AC was broken and all wiring was exposed. They had a 6 inch fan cooling the room and it was 95 degrees outside. Prostitution was literally in your face as well as drug use. No one was at the desk to check in. It was not a fanctioning hotel by any stretch of the imagination.

It wasn't what I expected

When I arrived to check in I already wanted to give up on this reservation. The environment stank a lot, from the reception to the rooms. Coconut smell is dog pee, cigarette and marijuana smell everywhere. Very very dirty place. The receptionists were very attentive and polite, always helpful, but the atmosphere is terrible. I just wanted to get out of there right away.

This was the worst experience EVER! Bathroom didn't even have a door. It was extremely dirty.When you got in the room you were afraid to leave because of the shady people hanging around. Noisy place with people arguing most of the night. The fire alarm was constantly going off. We left 3 nights early and they would not give any type of refund. This place is disgusting and should not even be listed on expedia.

First they put pictures on the website that did not really go with the hotel walked inside it stinks smell like dog pee dog the hallways was dirty the floors was dirty just walking through the building was nasty. The elevator didn't really work went into my room the room look like a cracked room it was nasty and I didn't want to stay there but I had to stay there for that night cuz I just came in that morning and then had to know where to go until the next day so yeah I won't be staying there never ever again

Unbelievable! Roaches everywhere and the room itself was clearly dilapidated! They had the temperature of the room set at 60° when I got there, probably to keep the roaches dormant. Turn the temps up to 70° or so to be comfortable and had to rush out and return later that evening around 10 -11:00, as soon as I turned the light on there were roaches throughout the room!! The hotel, especially on the inside was decrepit! There is a bullet hole in the elevator door! I would have turned around and walked out when I walked in if I wasn't late for a funeral! When I spoke with the receptionist explaining that I could not spend another night there on April 9th 2022, I asked "you do know this place is overwhelmed with roaches, right", and her reply was "yes, we are aware and we are working on that"!! THEY KNOW THE ROOM WAS ROACH INFESTED, THEY ARE CLEARLY LYING!!! EXPEDIA NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE ISSUES LIKE THIS !!
They said since I booked through a third party (Expedia) that I would have to get a refund from them. Expedia is told me the hotel has to refund but will not, They said they have no roaches... LYE

Horrible!! Arm security met me in parking lot. Gun shots heard in the area. Room was purchased online and paid for. Front desk attempts to get another 70.00 for a pet fee! Room was already 69.00 and that was 68.00 too much! Hotel was advertised as pet friendly and never mentioned extra fee on website at the time of purchase. Lobby had trash all over and dirty. Smell of urine hits you at the front door. I left! Did not stay! Safety issues, shady front desk clerk, and filthy. This place is horrible!

This place is so gross. I definitely saw a few roaches and the bathroom light was out so I showered in the dark. I did not feel safe and front entrance lock was broken so anyone can enter. I saw several shady looking people and the whole building smelled like cigarettes. Will never go back to this location or any other wood spring suite.

From Check-IN, to the Filthiness of the room, including the multiple roaches coming out of the power outlets. The floors were unbearably filthy, there were children running up & down the hallways past midnight on a Thursday night.

This has to be the worst experience of a Hotel/Motel that I have ever experienced. So much so, I had the room booked for two days as my flight did not leave until Saturday morning. The conditions were so deplorable, I paid extra money to change my flight out the next morning four (4) hours prior to check. The absolute worst.

When we first arrived at the property, we instantly felt unsafe. At 9 pm, there were groups of people just standing around outside. People were watching us and our cars the whole time. And then when we walked in, it was very dirty and we weren't even able to check-in, the front desk was closed? Glad we didn't stay at this dirty and unsafe place.

I got locked out of my room after returning from work because the key card stopped working. I was unable to contact anyone for help and was forced to spend the night in my car in the parking lot from 2am till 9am when someone arrived. This is despite the fact that I called the after hours contact number provided at least 7 times.

Cockroaches in the room all the time. Non smoking room stank of smoke had to buy candles and spray to get the smell out. Smoke detector alarm in the hall lobby going off for hours and hours.

Overall it is not a very good place.

Construction was going on, that was a hazard. No type of discount when I booked 3days. Telephone didn't work and I had to switch rooms, trash was previously leftover in the room from whoever was there before me. Microwave disgusting. This has been the worst hotel in my life, the front desk persons are horrible most of the time they are not there to help you, the keys never work you go out and when you come back key cards don’t work, the smoking marijuana is concentrated inside the hall way of the hotel and on the outside to, they don’t change or give you at least new clean towels the bed sheets are burned with cigars marked THIS IS A HORRIBLE HOTEL I DI NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Worst experience of hotels every, I showed up rang the doorbell for 39 minutes no answer. Finally when someone answeres they tell me I have yo wait 1 more because they are at lunch. Yet it is 6:30 pm and I am with my elderly mother. I had to go get another room elsewhere and they refuse to refund my room when they could not check us in. I called the next day and requestes a manager and a lady named "Amanda" said that the manager is on leave and too bad so sad for me. Awful and rude are understatements for this ghetto unprofessional place. I saw the worker walking around she seema like she was picked up from the county and most of the people that stay here look like they are on drugs. Please stay somewhere else.

One of the worst hotels I’ve seen.

Trash all over floor. Headboard broken in half. Microwave had wires hanging from below it. Electric lock was ELECTRICAL TAPED inside the door. I do not understand how this hotel is still up and running. When we walked in there was trash out in the front hallway, and people doing drugs out in the front. Once we go into the hotel it only got worse. There was a strong smell of burning rubber and a door that had been broken into. Our room smelled like smoke and the pictures looked NOTHING like this place. It is NOT SAFE do NOT STAY HERE.

This is by far the nastiest hotel I've ever been to. Its so outdated. The room was falling apart, the shower didnt work, the floor tiles were coming up, and the ac unit was hanging off the wall. Happy with front desk and management. Disappointed with the conditions of the property.

What Staff we had any interaction with was for the most part pleasant. But halfway through the stay at this location the door keycard stopped working. We could not get in to the location or the room and the after hour number was not answered. After try to get ahold of the After Hour staff for Two Plus Hour we ended up going to a new Hotel and paying for the remainder of the stay at the new place which had an on staff member 24hr a day.
I would not stay at this groups locations ever again. I would stay in my car then a place that if I get locked out there is no answer or responds when you call the posted after hour's number.

Hotel staff was never at the desk my check-in was done by sliding my ID underneath a metal divider on the second day I was there my key did not work it took 45 minutes for somebody to come to the desk to let me in and then my key will not work in my room and took another 30 minutes for him to come and give me another key there were cockroaches all over the place staff never offered any assistance Raphael's a paper products or anything else for that matter was very disappointed will never stay here again on the 5th day of my trip I had to pack all my stuff up my Pest Control came and they left my room in disarray which I had to clean up really feel I deserve a refund or at least some kind of compensation

Not so good! Cabinets was torn off, air conditioning was coming out the wall so every car that passed by on the highway I heard loud and clear as if I was sleeping outside smh! PLENTY of roaches! Covers nasty on one of the beds! I was not pleased with my stay AT ALL! Carpet was soooo nasty I couldn’t walk around with socks or barefoot! The worse I’ve ever seen! The suite was crawling with roaches. I contacted the front office about the roaches and I was told trust the rooms had just been sprayed which caused the roaches to come out. The smoke alarm was not working. Someone came into the room to check the smoke alarm and said that it was broken. The microwave was rusted on the inside. The shelves in the refrigerator were busted. There was a whole by the ac/heater where gnats were coming into the room. $160.97 was held in my bank account even though the bill was paid in full.

This is absolutely without doubt the worst Woodsprings hotel I have ever been in the property is trashed filled with roaches from the elevator to the rooms. Service at the front desk was poor unable to get anyone on the 500 service line. Worst hotel stay ever!

I was put in a room located next to the freeway side of the building. There wasn’t any sound proofing and the traffic noise the semi trucks and cars made for a rough three nights. Then there was an electrical problem with the lights in the room. For the first night, I had no lighting in the bathroom at all! On top of that, the internet service was non existent in the room. One would have to stand out in the stinky hallway to get a weak signal which wasn’t worth the effort. Also I took pictures of my zipper locations on my suitcase before leaving for work. After I returned, I compared the location of the zippers to the pictures in my phone and sure enough,they were moved. It’s a good thing I took all my valuables out and stored them in my backpack before I left the room that morning. I immediately went out and bought suitcase locks right afterwards. I was told that I would be able to change rooms the following day and that they would become available by 3 pm the following day. I called hours in advance to secure my anticipated move and the receptionist told me it wasn’t possible because they had no clean rooms turned over and ready for check in. They knew in advance that there were many problems associated with the room and should’ve disclosed that pertinent information in advance before taking my payment. Avoid this place and their unprofessional counter staff.

I would not return here if it was free. It’s roaches everywhere I look. I had to throw my son food out because one literally jumped from the wall into it. Got on my bath towels, couldn’t get new towels unless I take the old towels downstairs to the desk to get fresh one. Front desk knows about they roach problem and don’t take it serious. They didn’t have any bug spray or anything. I had to get my own. The lights are not set up correctly. Me thinking the hotel will be fine because of the area is wrong. I felt like I was in North Memphis. People fighting in the halls late at night drunk. I really want my money back for the room and the bug poison I had to get for the room. Oh yea my 3 year old hate bugs so yea EVERY 5 minutes I was fed up hearing “oh ma bug, bug ma”
