The room was dusty, doors were chipped. The entire room was outdated and falling apart. Housekeeping only comes every other day. So, trash won't be picked up daily and trash bags won't be available. The pool floor is rough and tears your skin. Unable to use the tubs and jacuzzi was out of order.

Very nice front desk staff. Some of the appliances in the hotel room were incredibly outdated, but you could tell they were slowly modernizing them. The A/C worked well enough, not super cold but still comfortable. Really nice partial ocean view, and having a washer/dryer in the hotel room itself was beyond convenient. Quiet and clean, would stay here again!

Bathrooms were dingy amd nasty, drains full of gunk, grime in the toilet amd tub. Doors were old and broken and falling off the hinges. Shelves and drawers were broken and uneven.

Air conditioner broke, had to use a fan, didnt help.

Pool was old and gross. Hot tub was out of order.

The pictures of this property are at least 20 years old, same furniture in rooms and prob not cleaned In All the years. Place not as advertised, not a good value for the money. However the staff was wonderful, attentive and did not give us a hard time when we told them we were switching hotels.

Saw 2 cockroaches while there, shower is luke warm, only one elevator works and then you have to go thru the pool to get to the old building. they lock you in at night and you cannot open the door from the inside, I almost called the fire department to report this. Rust stain bath tub where the shower curtain wont stay up. People there are nice and realize they work at a dump. Nice on site store open from 9 to 9 and a good beach. No way is it worth the pricet. would sleep in my car before going back there.

The property is a dated condo. The living room furniture is uncomfortable and there is only one TV. We liked that it had a kitchen and two bathrooms. It is also located on the beach. The receptionist and housekeeping were nice and accommodating.

False advertisement. Property was dirty. Appliances dated unkept and unclean. Only 1 trash can located in bathroom. Mold and grime on bathroom walls and floor. There were buggers on the wall, hair on the floor. Not worth the price! However the clerks in the front were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is no 4 star.
Rooms were clean but overall condition of hotel was very tired. Only one of three elevators in working condition and areas of hotel were closed off with no intent to ever open again.

The staff was was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

It was a plus it’s a pet-friendly. However, upon check-in called to inform them I have a pet with me checking in, none of them put any notes when I have clearly stated via telecom. And had to wait more than 30 mins in the lobby which is uncomfortably warm no A/C because they have to move my room to a different room.Secondly, I requested to do a late check out the next day at 5 pm. Same thing happened they did not note it down. It’s just disappointing

We rented a 3-bedroom unit which at first glance, seemed fairly clean and decent when we entered it. A closer look though exposed so much hair on the floor of the entire unit(even hair on the sink and the toilet bowl). We informed the front desk about the situation but unfortunately, because it was already late in the evening, housekeeping was not available. With that, we requested for a broom and dustpan so we can clean the unit ourselves. We were told, "we don’t have a broom and dustpan". Unbelievable. After firmly requesting for them again, a front desk employee delivered the items to our room. Other than the digusting floors, more disappointing was the fact that we received zero follow up the next day from the front desk regarding the issue. At the very least, as basic service, the front desk should have done a follow-up call to check if we needed any assistance. I guess they figured we were happy and satisfied that we swept the floor ourselves.

Its a condo so more than enough rooms, but room outdated, needs painting, cabinets dusty, oven rusted, air con needed maintenance to make room colder. lobby nice but hot, pool area needs to be cleaned as well as no restaurants to purchase food when conditions to go outside is bad.

20년된 구축 아파트단지의 29평형 아파트라고 생각하면 됨.
넓은 방 2개 (킹사이즈 침대1 더블2개) 욕조있는 화장실 2개 세탁기/건조기가 거실에.
수건을 주지 않는다는 리뷰가 있었는데, 프론트에 달라고 하면 언제든지 새 수건을 줌

Loved location as it's near by airport, along the main road, and in front of beach. Pool was clean and big. The view from room window was spectacular.

We stayed at two bed room condo. Each room was big enough.
Kitchen and laundry machine helped a lot to travel with kids.

I like that the lobby was secured, only guest with the card were able to get in and use the elevators. I like there was a small convenience store at the lobby.
I didn't like that the kitchen was not fully prepared, no cleaning supplies, no sponges, no paper towel, no coffee maker, no cookware to cook. I book this place mainly because of the kitchen but it was a big disappointment.

I stayed in a two bedroom condo with partial ocean view. It had a nice little patio with chairs.
The unit was furnished in a simple but functional manner. It had a kitchen and laundry in the unit which was very convenient.
The unit looks like it has had little update since initial construction in 1990 but that's no problem for me. I'll be staying there again.

The room was very good...very spacious & clean. The A/C worked wonderfully (very necessary), comfortable beds and the WiFi worked flawlessly after a little initial monkeying with the in-room router. There's a great view of the Tamuning resort and bay area from my side of the hotel from the 11th floor balcony. The pool was well maintained, and the beach access was very convenient (though the beach itself was surprisingly small).
The room amenities were nice; I especially enjoyed having a full kitchenette so I didn't have to eat out every meal, however, there was nothing provided by the hotel to accompany the amenities...no dish soap or towels for the kitchen sink, no dishwasher detergent and no filters or coffee for the full-sized coffee maker. I expected to have to provide laundry detergent, but these others caught me by surprise, as they are provided by other residence hotels I've stayed at previously. Is it a Guam thing? It also would've been nice to have a "Welcome" binder with hotel and local information.
Lastly, the majority (all?) of the common spaces downstairs were not air conditioned. I like to get out of my room sometimes to read a newspaper or enjoy a beverage in the hotel lobby or do some people watching, etc, but the heat and humidity throughout the common spaces precluded any activity there other than passing through.

This place is in clear need of renovation. The building on the outside needs serious rework or pant. Main lobby is in serious need of renovation as well, as there was not much staff to greet you. The place looked like it was either going under-construction or just was done half was as it is running out of funds. The room decor was completely outdated. Seems like you are walking back into the 90's. Water pressure needs improvement along with the hot water. However, the staff was nice and professional. The rooms are clean and spacious but they could do a lot better with the space they have in the room for the guests. With all the space they had a extremely small tv that doesn't fit the room. The internet was spotty in some areas of the room as well. I would recommend this for couple/business/family and friends. Or just yourself if you like to have lots of space to yourself.

No where near my expectations. I had to take pictures to help remind myself of all of the things that we wrong. It was abundantly clear to me from the outset that the ownership of this facility is deferring maintenance, allowing the place to fall into disrepair, fixing things when then must and doing it as cheaply as possible. The lobby was dark and warm when we arrived. On top of everything being old and warn, we encountered the following: Water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling of our room. The WiFi was not connected to the Internet. A TV remote was missing. The kitchen sink leaked onto the floor. Several light bulbs burned out. The Ice maker had been removed from the frig. The main burner of the stove is jacked at an angle (they replaced the drip guard underneath with one that is too small) making it nearly useless. The frig door would not close completely on its own. The carpets were warn and stained. The 2 landline phones in the room were dead. Automatic doors were out of order, soda machine out of order. The parking garage has no lighting. The mold has been allowed to grow more than I like - the Expedia pics are a misrepresentation of the condition of this place.

Nothing cockroaches

Room is quite clean I had not seen cockroaches at room although I always see it other condo including Hawaiian condo.
Kitchenware is not enough, you may need to ask hotel before reservation.
There is nothing supermarket near the hotel, you need to get a car at the airport. The nearest convenience store does have hot meal but only drinks and snacks. There is nothing restaurant and room service at the hotel.

Perhaps this stay was doomed from the start. I made the original booking to start on the wrong day (I forgot about the date change when going from the mainland to Guam). And even though I caught the mistake and phoned customer service within 30 minutes after booking the reservation (one of those prepaid, non-refundable ones), the property manager refused to modify the reservation and we ended up paying for the first night anyway. Hotels.com however made an accommodation separately, for which I am grateful. When we arrived, the first room we were given was not completely clean and was infested with cockroaches. There were even living and dead cockroaches in the refrigerator. The staff were apologetic and quickly moved us to another room. This one appeared to be clean and not infested. On the second morning there, I was heading out for a morning walk on the beach and slipped on the stairs, hitting my head and ending up in the urgent care. Management seemed appropriately concerned and apologetic, and were clearly aware the steps are a slipping hazard (there is a sign) and made a point of telling me the property is regularly inspected and passes all the safety reviews. Later we received some gift certificates from management to a restaurant, we weren't sure the restaurant would honor them because the expiration dates had been crossed out and changed, so we made no attempt to redeem them, and to be honest it was not a restaurant we would have chosen to dine in.

the most terrible hotel i have ever stayed in.

firstly i was given a different room to what i booked with the bedroom facing the main road and no aur confitioning and no witeless. No sleep first night.
second day asked to move to room on other side of the hotel this was offered by the hotel at an extra $200 per night, then offered our original booking room which we moved to but again no wifi and no aircon. and no telephone. jacuuzi in pool area disgusting and smelly
left hotel and went to a better one - never book this hotel

Too far from everything! Needs renovations.

Costs 60$ in cabs round-trip to get to the nice part of Guam where the strip is with the restaurants, beaches and shopping is. There is only a shuttle to GPO where all the outlets are as there is nothing decent to eat within 5 minutes walking distance, especially for breakfast. Near a busy road, so you hear cars and not the nearby ocean. Decent view. Pool looked ok, but never used because we left for a better hotel after a day. Hotel book says there are safes, but there was none in our room so had to carry our docs with us everywhere. The room itself was very clean but maintenance performed is very poorly done and not in the interest of looking good at all. Seems more for long term stays for people who rent cars and don't want to spend too much. I didn't try the beach nearby because it looked abandoned, nothing seemed to be going on. The lobby was huge but dark and what seemed like a store or restaurant is full of unused furniture all stacked on top of each other. The staff was incredibly nice, though. They were always helpful and interested in our comfort.

The hotel has seen better days. It's definitely dated and a but worn out. That being said, it was clean and the staff was very nice.

My room was huge with two bedrooms, a large family room, and a kitchen/laundry. It would be good for longer stays or with large groups.

Very nice hotel, close to the beach!

I got this hotel as a going away part for my boyfriend. I got the executive penthouse & it was beautiful. The view from the balcony was amazing & I loved that there was 2 floors & a full kitchen! The 2 rooms downstairs were a good size & one of them had the balcony attached to it. Me & my boyfriend had the master bedroom which was huge!it had & very nice shower & a walk in closet (which we didn't stay long enough to take advantage of) t
The only con about this place was that the AC was terrible! It almost felt like there wasnt any AC at all. we were all sitting around in our bathing suits & were still really hot. We lowered the AC & it just didn't seem to help at all. We figured since we were only staying one night that we could endure it but I couldn't imagine staying longer than that with no AC. I mean, this is guam lol
Overall it was an amazing hotel with great views & the pool & hot tub & the beach literally feet away was awesome. If definitely stay here again!

The Hotel Staff cannot make a decision on anything without calling a manager. The manager does not show up in the mornings and is not there in the early afternoons. If you need anything better make reservations to speak with the manager. Do not plan on using internet at this so rated 4 star resort. there is not any internet connections or WiFi in the rooms or in the lobby area. There is not a business center there either.

一週間滞在でした。前回は8ヶ月前もこちらで泊まっています。今回は延泊もスタッフのRolandがそのままの部屋でとってくれたり、スタッフはみなフレンドリー、そして優しいです。
施設は古いですがきれいにされています、立地はもともと最高だし、私たちはとても楽しめました。また直ぐに戻ってきます。

設備は一通りそろっていて、景色もオーシャンビューで最高でした。
お部屋も清潔に掃除されていて、気持ちよく滞在できました。
残念だったのは、バルコニーに出る一番大きなドアが壊れていて開かなかったことです。

立地はタモン中心地から約7kmほど離れているので、車がないと少し不便かもしれません。今回はずっとタクシー移動でした。
その分、人も少なく、目の前のビーチはほぼ完全なプライベートビーチのようで、静かにのんびり過ごすには最高のロケーションでした。

ロケーションはレンタカーを借りていたので、大変良かったが、レンタカー無しでは少し不便だと思う。
施設はさすがに古さを否めなかったが、家族で過ごすには広めの部屋だったので快適に過ごせた。
滞在期間中に3日間もプールがメンテナンスの為使えず、子供達はガッカリして、リゾートに来たのに［プール使用不可］は一部返金レベルの問題だと思います。1週間の長期滞在だったから半分はプール利用できましたが、他のお客様によっては、3日間ぐらいの滞在でフルにプール利用不可のお客様もいたのではなかったかしら?と他人事ながら心配しました。
コスト重視で選べば、それなりの滞在は楽しめます。部屋からのオーシャンビューがリゾート気分を上げて、癒やしてくれました。

到着便が遅かったので、空港から近いホテルとして滞在しました。
ホテルは古いですが、部屋は広く、洗面所が２つあるのはとてもよかったです。スタッフはフレンドリーでした。
周りには何もないですが、静かでビーチフロントのホテルでした。朝ごはんに歩いて行けるコーヒーショップがありました。少しの滞在にはとてもいいと思います。
車がないと不便だと思うので、レンタカーかタクシーが必須だと思います。

コンドミニアムでの過ごし方を理解していれば、然程の不自由はないと言えます。
ただ記載の情報で分かりずらい点が幾つか有りました。
ウェルカムドリンクは有りません。
室内にセキュリティボックス無し、ウォシュレット無し、タオルはバスタオルのみ(フロントコンシェルジュに伝えれば交換対応は有ります)、ベッドは掛け布団は無くシーツのみです。
キッチン周りでは湯沸かしポット無し。トースターは食パンを２枚を縦に入れるタイプです。ナイフは切れない物でした。
当然ながらキッチン周りは調味料、オイル等無し、キッチンペーパー、ラップやアルミホイル等なし。
洗濯洗剤は有りません。
その他、利用時に付け加える点としては屋外プールが有りますが、こちらはレストランを併設していない施設なので、よく有ると思われるプールサイドのお店は無し。といった感じです。
交通や移動の注意点は「赤いバス」は通っていません。利用しようとしても一番近いバス停まで徒歩で2～30分掛かります。タモンまでタクシーで＄25程度だったと思います。
タモン湾が見渡せて美しい眺めです。リゾートホテルが密集している環境の喧騒は無縁なのでのんびり出来ます。

部屋は広くてよかったのですが、部屋に髪の毛の塊が落ちていた。ベランダの窓の鍵が閉まらなかった（すぐに対応していただき直してもらった）。シャワーを使った後水滴が止まらなく夜中も気になった。
スタッフは、好感のもてる人が２人いましたが、無愛想な人もいました。

浴室の天井から水漏れしていて修理対応できずエアコンを消すと止まった為部屋半分のエアコンを使えず寝る時暑かった。
部屋の交換もしてもらえなかった。
5泊した3日目向かいの部屋でローカルの若者が15〜20人ほどでパーティーしていて騒音が酷く眠れなかった。
もう利用する事は無いと思う。

レンタカー利用での滞在でしたので、立地等に関しての不便は全くありませんでした。むしろGPOに近隣で他の飲食店も豊富でした。施設コンディションに関しては、確かに経年ダメージは見受けられますが、こちらに限らず、ほぼグアム全般の宿泊施設に大小散見されることですし、水回りも及第、部屋も広くて清潔、実に快適に過ごすことができました。コスパに関しては高評価に値すると思います。次回旅行する機会があれば、選択肢の上位に位置するであろう印象のホテル(コンドミニアム)でした。日本人スタッフはゼロのようですが、タイミング良くネイティブレベルで日本語を話すスタッフの方に担当していただいて、会話も弾み安心感を得ることができました。

口コミ通り、エレベーター3台中、稼働していたのは、真ん中の1台だけでした。
受付は、日本語が少し分かる方もいて、フレンドリーで良い感じでしたが、部屋のエアコンの効きが悪く、寝苦しかったのと、3泊目の夜にバスルームの排水口から水が逆流し、メインフロアまで水が流れてきました。夜だったので、応急処置だけしてくれましたが、翌日、朝から修理に来ると言っていたのに、お昼前になっても来てくれませんでした。仕方なく出かけたのですが、帰って来たら、フロアの床の水だけ拭き取ってあり、バスルームは、そのままでした。出かける前の話では、ルームチェンジと言っていたのに、違うスタッフに変わっていて、空いてる部屋が無いと言われ、もめました。
結局、新しい部屋にしてもらえましたが、時間もかかり、夜遅い引っ越しとなり、荷物も多かったので大変でした。
4泊したので、自炊もしましたが、現地では小さめの調味料を手に入れるのが難しい為、自炊する予定であれば、こちらから持って行く事をお勧めします。

３人宿泊なのにバスタオルは２枚しかなく、ゴミ箱もない。
言えばすぐ持ってきてくれた。
お湯が熱くならず、ずっとぬるい。
部屋は広く、静かでした。

広い部屋で快適でした。

5泊しました。設備の古さは否めないのですがとにかく広いので快適でした。
部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機が付いているので毎日洗濯し衣類やタオルが常に清潔でした。
キッチンがあるので食材を買い込んで部屋食も良いです。
またプールも利用者が少ないので貸し切り状態で快適でした。
設備の古ささえ許容できれば快適なホテルです。

낡았지만 엄청 큰 숙소

8인이 묵을 수 있는 큰 숙소가 필요해서 이용했습니다.
방4개에 침대가 7개라서 아주 편하게 잘 수 있었습니다.
다만 호텔이 노후화가 심해서 이점은 개선할 필요가 있어보입니다.
공항과 가깝고 중심도로에 위치해있어서 좌우로 이동이 편한 것은 장점입니다.

オーシャンビューで景色も良く、部屋も広々、プールも楽しめ、申し分無かった

洗濯乾燥機は、大変重宝した(要柔軟剤・洗剤)

徒歩圏内には、オーシャンパーク(マリンアクティビティ)、タイ・ベトナム・中華(日本)料理屋、カフェやジャックインザボックスもある

コンロは故障していて使えなかったが、レンジがあったので、私たちにとってはさほど問題無かった

ホテル内にコンビニ(チェックイン時、クーポンもらえる)もある

가성비 굿

건물이 노후된것은 맞습니다. 7박 8일 사용했습니다. 청소는 2일에 한번씩 해주시는데 오히려 좋았습니다. 방2개와 화장실1개, 넓은거실있습니다. 세탁기 및 건조기 너무 좋았습니다. 매일 수영하는데, 수영복 및 빨래감을 매일하여서 좋습니다. 실외 수영장도 관리는 잘 되었습니다. 실내에 개미같은 작은 벌레가 있었고, 바선생도 봤습니다. 처음엔 깜짝 놀랐지만, 뭐 시간지나니까 괜찮아 졌습니다. 주차도 좋았습니다.
총평으로 건물은 노후화되고 벌래도 있지만, 나름데로 관리는 잘 되어 있어서 가격적인면으로 봤을땐 재방문 합니다.

昨年も泊まりましたが、部屋が違ったせいか？天と地くらい、違いました。やはり、古さがあり、錆びや、修繕すべき箇所はたくさんあるかなと。シャワーが出にくい。お掃除時間が疎ら過ぎ。フロントさんは、日本語は通じませんが、対応はとても良いです。ベッドルーム３部屋、バスルーム2ヵ所はありがたい。レンタカー必須です。

2ベッドルーム&バスがあり　広い部屋です。
目の前が海で、開放感もありのんびりと過ごす事ができました。
ただ、タモンから少し離れているので　レンタカーは必須です。タクシーと赤バスを駆使してみたのですが、不便でした。

受付の方の対応が良く笑顔で受け答えしてくれて非常に満足です。現在、マリンアクティビティは中止してますが、湾内で他の会社が行ってますが料金等は不明です。建物は老朽化してますが料金相応。シャンプー等は小分けのボトルが設置されてます。キッチンのある部屋でしたが、洗浄機は故障していて洗えず、手洗いキッチン洗剤の取り付けが無いので洗えません。持参でしょうか。調理器具は日本のレストラン並みの450℃まで上がるオーブンに、レンジ、トースター、大型冷凍冷蔵庫完備。近くのペイレスでTボーンステーキなどを購入して豪快な調理ができます。9階に泊まりまして眺望良好。恐らく全室オーシャンビュー。
タモンのホテル街までは遠いのでレンタカーを借りる方には便利な立地です。必須かも。
タムニングにはローカルフード店も多く街探検も良かったです。
