The room was clean with modern fittings. The staff, particularly the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to a metro station and City Center that offers shopping and several dining options. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Great breakfast. We got only 1 bed for 4 people!! And when we asked for 2 additional towels they said that it's not needed because the towel is big enough. The reservation made for 4 people

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the breakfast. The beds were so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The drilling in front of the hotel made the beds sway all night. And the sink leaked all water all over the bathroom floor.

I was here for 4 days. I hardly give reviews but this one was really good experience. It is best value for money hotel. I stayed in a 7 star hotel in Dubai ; it is off season but still they let me check-in only at 3 PM on excuse that room is getting ready ! But this hotel let me check-in at 12 ; even check-out at 2 and they did not complain at all.

Breakfast was good; food was very very good; esp. I loved their pizzas. A pizza with coke for 35 dirhams.

Only stayed one night as we had an early flight, but a really great hotel, with a really good sized room. Having the mall so close next to the hotel was very helpful, as it meant we didn't need to go too far for a decent meal.

Located in a great area in Dubai and in walking distance of many shopping areas. Excellent restaurant with good quality food against reasonable prices with a ground-floor based cafe with excellent quality pastries. Desk staff can be more open and friendly and customer oriented: the night manager radiates a very rude and emotionless attitude, which may scare of others. Another (female) desk clerk, simply answered to my question where the parking is located: " 4-rights". And she was done with me. As I am not so easily convinced by this attitude, I kept on asking to be more precise, and she finally gave in as I was not leaving the desk with an unanswered question. This is a major attribute for improvement. As I have stayed here at least 6 times, the concierge team all welcome me very friendly every time. Last time (29 Jul 2024) is stayed there again and got upgraded. The bathrooms in both rooms still need attention in terms of finishing corners (grey-blackish stain on the isolation material applied), and corners are leaking. Not bad as a hotel and still worth revisiting in the near future.

The bathroom had a strange design with clashes between the entrance door and shower door. Had to request toilet paper. The swimming pool was small but a good temperature. There was a common door to an adjoining room which allowed cigarette smoke infiltration and undesirable noise.

I stayed in a room with an adjoining suite. It was pleasant. However, since a semi kitchen area was already in place , I wish a sink , a microwave and a hot plate was included along extra plates and silverware were included to turn it into a functional area. Right now it’s useless .

The hotel looked bit old. Rooms were clean in general. Service was really poor. Had to wait for a chilled water bottle for almost half of the day. The airport transfer was arranged by the staff at the reception. We had to pay extra AED12 as he had due payment to Careem.

Nice rooms, delicious food, cooperative staff and good location. Environment &?Amenities are very good. Only reason to deduct one star is due to some problem in drainage speed of bath cabin water which accumulates and overflows also takes extra time to get cleared. Other than this it is a very good hotel for stay at very reasonable price.

It was not good impression initially and I went rude to receptionist but then after few mins She called me and provided me what I requested.
And while my checkout i appologize to reception even she was not there I hope my concerns went to her
She deal my rudeness very well and I planned to visit royal continental my every upcoming Friday visit because everything went so well
I just have a suggestion on the senerio happend with me that was reason of my rude behavior too
When I booked room from hotel.com in emenities it was mention that room will have bathtub but the hotel did not provide me the same so I asked receptionist and she told me it is on availability which I did not get.
Please hotel management provide us same facilities which mention in ur third party partners
You are very good in everything why this kind of micromanagement
Any way I appreciate the lady who gave me what you offered
I wish managment appreciate her for dealing rude customer very well
Plz take notice and specify availability or non availability things about room so we clear ourself while booking or chosing rooms
