Neighboring rooms making noise till 2 am and no one interfering

On another occasion I had mentioned the ultra thin mattresses, but management apparently doesn’t read this. The mattress slides off the bed every time you turn around

There is no bath at in the shower, outright dangerous especially for the elder

Good but...

Nice room but hard to sleep with all the noise from the patio/restaurant below the room. Also, even though we didn't open the window, we were eaten alive by all the mosquitoes in the room.
The positives are the restaurant and breakfast food was delicious. Also, the property itself is a beautiful space.

We stayed at this location for 4 nights and the housekeeping only cleaned our room once and did the bedsheets. We ran out of soap & shampoo. Breakfast food was not a 4 stars!
Terrible location too far and limited transportation to central Amsterdam. Would not recommend this hotel. Good luck!

Lovely hotel!

Absolute great hotel! Affordable but still has an upscale vibe. Check in staff were very professional. Very quick drive to Johan Arena if you are attending a concert. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice - right on the water. Great and friendly service. Had an issue with laundry not coming back till the next day but that is pretty common with hotels in Europe so you have to be flexible., Really great outdoor area - kind of a beach - at night a great place to go have a drink and a cigar. Would definitely go again. Only real complaint is that in the \"suite\" (it is kind of a 1 1/2 room, the TV is mounted on a side wall that is not visible at all from bed.

Romantic & Quiet

The staff, servers, restaurant was all fabulous for all 3 days. It was easier to Uber than taking the bus from the airport because you have to change buses at the ARENA. However, they offer bicycles for $5 rentals along the farmlands to a little village in town. Also, the boat ride is right at the hotel and romantic without all the business in Amsterdam. If you want to be close to Amsterdam, but experience the romantic & quite side of the Netherlands, I highly recommend this hotel. They are great at explaining how to get anywhere.

Nice modern hotel but firstly our room was not cleaned to a good standard with lots of hair on the floor & items from past guest in the corner , breakfast on Sunday was a complete disaster , every item ran out and many were not refilled at all, staff were ok but unorganised

This hotel is advertised as an Amsterdam location. It is not. They say they are 12 minutes away from the city via car. They are not. False advertising. An hour away from city center by train. 30-45 minutes for a 30-40 Euro Uber ride one way. Very deceiving. We booked a different hotel for the night.

A great hotel, but be informed....

This is a fantastic facility with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Just be aware that there is a very lively and loud nightclub on the first floor of this hotel, with rooms directly above. That said, I loved my stay there and will stay again.

Bra svit, rent, fräscht och rymligt. Dessutom högt i tak, vilket ger en härlig känsla av rymd. Enda nackdelen är att hotellet är mycket lyhört. Både ljud från korridoren, rummet ovanför samt från innergården. Städerskor som pratar högt till varandra, dammsugare, stolar och andra möbler som dras och flyttas över golvet. Allt hörs mycket tydligt in i rummet. I övrigt ett mycket bra hotell och rum/svit.

For the price it's really a shame to offer this kind of room, a basic room, dirty carpet, scratched floor, shower with a very reduced water flow, bedding which caused me back pain, really horrible, I've stayed in several hotels in Amsterdam and this is by far the worst, one of the girls at the reception is super unfriendly, I could say tons but I'll stop there, really move on for the price it's a shame !

Sehr nette Menschen an der Rezeption, schön am Wasser gelegen und gut angebunden, um mit Öffentlichen nach Amsterdam zu kommen.

Leider Zugang zur Terrasse für Hotelgäste scheinbar nicht vorgesehen. Gastronomie ist der Harbour Club und eher für Gäste ohne Kinder aber Boot und Hündchen ausgelegt. Zimmer an sich hübsch aber die nach vorne gelegenen mit durchgehender Autobahn Sound Kulisse und am Wochenende mit sehr lauter Musik bis spät in die Nacht vom Harbour Club. Sauberkeit geht so. Hotellet ligger i et naturskønt område med søen som nabo, dog meget tæt på tung trafik og i myldretiden kan det være svært at dreje ind til hotellet uden at skulle holde i lang kø.
Rengøringsstandarden er under middel og der er meget støvet på både værelse og fællesarealer.
Alle fællesarealer lugter stærkt parfumeret hvilket hurtigt bliver ret kvalmende.
Morgenmaden var okay, dog ret kedeligt udvalg og med en sløv betjening.
Ikke et hotel jeg vil benytte igen.
