We had a wonderful stay! The view was beautiful and the service was great. They were even accomodating to our dog; they provided a bed and food and water bowls for her. The place was neat, clean, and was comfortable.

After our stay last month my parents and I really loved our time thats why we booked again but Im a little disappointed this visit, I didnt know not all rooms were renovated; the carpet in our room are so smelly, our kettle wasnt working and the bed has a foul smell, not sure if its because of the carpet or something else.

We always love the pool and the atmosphere. Very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the pool hours should be extended. 6pm is too early for a pool to close especially because the bowling alley isn’t operational and there aren’t many entertainment options in the area. We love both restaurants! Always so delicious and staff is always extremely friendly. We always choose Leo Palace as our island getaway. :)

We booked an executive suite for the weekend, and the room was as beautiful as the online pictures. The only drawback is that not all their facilities and amenities are open and available to use. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

Our stay would have been much better if the restaurant, swimming pool, bowling alley, etc.... were open for use by guest. Also the room air conditioning system evaporator coil was dirty and did not produce enough cooling during the high heat portions of the day or in the evening. Other than those two things our stay was pleasing.

We were visiting for a funeral. Check-in could have went a lot smoother. Due to advertising the room sleeping 5 people that was not the case. I almost had to get another room for my son would have to put out another $1000. They were able to make in exception in the end keeps us all in the same room. But still had to put out almost another $1000. Not to mention a did land up booking another room for my in-laws. Other then that. We were very comfortable and that’s what matters the most for our family.

Loved that it is secluded away from busy and crowded streets. Beautiful setting all around. Only con was the pool is undergoing maintenance during our stay and not available for use. Would recommend stay at this location if you’re looking for a nice and quiet environment.

Really disappointed. Not only was everything closed, including the pool, but also, we didn’t get the room cleaned because “we didn’t call to ask” although we did leave the sign on the door from 9:30am to 5:15pm requesting the room to be made up. We tried the only restaurant open. It was very poorly done Italian. Even the mashed potatoes were instant. I was honestly shocked. The AC was not very cold. The bed and bathtub however were comfortable. Definitely would not stay here again.

Ive always had an issue with the refrigerator in the room it doesnt get cold so I would always bring something extra and have to get ice daily to keep my drinks cold. Also, they're pool could use a good cleaning and possible renovation especially the kiddie pool with the whole kid gym and slide. You can see the ware and tear all over and what looked to be an old rope net thats been torn apart is discolored and looks like algae. Made me buy swim shoes for myself and my kids. The lifeguards didnt seem as engaged to ensure the safety of the patrons in the pool bc I saw some unsafe acts.

It's off on it's own property with 24 hour shuttle service around the property. They offer tour busses daily to various shopping centers and sites. Staff was always friendly.

I liked the privacy of the room in terms of location and noise control, the friendly housekeeping staff, the size of the room and the amount of dishes provided in the kitchen.
The cleanliness of the room however is an issue. The balcony needs to be powerwashed due to the moss and algae buildup. Also, the floors of the room were dirty. Its unnoticeable to the eye but as we walked in the room barefoot, our feet blackened from the dirt hiding in the floor mats. As islanders we are accustomed to clean enough floors to walk on without shoes, so imagine our disgust when seeing how dirty our feet became from the floor. We might as well have been walking in the street.

The property looked like a rundown version of what might have been at one time a decent resort. It took longer to check into the property, I was the third person in line, than it did to drive from the airport 25 mins away. After arriving at my room, I realized the amenities described on the Expedia website were limited or did not exist. I was charged upfront for my entire stay, which seemed a little weird at the time and should have been a warning. Due to a last minute change, I had to check out a day early which they refused to reimburse. Nowhere on Expedia’s site or the hotel’s, do they describe this policy. As a business traveler I highly recommend you DO NOT book this location. It was expensive, had limited amenities, was not close to any restaurants, and the obvious flexibility of their policies is not customer friendly.

The hotel is beautiful but showing its age and lack of maintenance. Very low water pressure in the shower and sink. Hot water takes a few minutes to come on. There were no ice machines or microwaves easily accessible from the room. We had to go to the lobby and get escorted to the 5th floor for ice. I really hope they can get the place restored to its previous grandeur, it is a beautiful place.

Some of the buildings look very run-down from the outside but the rooms are nice enough. I was surprised i was not in the main hotel, but in one of. the adjacent buildings that has no pool and no restaurants. The main hotel is un faurly easy walking distance, though.

I really liked this hotel. I dunno why everyone gives them so much grief. The security guard did yell at me for driving too fast in their round-about, but I was. I was in a bad mood..

The rooms were clean, and I think ppl need to understand that they are trying to do better. Ive stayed with Leo Palace a few times, and the hotel has gotten better each stay.

The gym that is attached to the hotel is freaking awesome, although I wish they had chalk.. besides that Love this hotel and will be coming back and staying with them again!

Both rooms the toilets were separate from the rest of the bathroom in a small room no bigger than the closet beside the door. Let me start with the first room. There was rust and chipped paint on the ceiling in the bathroom above the tub and long strands of hair all in the towels we were given. Then the AC broke on the very first night, called the front desk at 0700 to report the incident. The technician came at about 0800 and informed us that we would have to move rooms because there are no parts on the island to repair the AC and several other rooms had already gone out as well. The front desk called back and informed us that they were not able to move us for several hours due to rooms not being cleaned. The next room we moved to, the floors were dirty to where our socks turned gray within an hour of being in the room and there was a lot of hair on the floor around the bathroom and kitchen sinks and the dehumidifier was broken. Luckily they brought us another one the next day. The AC units in both rooms, although cold, looked like they had not been cleaned or serviced in a very long time. The coils, vents, and filters were covered with mold and dust. We were happy with the staff as they were very courteous and polite but the rooms were absolutely the worst I’ve stayed in, in a very long time. There was a lot of green algae on the sides of the buildings and grass growing from the tiles on the roof. Our daughter is too young for slides at the swimming pool so she s

great location if you're playing golf at the resort. exterior of the buildings is neo-post-apocalypse. don't be shocked when you see them. however, interior is nice enough and the room was pleasant, relatively clean, though poorly maintained.

My family went to Guam for Christmas holiday. Overall the hotel was nice, clean and spacious room. The swimming poor was great for kids. But all the toilets were broken for two days. I had called several times for repair but it took two days to change the parts. Worst thing was that it still didn’t work well after repair. Except the toilet, the hotel was good.

Front Desk is awesome!!!

Spent the weekend and rented their 3bdrm condo for my sons 2nd birthday. Enjoyed an hour of bowling before going back up to enjoy our dinner in our room. Front Desk manager on duty Ryo Saso was EXCELLENT and ensured we were taken care of everytime we met up.with him! I would recommend this hotel again.

Located in a remote area, so it takes an extra 10 mins to go somewhere.
Water slide was out of order (which was the main reason we chose this hotel)
Pokestop and gym at main building.
I'd say room condition and other service have some factors of trade-off for the cheap price.

The room looked good but the type of flooring either is difficult to clean or they didn't clean it good. They need to fumigate. Leads me to believe that it was seldom used. Otherwise the layout and roominess was very good, better than most hotel rooms.

A quite relaxing weekend together

Our overall experience was very pleasing and satisfactory. Our room was clean and quite roomy, a Deluxe Twin room. We had no problems with having our sheets and towels replaced after our first night (Just to see how room service will be), they were replaced and changed before returning to our room by noon time. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, eating in the hotel can be expensive, but other eating option are available within driving distance.

Great view from the center of the island

The hotel is situated in the middle of the island in its own resort. Driving up in our rental car, it is a huge complex. Upon closer examination of the buildings on the site, they were quite aged, and in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. We expected to be able to park under, or near the marquis, near the front door of the lobby, but were immediately shuffled away into a distant parking lot to check in. Upon arrival of the lobby, we were immediately greeted by a very friendly staff, who had our package ready to go, and expedite the check in process, and took plenty of time to explain the grounds, and available hotel amenities. We then made our way to the building where our room was, parked, and went into the room. It was a huge apartment, with dishes and a living room, and full kitchen with a washer and dryer. The room was clean and smelled nice. Each separate bedroom had two medium size beds. Driving from the complex to most places on the island takes approximately 20 minutes. Initially, we only had three towels for the six of us, but after asking a few times, we finally got enough towels in the room for one each.

Not bad for locals to come and play.

The resort is big, but what you need is within walking distance. We ate at the Italian restaurant called Eataliano and the food was delicious, the servings were big. Everything went smoothly from checking to checkout. The only downside was that the slide at the watermark was down and no one knew when it would be up and running and the sauna had been down for a while. My kids loved it anyway because the pools were clean.

Decent Hotel. Room needs updating.... Marks on walls old carpet. No coffee machine in the room so you have to pay $6 for coffee at the cafe. Air Conditioning was bad and they never fixed despite asking twice. Safe in the room broke twice so they had to unlock for me.

Booked with Hotels.com and upgraded for the free breakfast. When we arrived hotel wouldn't honor free breakfast and Hotels.com didn't either. I paid $47 more a day for nothing and no one wanted to hear it. Hotel was great, wouldn't booked thru Hotels.com again

Nice hotel in the hills.

It was a nice place to stay to get away from the noise. Loved the view and its surroundings. Would recommend this as a staycation to my friends. My only concerns is that the roomed had a very strong musty smell and floors obviously dirty. Our feets were black just from walking barefoot in the rooms.
