We were disappointed at the musty smell of the hallway when we first exited the elevator on the 4th floor. Unfortunately our room smelled the same, and it looked like the room had not been cleaned nor renovated. Water bubbles in the bathroom paint, warped bathroom door, non-functional safe, 2 inch gap between floor and hallway door. We requested another room, but were told they were full due to the holiday. We accepted the room and repairs were made to the door and the safe. After New Years Day, we found a huge roach in our bathroom. Luckily the hotel now had an available room. We realized how bad our initial room was when we entered our new room. Hallway smelled clean, room did, too. Freshly painted bathroom, functional safe, space under the bed was clean. If you choose to stay at this hotel, insist on an upper level, renovated floor.

Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Nice location - easy access to beach and restaurants. However, the hotel is very dated. The rooms looked like motel rooms from 90’s. Very damp. The AC unit in our room drips waters on the floor all the time. Would not recommend.

The room that I stayed in could use an upgrade. The shower curtain had stains or mold on it. The flooring was starting to come apart (near the sliding door). The bed was old.

Situated right on the beach, this hotel is obviously on the older side, but still offers great value for money. Its outdoor pool actually looks and feels very new and fresh, and the sunset view is second to none. Great shopping and dining areas are well within walking distance.

Tried this place out for one night since location is on the water but wary since reviews were mixed. Place is old with moldy smell. room AC did not work and tech shows up and tells me I am wrong, the AC is woking fine when clearly it is not. furniture in room is old from the 70s or 80s tiny TV. Water dispenser but no way to boil water for coffee or tea. Building is need of exterior power wash, painting and interior refurbish.
I would not stay again

The shower was not sealed on the edges and leaked into the whole bathroom almost flooding. Shower drain was so dirty that it did not drain properly. WiFi speed was terrible. Rooms were dirty as were the hallways. Took forever to check in.

9 days stay

This is an older hotel which was built back in the early 70’s but it just needs touch ups here and there. Staff was great and helpful throughout our stay. We even extended another 9 more days under the military rate directly with the hotel. View was amazing and the fact that I can go onto the balcony and sit on the patio furniture was completely worth it. We did not like the beds at all. Very uncomfortable and pillows are very worn down.

Affordable and great location

Stayed here during a port visit in Guam. Wonderful location. Pool overlooking the beach below. Good location on the high street and walkable to ABC stores, restaurants, and other spots of interest. Room was quiet and comfortable with a great view. The outside of the hotel looks a bit rough (storm damage), but the inside was impressive.

It's so hard to open that there's a separate \"video on how to open the balcony of the Leaf Hotel.\" I asked the front for help regarding it, but it didn't come even if it took 20 minutes.
Found crumbs of cookies left by someone under the shelf, macadamia.

No Restaurant, no bar, but clearly stated on Expedia, but you can buy a pack of noodles and put some hot water on them in your room - old rooms, small bathroom, and the Air Conditioning is useless.... balconies not cleaned, if you go outside, you need to wash your feet before getting in bed. you pay for breakfast in advance, they then give you coupons to go to a local cafe, like a welfare case, as you cant even use them on the normal menu.

Hotel is really accessible with lots of shops and restaurants around the area. The beach view is really awesome. Overall it is dated. You can always see the cleaning staff hard at work. Floors and surroundings are clean. The hotel needs renovations though. The room cleaning service staff do not replenish toiletries. Bed is springy and pillows need to be fluffed. Other than some details, you get what you pay for.

3박 했는데 청소를 한번도 제대로 하지 않았음 손님 있을때 와서 타월이나 쓰레기통갈아줄까 묻고 갈아주는 게 다였음 처음엔 청소시간에 객실에 있어서 였겠지 했는데 아니었음 손님이 객실에 없을땐 청소를 안 하고 들어오지도 않음 슬리퍼가 없는 호텔 처음이었고 테이블이 없는 객실도 처음이었음 첫날 항의를 했어야 했다고 후회 중임 이런 호텔은 망해야 힌ㅁ

毎年この時期に利用させて頂いてます。
街が少し寂しい感じはありますが、日頃の疲れをグアムは癒してくれます。
リーフは古いですが、1番アクセス良く気に入ってます。
ビーチタワーに泊まって5泊しましたがベランダに椅子が無い為、ダイソーで椅子を買い持参してます。
ベランダで何時間もゆっくりできます。

ビーチタワーのオーシャンビューツインに泊まりました。古いけどそれが逆に雰囲気が良く、部屋から見えるビーチも最高でした。夜のインフィニティプール、ランドリー使い放題、ウォーターサーバーがとても良かったです。スタッフの人も日本語も理解してくれてとても優しかったです。

I like the 5 gallon water dispenser in the room. However, the windows in all areas of the building was so dirty and sad that we couldn't take pictures through the windows. There was no wash cloth available, only hand and bath towels. We stayed in a room for handicap, however, the set up was very inconvenient such as the sink to wash hands was outside of the actual bathroom and it was near a bed. There was no iron or hairdryer readily availble in the room so we had to call for it. We also had to get toilet paper from a supply table located in the hallway because no extras were provided in the room. There was not enough lighting near the sink. An outlet or charging station near the beds would have been nice. I had to unplug a lamp to use an outlet. No parking tickets were given to identify guest vehicles using the property parking stalls so basically anyone could park there. The front desk staff were the only ones who were super friendly.

こちらのホテルに初めて３泊しました。
立地は中心部で大変便利
ベランダからの景色も最高でした。
トイレはウッシュレットです。

★掃除について
清掃カードを掛けていたにも関わらす、清掃がされませんでした。

フロントに伝えて、急遽掃除をしてもらいました。
驚いたのが、翌日です。
夜にホテルに戻りましたが
同じように清掃がされていませんでした。

フロントに確認したところ
清掃員が見逃したらしく？ソーリーの一点張り
ホテルで2日も見逃すことがあるのかと疑問でした。

結局タオルだけ交換してもらいました。

それ以前に、床はホコリだらけでしっかりと掃除がされてないことが分かります。

★バスルームに極小の虫が多くいます。
南国ですのであるあるかと思いましたが、
虫嫌いな方は無理かもしれません。

★夜は謎のフラッシュ現象がおこります。
その度に起こされます。
他の部屋の方に聞いたところ、同じように起こるそうです。。。

The front desk receptionist Sarita was the sole person who helped in our plea for another available room due to my husband's breathing health issues and allergies. Sarita was understanding and compassionate to our needs and she went the extra mile above and beyond to help us. It was through her caring that she was able to find another room which allowed us to stay the entire 28 days with comfort and ease of my husband's breathing, allergies, and health. We'll be planning to return to the Guam Reef Hotel in the near future. The entire staff were pleasant, accommodating, respectful, and went out of their way to help us in every capacity. It was the best vacation of our lives! Thank you Guam Reef Hotel and Many Blessings to you and yours!

Not worth the price.

Hotel condition was very poor. Mold smell in the lobby. Paint was peeling everywhere. Balcony didn’t have any furniture. Restaurant food was terrible. Very outdated and need up major updates. Staff was friendly.

Mike and the front staff that checked us in were both great, especially Mike. The problem is the air conditioning problem. Our tiles were constantly \"sweating\" and having condensation. Very big problem. The bathroom needs to be remodeled. Very bad design, very dangerous for senior citizens.

Overall, our stay at the Guam Reef Hotel was ok. The cost of the room per night in comparison to the condition of the rooms/the condition of the things in the room were disappointing. There were dead/smashed bugs on the curtains, room walls, shower walls, and shower ceiling. The shower/bathtub was extremely outdated, there was obvious mold growing on the walls within the bathroom, and more mold that was simply painted over with a fresh coat of paint. The wood floors in the hotel room were not the cleanest. A few days into our stay, I turned on the light in the bathroom to get ready for a dinner reservation and I counted 3 cockroaches scrambling across the bathroom floor before immediately contacting the front desk. After my initial call, I had to reach back out a second time (after 20 minutes of waiting for them to call me back to let me know if another room was clean and available) so that I could switch rooms. Dont count on having decent wifi signal during your stay here and be aware that the TV in the room is from the early 2010s. There is a community microwave on each floor where the ice machine is found— The condition of this area was pretty disgusting. Bummer. If you’re only staying in the area for a short 3-4 days, it is completely doable but if you’re staying 5 days, we highly suggest looking into other hotels in the area. Though there were more negatives than positives about this hotel, its location in the city and their infinity pool were nice.

They have the Air conditioner turn off when room is empty. The room is very hot when you return. I can see them trying to conserve energy, but there should be a temperature limit on how hot the room is allowed to get. When you return it takes a long time for room to cool down again. Besides that the hotel is getting old but is still a nice place to stay. It is in a good area with restaurants in walking distance.

ロケーションは海の真ん前でバッチリでした。ロビーに入るとすごく綺麗な海が迎えてくれて、そして小さな2人だけのフロントデスクも混むことなく手際よく笑顔で迎えてくれてとてもいいスタートでした。Ocean viewの部屋は広さは普通かな、でも海がとてもよく見えて、いつ窓の外を見てもエメラルドグリーンの海が見えるのはとても気持ちいい。部屋にはウォーターサーバーが置いてあるので、いちいち水を買いに行かなくてもいいのがありがたかった。今回は朝食付きプラン。種類は多くないけど、朝から外に食べに行くよりはと思って。海を見ながら食べられたのはよかった、味も良いし朝食付きにしてよかった。バスルームはウォシュレット付き、とてもありがたかった。バスルームは若干汚れがあるところがあったけど、まぁ、アメリカのホテルなんてだいたいこんなものと割り切ってたので全く気にならず。アメニティーも充実、歯ブラシセットも綿棒までも付いていたので大満足。
ロケーションはJPマーケットが目の前、その隣にTギャラリア、ホテルの隣にABCストアとホノルルクッキーカンパニーがあってとても便利。ただ買い物や食事をするところはあまり多くないのとフードコートがないので、買い物なんかは車かバスでショッピングモールに行くことをおすすめします。
ホテルからビーチへは急な階段を降りて5分くらい。海で遊ぶ人にもこのロケーションは最高！
最後のチェックアウトも1分で終わり、笑顔でお見送りしてくれました。掃除の方もお店の方もみんな笑顔で親切、ぜひおすすめいたします！
