The hotel felt haunted, I slept with all the lights on in my room being a female alone there. The key cards to get into the rooms did not work, every single time I wanted to get into my room I had to ask the front desk to reload my room key to gain access and the front desk staff was very rude about it.

The place is a dump and should be advertised as such. It smells like weed in and outside. The place is dirty and the only thing worst than this would be sleeping under a bridge and I would think about it. I don't recommend this place at all ! Please put pictures that show the reality of this place so no one is tricked into booking this place.

Everything seemed okay in the beginning until we got inside, it seemed really spacious but it had nothing inside. We got in the elevator and up above us, you could see where there was like the drug syringes. They were dope syringes in the glass above us in the elevator you could clearly see the orange cap and end cap. Then we get to our room and we open the door and it's really big, but its bare minimum on everything but it has the bathtub that we requested, but it's a broken jet tub. It doesn't work. Also it is in the middle of the bedroom, but it does have a separate shower, sink and a toilet, but that toilet wasnt very stable where is was connected to the floor correctly. And in the bathtub was old washcloths, wet, just laying in the middle soaking wet. Also, because there was no towels or washcloths, my boyfriend had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask to get some and for toilet paper as well. And as soon as the owner gave him the towels, (crappiest towels, wouldn't absorb any water whatsoever, and two washcloths), and a thing of toilet paper, he said,】 shoo, shoo, now go, now shoo, go. And another time we had to go, he had to go downstairs to replace the key because the key fell apart, like the whole slide piece came off the back. So he went to get a new one, and the owner did the same thing, \"shoo, now go, get, go, shoo,\" was what he kept telling my boyfriend. Signaling us to go away.

This was the stay from Hell. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Building looked abandoned. The lobby and halls were filthy. I did not have any towels so the staff made me walk down the hall on the first floor to get from the laundry room PILE! All towels were dingy and gross. My room was no better. Tv didn’t work, bed was old and stained. Pillows were disgusting. My shower didn’t work so I had to go to the airport without a shower. Floors were dirty, lamp and ac broken. BAD BAD BAD. When I complained to staff they acted like they couldn’t understand and said they couldn’t help me. Worst place ever.

The facility is in no way represented by the pictures. There was a pile of a dozen mattresses in the lobby. The room we were to stay in had tiles missing from the ceiling, a bare lightbulb hanging from the ceiling where a light fixture should be and it was overall dirty looking. I was so appalled, and wanted to get out of there. Should have taken pictures, but I was in too much of a hurry to get out.
We did not check in and will probably not get any money back.

Pictures of the property on the site are either old and from prior ownership or AI. Everything was dirty roaches bed bugs and mold. My room smelled like smoke. I stayed there for an hour and left and booked elsewhere. Could have asked for another room but I had no confidence as all the carpet in the hallways were also dirty.

Don't let the pictures online fool you. This place is in rough shape. My room had minimal lighting. After returning to my room at midnight after an event, I went to take a shower but found it to be broken. An employee came to look at it but was unable to fix the issue. I left for the airport early next morning without being able to take a shower.

Although the facility, itself, was a disaster, they earned a star with the cleanliness... It was very clean... So clean that I can tell they've put a lot of effort into making it happen...

...and I was surprised at how comfortable the bed was, despite all of the concerns and problems...

I unfortunately had to stay two times. Expedia's booking system booked me for the next week after I was looking, and it was non-cancelable.

Let's talk about safety and being able to sleep...

The first time, there were a group of people who would come out into the hall and argue with each other .. maybe a few people here, a couple there, etc...

The second time, the police came through and did a door by door knocking because someone had made a 911 call... Evidently someone had been screaming, too?

Who's staying at this motel???

- The window curtain had aged stains on it (hopefully not mold)
- The walls had been beaten up and treated with spackle
- The bed came with two of the tiniest pillows I have seen on a bed... We're talking maybe half-sized
- The remote was missing all sorts of parts
- The bathroom for my previous stay had big holes in the wall by the faucet
- STANK-O-RAMA Cigarette odors permeated the whole building
- They have a pool... Empty and uncovered. Nothing to stop someone from falling into a concrete pit
- Breakfast options: a vending machine

I don't want to talk badly about them... But unfortunately, it was a seriously bad vibe

Thought I could get shot or stabbed at any moment. The feeling became even more real when twice someone tried to break into my room. The fact that the door lock didnt seem to work didnt help, lucky the metal swivel lock was flipped over to prevent the door from coming all the way open. I DO NOT recommend this location, please go anywhere else. I wont even bother talking about the condition of the building or the room.

Yes. Let me tell you, NO TOWELS WASH CLOTHS NO COFFEE MAKER MACHINE. There is a dirty wash cloth on the bathtub right now. Cockroaches everywhere and the room smells like cigarettes The cable box is broke and the tv doesn’t turn on. The remote control has dead batteries in it.

It was hot and smelled terrible in the lobby and the first floor. Someone had a dog that barked nonstop. Sign at the check in counter said No pets period. I appreciate they tried to clean the mini fridge but hosed it down in the room and left water all over the floor. Someone let their kids scream until well past midnight. The people on both sides of me decided they needed to play their tv on one side of me and the other had a concert I definitely did not want to attend. The light in the bathroom only came on every now and then. I will never stay here again. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else stay here either. If I could I would give them a negative 5 star rating.

This stay was horrible. There were roaches, no towels in the room, had to go ask for some and then they were horrible quality as well and left towel lint, no soap in the room either. The tv was falling off the wall, microwave would not close. Air conditioning was leaking water and we ended up with a little river in the room. No light bulbs in the lights. Furniture was old and falling apart. Rooms and hallways smelled of smoke, urine and filth. Pool was closed and there was no mention of it on their website. The pictures on the site are so photoshopped it’s ridiculous. Looked nothing like the rooms. Will never stay here and suggest you don’t either.

The property had no outdoor lighting in the parking lot when you arrive. The staff often times are in a back office that is not visible, and you are left to stand there waiting for assistance. Fixtures in the bathroom were broken. Multiple roaches encountered during my stay. Avoid at all costs.

Room had an odor.
But due to the folks in the parking lot it was hard to get some rest worried about the vehicle and the gang box being in the back(for I was traveling for work)

The room was so dirty we didn’t even want to stay! The only reason we stayed is because we didn’t arrive until 2 AM and could not go anywhere else at that There was something yellow that looked like urine splattered on the walls in the sleeping area. The carpet was very stained in an area that looked like dried blood was by the bed. The A/C had mildew growing on the edges and actually stopped working at some point in the night and then the heater kicked on!! This was the end of JULY mind you!! There was thick mildew all over the shower. The door to the bathroom had a broken knob. There were no blankets on the beds, only sheets. This is the worst hotel room I’ve ever been in!!

It was a crack house crackhead hanging in the parking lot. Filthy apartment, old Sun dry rotted curtains burn holes in the covers. Toilet seat needs replaced. I walked in and walked out and told the guy no way I could stay here he took my key card still have not been refunded.

The pictures on Expedia were very deceiving. The pool was drained and half way covered. Night walkers were present at the driveway entrance. The lobby smelled like a ton of bleach was poured to cover up something else. I stepped on a roach as soon as I entered my room. The furniture looked as if it was taken straight from a dumpster. Do not book this place!

I had an absolutely unacceptable and disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived late at night with three children and three adults, after booking two rooms in advance, and found the property to be dirty, unsanitary, and completely uninhabitable.

The front desk clerk handed us one blanket per room, unwrapped and carried by hand, which was already a red flag. When we entered the room, the smell was unbearable, there was no lighting in the bedroom (only in the bathroom), and the toilet leaked dirty water from the base.

We were forced to leave immediately for health and safety reasons and had to look for another hotel at 3:00 a.m., during a high-demand weekend due to a major sports event. This caused unnecessary stress and unexpected expenses for our family.

I don’t understand how this hotel is still listed on platforms like Expedia. It is unsafe and should not be offered to any guest.
We absolutely do not recommend it.

Guys trip for a baseball game in Atlanta, booked two queen beds, when we got to the room there was only one. Showed the clerk my confirmation and was told \"these things happen, if I'm not happy I can contact hotels.com for a refund and get another hotel. \" Game day in Atlanta had other prices higher than usual. Kept the room, pretty much took a nap and headed back to jacksonville earlier than hoped for.

This hotel is a complete dump! Do not waste your time, money, or safety staying here. Cockroaches all over the place, the whole property is dirty, stanky, and moldy. The mattresses were dirty and black, and the room was filthy! The laundry room ceiling is covered in mold, the elevator is trashed, doors slamming ar 2 and 3 am, an inch gap between the floor and the front door, no soap in the bathroom. I had asked the front desk for a blanket and another pillow (only sheets in the room) I was sent down to laundry to get it. When I asked she looked annoyed she had to put her phone down for two seconds and gave me a blanket and a pillow with NO PILLOW CASE!!! I had to ask for one and she looked further annoyed and practically threw it at me. I only stayed two nights and that was too long! Won't get reimbursed for the days I didn't stay, but it was worth it to get out. You also have entire families living there and people living in the parking lot. Honestly this property is a HUGE health hazard and is one murder away from getting shut down! Inside the room door is a sign that says \"For Your Protection, when in room engage deadbolt and security latch\". I took tons of pictures of the hotel to send to the Cobb County Health Department. There are also wires hanging out of the walls, outlets ripped out, fire alarm pulled out, and who knows what else is the other rooms!

Far cry from the photos

This hotel is nothing like what the photos show. The floor of front lobby was dirty and with it being tile floors you could feel your feet almost sliding in the dust. Seems like it hadn't been mopped, nor swept in weeks, or who knows how long. On multiple occasions I was killing baby roaches that was crawling on the lobby floor. The room itself was decent, except that there was dried white paint scattered throughout the floor, stains on the walls, stains on the toilet sheet and the sheets appeared unwashed. We lifted up the mattress and there was a ton of debris under it on the bedspring. I know for $60 a night you get what you paid for, but this was not even what we paid for, because the pictures on the listing look immaculate, but the reality was far different. We spoke with the owner and he say's he just purchased the property a month ago, in June and he's in the process of revamping the place. So perhaps something will be done to make this hotel suitable for dwelling, but as of now it is not.

The same amenities as staying in your car

Trash in the hallway the entire duration, trash cans by the elevators stayed overflowing, no lights in the lot, no trash can in the room, no handsoap, not even a lampshade for the single light. On top of that, no bell at the desk so you just had to wait until someone decided to show up. Would never recommend.
