could not get hold of anyone at the front desk. The pack & play delivered to our room was filthy and had vomit and many stains. We arrived late and couldn't get a hold of anyone to replace it. Gave us each an 8oz bottle of water then couldn't have anymore accommodated.

Large & clean villa room; staff were all extremely friendly; extra activities were affordable and fun! Staff all seemed recently new, and although friendly, the restaurant especially was short staffed. Food was delicious, just had to be patient! Wish there had been more than the singular food/store option, but overall a pleasant and fun experience!

Resort offers so many amenities and lovely areas to relax and play. Loved the pickleball, pools and patio vistas. We are not members so were given a very old room in an old building. The room served our purposes but did not entice us to buy a time share. Had we been gjven a newer room- this may have been different. We loved being within 45 min of SanDiego, Torrey Pines, La Jolla and more. The wine region of Temecula was outstanding. Two weeks of fun was had.

Best hotel we've ever been at. Washers, dryer, kitchen, fully stocked dishes, pots and pans, nice hard bed. Bedroom separate from living room. Only issue..i take a bath and was unable to reach shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was made for people who takes shower. JETTED TUB WAS A NICE SURPRISE

Amazing resort! We loved the room, with a kitchenette and a beautiful patio to enjoy morning coffee. Lots of fun playing pickleball, foosball, pool and foot golf. Many pools available and other facilities we didn’t have time to explore. We will be back!

The fridge kept my guest up all night, there were a few dirty spots on furniture, fireplace and picture, housekeeping was in our room around 5 pm on Saturday and removed the trash and only two hand towels and not sure why; they also left a bag of all cleaning items with food mixed in with them (not healthy) even though we didn’t use any of the cleaning items… I asked for sugar and was brought only four individual packets for a guest of two just as it was upon arriving and staying for four days we only were accommodated for four packets to begin with; that was a big joke, I hated to call back and ask for more and the creamer was outdated. other than that I was very happy. Thank you to the manager who drove us to our suite and helped with luggage. We really needed 11 am checkout.

The room was fantastic, the pool was very clean and relaxing. One thing to note is that before traveling I called to ask if we could bring in food, she said yes but no glass, so I asked are drinks also allowed and was told yes, so we brought food and drinks and then were told they were not allowed. Yes it was clearly posted on the gate, but they need to make sure the staff at the desk also knows what is allowed and not. Also, the food at the pool and Canyon grill could really use an update. That all said we will definitely come back, totally good value for what we paid.

It was very good. Room was clean. Mountainous area so it felt like room was under ground but it kind of wasn't. Rough check in because of the construction but everyone else at the property was very nice and polite. Great property, would definitely come back.

The whole reason we chose this resort was for the heated pools to 80 degrees as per their advertising and the jetted bathtub. The pool was freezing. Our bathtub was dirty we had to have someone come clean it at 8pm. We spent $112 for dinner. The waitresses were complaining about how many tables they had in front of customers. I would not recommend this resort to anyone on the future. Highly disappointed for paying $500 for 2 nights. I'd rather go somewhere else.

My Grandkids love hotels and resorts. We celebrated our 6 year old Gson’s birthday. They had a grand time. We will be scheduling the soon to be 9 y/o’s bday at your facility.

Staff, service and facilities were all good. We will certainly check to make sure construction is over. We want to enjoy all amenities.

One thing, we arrived later and ordered food. We ordered several things, one being a “shrimp poboy!” No, nope, no way! $25 went in the trash! We are from New Orleans and what was served and on a BUN, was NOT a po-boy! Po-boys are made on French bread, or French baguette. Still, that will not twart the fact that we will be back and will bring items to make our own po-boys!

We loved the place and the staff. Since we first walked into the room, they were checking on us if everything was ok. Kids loved the pools and rec centers. Only thing was difficult to get a hold of house keeping staff to get more towels and trash bags.

Didn’t use the pool.
They only do mini cleans. This is my third time staying. Staff are very friendly. It is very safe , the view is great and the stay is very pleasant. But I think it’s time they update their furniture in the rooms and offer full cleaning for people who stay more than two days.

Grounds are beautiful and well kept, room was clean. Great place for families. The property is large so be prepared to walk to pools and the little shop and theatre. Parking by the room was a challenge. Biggest negative was the poor and intermittent Wi-fi. Cell coverage may also be limited or non-existent since it is a fairly remote location so be prepared for that.

I have stayed here 4 times in the last 40 days booked the same room a Mountain View 1 bedroom villa. But this time in the rain I get a garbage lower unit with no fireplaces and no view and small tiny rooms. The hotel appears to
Be almost empty. The other three visits I had beautiful rooms above the golf course with fireplaces.

If they try to send you to the alpine or areas way up the mountain ask for another room within the gated area. These rooms have little or no views, are blocked by construction And Mountain View actually means parking lot view.

The resort has some great assets and beautiful rooms but the difference between the best and worse rooms is enense.

Stayed here with family to visit the San Diego Safari Park. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep between the noisy and uncomfortable sofa bed and thin walls where I could hear every step taken by our upstairs neighbors.

Housekeeping customer service was good. The only downside was there were two big spiders in the bed. The staff at the restaurant was soooo slow and my 3 drinks were not made right after waiting 20mins and I was the 2nd person in line. Alot of the shops were also closed.

My stay here was wonderful. The room was perfect and offered everything that i needed and more. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets were even provided.I did not use the pool but i did enjoy the indoor hot tub. That was a nice feature that was offered. I will definitely return to this place in the near future.

Was a perfect stay, the golf course view was beautiful from our room. The options of pools to go swimming in was great, even had a pool slide, the pools also have bars for drinks of your desire. Our room had everything you could need for a romantic stay. The villa was well equipped with all the homey essentials for cooking and a washer/dryer in unit. The Grill to eat was nice and the bar was well supplied with a nice bartender. Made me think about possibly buying into a time share. Requested info about that but still waiting, seems needing to go to a presentation is needed... even when your already sold on the idea.
