Breakfast was taken away at 9:05. The person in charge said it was because everything had run out. They didn’t offer us anything else, and even other guests who came down after us had to leave as well. Breakfast is supposed to be available until 10:00 a.m., so the food should have still been out and trays should have been refilled. There wasn’t even any cereal because the staff member was already removing everything.
The room and the hotel itself were very good, but the staff needs better attention or more information.

I reserved 2 rooms online. When I arrived to check in I was told there was only 1 room shown as reserved. I provided my confirmation number and showed my email confirmation showing 2 rooms I was told there was only 1. The desk manager had an issue with her eye offering no solution. Although I sympathize with her eye issue her lack of customer support was the worst I have ever experienced. I never checked in and I cancelled my reservation going to a competitor hotel.

The hotel appeared quite new and our basic room was really big BUT there were so many problems. They charged us $10 for parking even though the hotels app said it was included. The eqipment in the gym was broken and no one cared, the hot tub was broken and they didn't have any coffee for breakfast. They staff were never apologetic about any of this so I assume they have been dealing with people's questions for so long they just don't bother anymore.

They don't clean the room, requested many times and they did on the last night, we stayed 4 nights in suite, 5 ppl, no extra towels toiletries, trashes not change. Breakfast hours 7-9am, we came down 8:30 nothing left!asked the staffs, took them another 30 mins to bring some food out. It's bad! Although the room and the bathroom was cleaned.

We got a room for 3 - only 2 towels and front desk was rude and would not bring us another. Pull out bed had no bedding in room! My bed sheet was torn so put a pillow case over the tear. Parking shows free on Expedia and the hotel charged us. No breakfast on Sunday - not even regular coffee - only decaf and no milk or sugar. This was at 9am! Front desk was non apologetic about it. Shirtless man sitting outside hotel screaming for no reason - police was called. Just not Wyndham standards so very disappointed!

That was terrible breakfast stops at nine but once breakfast went out after seven before 8 o’clock, they don’t put anything out they take your incidentals and say as for their security, but two people cars got stolen so how is security doing their job and you paying $100 a day 50 for insecurities and $10 a day for their security guard not good at all

The room was booked for 4, and was only set to accommodate 2. Only 2 bath towels, and no linens or pillows for the sleeper sofa (most terrible mattress I’ve ever experienced). Clean rooms, don’t get your hopes up for breakfast. They say it is ready between 6:30 and 9:30 NOPE! First two days of my stay breakfast was gone by 8:45 am with about 9 other guests wanting breakfast. Then the 3rd day went down at 645 the cook overslept so breakfast was late. Not a big deal until I came down at 830 and everything gone and not cooking anymore to feed other guest. Also don’t ask for extra coffee pods for your room because the front staff will tell you they don’t have any. So I asked the nice cleaning lady and she gave me a couple extra. I also only had one washcloth in my room. I would not recommend this place if you are counting on trying to save money and eat breakfast there.

Stayed at Wyndham Garden Katy and had a disappointing experience. I booked through Hotels.com which stated free parking, but at checkout they charged $60 for parking without any prior notice or consent. They also refused to provide an itemized invoice and asked me to contact the third party instead.

Breakfast was particularly disappointing. Although it was advertised as available until 9:30 AM, it felt more like a first-come, first-served setup. Food items were stocked in very limited quantities, and if you arrived closer to 9:00 AM, most items were already gone. Even basic things like plates and utensils were sometimes unavailable, making it difficult to have a proper meal.

Housekeeping was also not done at all during my 6-day stay, despite being told it would be provided every 3 days.

Overall, lack of transparency and poor service. Would not stay here again.

Elevator had something sticky inside that was eventually wiped but never fully cleaned. The hallways are HOT - no towels for the pool and an inadequate number of towels for guests in room with less than adequate customer service from the front desk. Room was comfortable and the AC worked in the second room.

This hotel is a scam! They charged my credit card $70 for no reason. They are probably blaming the already poor quality of the hotel on me. Unusable chair (super wobbly), stains on carpet, scuffs on furniture, etc. i've literally never done damage to any hotel or ever had one try to charge me

the heater was not working, i went back to the reception, the staff in charge instead of helping me find a solution she simply said the maintenance person is not there, the heater should be working instead of ofering a solution, I literally had to tell her how i could sleep in a cold room on a cold day and why she cant simply find another room, eventulayy she found another room on the gorund floor that was smelling, this is rediculous that you have a person in charge that was so unhelpful, the person in charge seemed inexperienced and needs training to be in the front desk dealing with customers

Took my family for ONE night for my kids spring break, picked this hotel based on their pool an hot tub advertised. Both the pool an hot tub were closed the whole time we were there. Thinking maybe the free breakfast would make up for the inconvenience but it was not good, bacon was like paper bits and gross and eggs were very peppered. If it wasn't bad enough for that, the room had 2 towels in it and no couch linen even though room was reserved for 5 people. The couch bed was old, uncomfortable and covered in pee stains. The entire hotel reeked of pot. We also got charged $5 after check out for who knows what. I would never bring my family here again. Also because we reserved on Travelocity they said they could offer us nothing to compensate for the stay unless we had been Wyndham points reward holders.

My issues were the breakfast was Less than OK and people upstairs had children running back n forth all day, my Tv remote didn’t work. Took 2 days to get it fixed. Other than those items, it was a nice property, good location.

This was the area with the biggest needs improvement in my opinion. Staff was in the back at 8:20am and never came out to restock dwindling supply of items but made it a point to come out to turn off lights and state that breakfast was over. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least. Not how you treat guests especially paying ones. Tables were dirty and area was unkept. Either do it right or don't offer Free Breakfast as an option. Despite the breakfast fiasco was nice and rooms were comfortable. Beds were very soft and plenty of room in the room itself.

I loved and enjoyed my stay here. William was amazing through the whole time being there. very respectful and informative, when I needed something he went above and beyond and got it for us instead of telling me to find housekeeping. You can tell he enjoys his job and takes his job serious meaning giving us his amazing customer service. Also thank you to Amira as well she was very nice and welcoming. I definitely will be booking for my birthday and having my crew book as well. everything was perfect i have no complaints because if there was anything you guys addressed it and took care of it right away. Love housekeeping does there job to the fullest they are truly the heart of hotels and don’t get the credit they deserve. so make sure to let them know they are appreciated needed loved and amazing.

The staff was great. Everyone we came in contact with was very kind and helpful. The rooms were nice, plenty of room and clean. The beds were pretty comfortable although the sheets felt a little weird to me but my kids said they felt fine. Not only was our room clean, but everywhere else in the hotel was clean as well. We were quite impressed. The breakfast was great as well. It was a buffet style with scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, juices and make your own waffles (which were Texas shaped). There were only a few cons that we found during our stay. A couple that really didn't affect our stay which was the halls and elevators were really warm, but not a big deal and the pool was freezing, but we kind of expected that so not a big deal either. Another one was our ac didnt cool the room as much as we would have liked, but it wasn't real warm in there so it wasnt that big of a deal. There were also a couple cons that would have made our stay more of a 5 star experience in every aspect which was they claim to have a hot tub but its not hot at all. I even asked if the heat could be turned up and they said no so it was not a hot tub, but more of a bubbling smaller pool and we were excited about being able to spend some time in the hot tub. We also wished they had more and better snacks in their sweet shop. We went looking for snack vending machines, but there werent any and the shop didnt have much to offer. But overall I would stay there again.

I chose this hotel for my stay because of the amenities but I was very disappointed. The hotel pool and hot tub were dirty and the heat did not work. There was trash all over the outdoor areas of the hotel, as if it were challenging to take out the trash receptacles. The elevator was not working for the entire stay. Workers were working so hard to bring laundry up and down the stairs in black trash bags. The hotel was warm overall, and the rooms had the thermostats set to return to 79* every few hours. I woke up in the middle of the night every night to being sweaty. The breakfast in the morning was lacking usual things. The bar was severely under-stocked. I have stayed here before and enjoyed it but they are under new management which apparently is only concerned with cutting costs. I will never stay here again.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The AC in our room wasn’t working, and the moment we opened the door, there was a strong urine smell. On top of that, we saw roaches in the room. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable.

We asked for another room, and they refused to accommodate us. The front desk staff was in a bad mood and showed zero concern about the situation.

To make things even worse, they don’t want to give us a full refund after all of this. That’s unbelievable.

Shame on this hotel. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Room given had broken a/c. Had to move to another room. All common areas including halls were very very warm to hot. Guess that a/c didn’t work either. The one elevator on site made horrible sound going down, even with vibration. And of course elevator was hot. On third day, no one would ride elevator believing they would get stuck. So guests had to use stairways including luggage checking in & checking out. 4th day was a repeat of day before. We are an elderly couple so the elevator being out was hard for us. Front desk could not even tell us if elevator co had been notified. It was waiting on hotel maintenance & hotel mgr. to come in to address the problem since the 3rd day we were there. Also we visited the bar/sandwich area one evening. Had to have front desk wake up cook sleeping in booth on back wall. Checking in there was not a luggage cart available. Per front desk it had not been returned from an earlier guest. I’d like to recommend your hotels have a minimum of 2 carts. We had to roll our 4 pieces of luggage to room.
The room was most satisfactory, along with the amenities of refrigerator, microwave, & coffee maker. Only got to taste the pasties at breakfast buffet, but were very good. Missed buffet other mornings because it closes at 9am. Most other hotels I stay are open until 10am.
The location was good & safe looking.

Had to change rooms 3 times. Put us in a room where someone else already was staying. 2nd room freezing air wouldn’t turn off and door didn’t lock. Food wasn’t good, hamberburger was bun and meat nothing else. Spa and pool were closed for maintenance. Sofa bed was horrible.

The lift will sooner or later crash in that hotel. It has been the same for five years. It sounds very dangerous. Most people take the stairs to avoid using it get it fixed. Beds were not made on a daily basis. Bathroom was cleaned. Air-conditioning was nonexistence throughout the hotel check this with the number of customers gymnasium was like a sauna. I do not blame the staff. I burned the lack of management in the leadership as you get the staff to do what they’re supposed to do.

Room didn’t have air, they changed us to another room with no air. Was sweating and sticky hot for 3 days. Toilet clogged up on day 2, so a whole day of using the bathroom downstairs. This was the worst experience I could have ever had. I will never go here again or book with Hotel.com because I can’t reach them to advise of the 15 percent discount they said I would receive so now what. Yep I don’t recommend either.

The only negative things that I will say is the elevators didn't work the entire stay, and breakfast is from 7-9 vs 7-10/10:30am which is insane.

The employees at the front desk were like zombies, no personal skills.

The room as a whole was nice. Although there were so noticeably issues with the room one in particular being the mold inside the shower with the most disturbing issue being the lumpy bed. The bed was visibly lumpy, you can visibly see the dip in the bed from multiple guest stays. The mattress clearly hasn’t been changed out in YEARS. In addition the stiffness of the mattress made it a difficult nights rest the two nights I stayed. Lastly I asked for my room to served because I my guest was coming in the following day not only didn’t I receive full service the housekeeper didn’t even touch up the room with towels, take out the trash, or make the bed. I was highly disappointed at this situation because I asked twice to have full service once at 11am and again at 1pm and I was reasss
