the resulting speed of service can be felt slowly from a tourist's point of view.

However, this problem is based on the individual tourist's tendency, and it may be an inconvenience to be endured if you want a resort with a preferred location and condition.

Personally, the most impressive part was the service mindset and professional consciousness of the manager and staff. I would like to compliment you for actively coping with my inconvenience during your stay and for your continuous follow-up management.

Hotel had NO real amenities very basic; Over Priced; Staff- front desk gave run around a concerning room, odd/ even original room was on the side where sea food can be smelled being cooked from ground Restaurant; I possessed and allergy to seafood tried to switch to higher floor which was useless could still smell it in the area room was located on the same side, STAFF at front said NO available rooms on even side they are all booked up (for tourists) then suddenly a room comes available makes NO sense hotel was just reserving a specific side even number for tourists with the view. Local people also help to keep your hotel afloat; WILL never book a room at this hotel again

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!

I booked this hotel for a two-day stay but had to check out a day early due to the general condition of my room. I arrived three hours before check-in to see if I could check in early, but I was not permitted to. You'd think my room would be pristine after waiting three hours to check in. I got to my room, and the beds were made, but the bathroom was dreadful. The tub had a large dent in it, and the shower head had water stains. There was a lot of dust and hair on the bathroom floor boards. If you wish to stay at the Dusit, I prefer its sister hotel, which is more expensive, or the Hyatt.

Room was supposed to be ocean view but we were place in the corner, in which half the ocean was blocked by a wall.

Air conditioning was not working. Room was very warm from the beginning of stay. They weren’t able to fix the unit, so they brought an electric fan. The fan itself was dusty and was blowing out dust balls.

We explained all the issues to the front desk and they said they could not offer any rate adjustment but the manager did offer access to buffet or the pool.

We opted not to accept any of the offers.

Our stay was not worth the price we paid for it.

This is the old Outrigger hotel.

Best part is access to Dusit Thani which has better restaurants, newer building and view of the sunset than the beach resort.

We did have the ocean front room and it was spacious and clean. Beautiful view of the sunset.

Staff was cordial when approached but we didn’t interact or see them too much to be honest.

All in all a good visit. I would want to stay at Dusit Thani next time to see that experience.
