Good location, good food but noisy!

Met in the garage, and way to check in, large, clean room and plentiful breakfast. Easy walk into the Old Town. Unfortunately, our room is as above the Reception where benches attracted loud drinkers and smokers. Music and drinking till midnight, woken at 4am by people having a drunken, very loud chat.

Superb location, excellent staff and services. Room and whole hotel in as-new decorative order, none of the usual scuffs and signs of wear. Breakfast extremely good with huge choice of buffet options. Only minor gripe is there was no shaving mirror or tissue box in bathroom. Would definitely use again.

We had a very nice stay in Krakow and 3 nights in Golden Tulip Krakow Kazimierz. The hotel is in a very good area in Krakow. You have shops, restaurants, parks and old historical buildings very near. The staff in the hotel was very service minded and positive. The rooms were clean and surrounding silent, very good to sleep in. Breakfast was over expectation. We will come back to Krakow and this hotel another time. We can recommend it.

Loved our stay here. Check in and out was quick. Friendly staff, breakfast was ok could be improved. Location was great, shower was good. Pillows was very soft asked for extra and we got them so can’t complain. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

My only criticism would be that the road the hotel is on is currently under construction of having tramlines put on which made the road inaccessible by cars and coaches. The toad would be very difficult for wheelchair users and people with children’s buggies.

Good hotel, but difficult to reach by car

Overall excellent hotel. However, if you are travelling by car it is hard to reach (especially now with road works in Krakow) and the parking is easily full. Reception is substandard: inefficient and not friendly or welcoming (apart from the one person who correctly interpreted my mounting anger when he told that we could not leave the hotel parking for 30-40 min because of 'works', and arranged that we could leave after all). Incidentally the general lack of a friendly or welcoming attitude did not particularly apply to us but to others as well (bordering rude).

I could not fault this hotel at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However I think we should have been informed in advance that there were major roadworks going on outside as it was a bit of a shock visually and the taxi had to drop us off round the corner as he couldn’t get any closer to the hotel.

great location next to many good restaurants, but I won't rate it as a 4-star hotel. only provide soap and shampoo - no conditioner or body lotion. Unlike other hotels in Europe, they don't have the heaters next to the window - only A\C which is not enough for the cold temps - we slept with two blankets.

Great hotel in the heart of Kazimierz - clean, comfortable & modern. The hotel staff were very attentive and professional, allowing me to print out a ticket when I had forgotten to do so.

The only gripes I have were a) as a new building it lacked some of the character of its surroundings, b) there were limited vegan options at breakfast & c) the double bed in the room was actually two single beds pushed together.

Pretty minor issues, hotel was great overall, maybe not the recommended choice however if you're looking for a boutique hotel experience in cool Kazimierz.

A Tale of Two Tulips
We recently visited Poland and among other hotels, we stayed at the Krakow and Warsaw Golden Tulips.
It was the best of times it was the worst of times. In Krakow, the first night, parking was full, but Concierge Michal went out to find a spot on the street. Barman Oleg was extremely helpful and accurate for directions and venues. Trainee waitress Irina was a delightful friendly hostess for our meals. The spring of hope! In Warsaw, at night, the front desk greeted us with sullen faces and insisted we pay for breakfast on check in. They also required prior authorization for any expenditures such as meals. Dancing Queen waitress Anna was reasonably friendly. However, on departure, without a smile, Viktor needed to know if we had paid for parking. Did no one inform the Warsaw Tulip staff that Poland is no longer a Socialist Republic. The winter of despair!

A well placed hotel for exploring the many delights of Kraków. Many restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance, and there’s a tram stop close by for venturing further afield i.e. castle and town square.

If you have time visit the archeological site under the town square, amazing.

Nice hotel near Jewish district.

The hotel is very modern, very clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of choices for everyone. The evening menu was the same all the time I was there, a bit disappointing as I am on my own and a bit nervous of going out at night.
The TV was very disappointing as no known English channels, no news channels (BBC news 24)

A lovely hotel in a nice area, it is close to or within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, my disappointment was the soft pillows and lack of toiletries compared to other four star hotels we have stayed in. There was plenty of choice for breakfast (a continental selection) we ate out for lunch and dinner. The hotel bar was lovely and great service, a good selection of drinks and a good cocktail menu. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and well maintained and spotless, ample space for the three of us. The room was very quiet and peaceful, I would stay here again.

Hotel is fairly new but for this reason, staff seems disorganized. The lady at the reception was rude (Inez) and cold. If you stay there don't take a room on the 5th floor. The aircon is rather weak and they admitted their system could not pushed upward-we had to change room.

직원분들이 친절하고 좋았습니다.
주차장을 처음에 못 찾아서 고생했는데, 건물 뒤편 주차 엘리베이터가 있어서 잘 이용했습니다.
주요 관광지인 바벨성과 10-15분 정도 도보로 갈수 있어서 편하고 좋았습니다.

Rigtig fint hotel. Vi havde to værelser og begge værelser var store. Der var minibar, TV, højtaler man kunne forbinde med via Bluetooth.
Fint og rent badeværelse.
God service. Vi havde parkeret i kælderen, den ene dag virkede bil-elevatoren ikke og vi skulle på tur. Hotellet sørgede for at bestille og booken en taxa til os for hele dagen på deres regning. God morgenmadsbuffet - mulighed for morgenmadspakker hvis man skal afsted før morgenmaden åbner.

Nice location, very clean hotel. Very friendly staff in Reception and Bar lounge. Had 3 nights there with my adult daugther, and we can recommend Golden Tulip Krakow. 🇩🇰 Walkingdistance to almost everything in City center.

Toppen hotell med bra läge.

Peronalen anstränger sig för att gästerna skall trivas och läget på hotellet är toppen, det är lugnt nära till en promenad vid sidan av floden. Sedan tar man enklet spårvagnen in till Centrum.

Fint hotel med nyoppussede rom og veldig bra lokasjon midt i Kazimierz området. Skuffet over at de reklamerer med hotel bar og restaurant, men holder det stengt. Heller ingen room service med mat og/eller drikke.

The hotell was nice and clean, but the advertised bar and restaurant was not available douring our 3 night stay. We even asked the reception for some wine, but they could’nt help us.
