Room was spotless and very chic. Always plenty of staff to help with any needs I had. The whole resort was in excellent condition. Food within the resort was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this resort. Housekeeping was outstanding too! The staff were all excellent.

Mr. & Mrs. G: Generally we were very pleased with our stay in the Crown Plaza(CP). We stayed 7 nights at the CP after spending 5 nights in the Tsubaki Tower hotel. We actually preferred CP to Tsubaki.

Pros of CP, the sea infront of the hotel was a big plus point for us, and the water was amazing for swimming/ snorkelling/ paddling, also with walks along the Tumon beach each day too. The CP staff were all very friendly, with the exception of the GF cafe staff. The accommodation was nice, with a great view of Tumon beach from the 11th floor. The Christmas dinner(on 25 Dec) was fabulous!

Cons of CP, the AC system seemed to malfunction at night time, despite setting the room AC controls at 16 degrees celsius, so much so that the room was uncomfortably hot at night time. The room cleaning was very late each day and was very superficial. The bed linen didnt smell clean and the foam mattess was uneven like a very old foam. The gym needs more weight lifting equipment.

A special mention of thanks to the GM Yuj Akima who was an inspirational leader amongst all the staff, being very hands on and always on duty. Also, Tom on the check in desk was extremely professional and very friendly towards us. Lastly, Ana and Marisol were very attentive to all our needs during breakfasts and at the Christmas dinner.

We enjoyed our staff but when we booked the room it was at full capacity whether was inclement . We had the family room and wanted our kids to be able to enjoy the pool unfortunately it was closed . We were hoping to use the pool at a latter time to enjoy the full experience especially since we spent nearly $500 on a room but we were offered any incentive for the pool

Beautiful recently remodeled hotel

Beautiful recently remodeled hotel with nice pool next to the beach 9.5/10. Hotel room was good size and beds were fairly comfortable and good size. Room had small fridge, bottles of water and heated kettle with coffee/tea. Bathroom was beautifully remodeled with turquoise accents including the shower, which I appreciated the darker color. This also was coordinated with the rest of the room and throughout the hotel. This was probably my favorite thing about this hotel.

Bedding was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Didn’t mind paying a little extra for the VIP stay, but was a little disappointed that the buffet was not available the day we checked in. My wife is very picky but she also enjoyed the buffet.

I was just there for an overnight trip. The staff was friendly and professional. However, the front desk person was indifferent to my mentioned that there was no hot water for my shower. He gave some excuse about maintenance being done, which i know was not truthful or accurate. Certainly there was no apology. other than “sorry”

What i did not like is house keeping....why is hoyse keeping sliw in cleaning rooms like 5pm or one time 7pm.it should be done in the morning while we are out not when we are resting already.our room was serviced once at 7 days stay bec.it was late in pm.

The staff went above and beyond. Their assistance in shuttle pick up was great. The room happened to be ready early so I was able to get the room even though I arrived early. From start to finish the service was some of the best I've seen from any hotel establishment in a while.

Quiet and comfortable

Hotel is right on the beach. Rooms are quiet, beds and pillows are comfortable. Hot water kettle, instant coffee and tea provided. There is a laundry room on the second floor. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. If you are an IHG member book directly through the hotel because you will not learn rewards if you book through Hotels.com 😥

저희는 5명 가족들이 가서 스위트에 머물었는데 직원들 친절하고 서비스도 시설도 좋았어요. 근데 호텔이 전체적으로 습해요. 물에 젖은 지갑과 핸드폰이 liquid detected라는 메세지 뜨면서 고장은 아닌듯한데 마르질 않았어요 ㅠㅠ 지갑은 가죽인데 마지막날에도 물이 나올 정도로 습하고요. 한쪽 벽에는 작은 물줄기가 미세하게 간간히 있고요. 제습 시스템만 잘 되어 있으면 정말 좋을거 같아요

The only thing I'd like the management to improve is the lighting in the bathroom. In the middle of the night if you go to the bathroom, the lights are so bright it would blind you and wake you up completely. If there was a secondary dimmer light, it would improve immensely. Thanks.

とても快適な時間を過ごせました。
落ち着いた空間が好きなので、選びました。他のホテルよりも小さい子供も少なく、大人向けのホテルでのんびりグアムを満喫したい方にはおすすめです。
また、日本人の総支配人が度々ロビーに居てくださるので些細な事でも質問したり対応してくださったり本当に助かりました。
1番は、航空機のトラブルによりもう一泊延長しなければならなかったのですが、同じ部屋で手配してくださったりと困っている私たちに迅速に丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。
他のスタッフさんも丁寧で、クラブラウンジの居心地、食事は最高でした！
大人のグアムを楽しみたいなら是非こちらのホテルをおすすめします。

The kids pool was closed, and I chose this hotel because of that. The direct beach access is not available. This hotel is not worth the price! This hotel would not allow me to cancel my reservation even with 3 weeks notice!!! I will choose a different hotel next time!

Excellent customer service at check-in. Hotel staff are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the morning is outstanding, with a wide variety of foods from which to select. The coffee is great! The hotel is slightly dated, however, it is incredibly clean and the rooms are very nice and stylish. Shower-head/faucet in bathroom is a little lower than I expected, but manageable. It will be a little difficult for taller people. Only a few English speaking channels on TV. Internet connections in room and throughout hotel are good. The hotel is connected to a large Mall.

Hotel seems unable to accommodate and keep up with demand whether it’s getting your room ready on time (3hrs late), providing adequate space for guests at pool, keeping up with food/drink orders by the pool, and buffet is overpriced for how hit and miss it is. As far a service goes, front desk, food & bev, and room service workers were all extremely nice & friendly. Lifeguards were ok. The property itself looks a lot better, but still needs a lot of work. Beach access was inconvenient, towel access by pool is inconvenient as you have to walk from one side of hotel to the other to get a towel if you’re in the kid pool area. Even though there was a towel drop off/pick up station I was told by lifeguard that they don’t pass out towels there, even though I picked one up from there the day before. Hotel is just inconsistent all around. Seems like a work in progress so I may try it out again.

Overall property was excellent, but IHG member dont have much importance in comparison to non member. My co-worker who is a non IHG member has better treatment than me during our visit. Given 2 twin beds with gov't rate and was not given preferred window view when requested.

It's a nicely renovated property and the staff are friendly. Room was mostly clean, though I found the luggage tag/sticker from the previous guest on the floor in the bathroom. Front desk should check the system before telling the customer that they need to charge them for another night (I paid in full when I checked in).

Great place for families!

Kids loved the new kids pool and it was friendly for parents with little and bigger kids. They need to add more shade around the pool for parents and kids to rest. Rooms were good size for family of four and well set up. The Terrace Resturant had good food but price. We like the ambiance of the hotel.

The staff were GREAT... There was no ironing board and iron available any where in the hotel... they have gone to steamers... They DON'T work Can only get buffet now in the restaurant. No small meals except at the bar. They need planter boxes outside by the front door ... too much cement.. I miss the old Fiesta.. No comparison ..

For this price I expected a lot more from this property, and I would not stay here again.

Pros: hotel is close to the airport and the shuttle driver was waiting when we arrived. It was a nice service after a very long flight and the price seemed reasonable at $12 per per/per way.

Cons: the rooms were dated. The mattress was as hard as a rock and absolutely abysmal to sleep on. The shower head was a hot mess and water leaked from the bottom of the tub. To end a rough nights sleep, there is not a coffee option in the room nor was there coffee in the lobby.

Overall super dosapppointing for a pretty high price point. Would recommend finding an alternative.
