We had three 2-br apartment units, they were perfect for our party of 10, spacious, clean and with the kitchen (including utensils and all needed glasses, silverware, etc) and 2 bathrooms we had all we needed. The staff was friendly, and (of course in Holland😃) all are fluent in English.
We had a family get together of 25 guests in part of the Lucia restaurant, there was a large TV we used for showing photos and old family films, all arranged perfectly.
Being close to Schiphol and right at the endpoint of tramline 5 to the Leidseplein makes the location very convenient for a visit to Amsterdam. All in all a great stay, highly recommended

There was a sewage smell coming from the shower drainage…No aircirculation in apartement. Opening windows exposed us to the streetnoises…

When we arrived we received keys that didn’t work so we asked 2 different people who were cleaning rooms and they both ignored me when I ask them a question about the keys. Other than that the check in person was so nice and efficient and the restaurant personnel go above and beyond to make your stay amazing

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The place was spotless and conveniently located close to public transportation, which made getting around easy. The staff at the front desk were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the food and drinks at the on-site restaurant — everything we tried was delicious. The only issue we encountered was a leaking shower, but aside from that, everything else was excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This is the place to stay if you have a family. Kids will love this place and the best part a huge mall and access to tram. You are basically in the middle of it all. We have stayed here for a week but will be a frequent visitor. The people are friendly and very keen to serving you. There is no other place that delivers on comfort, access, and ease of stay! Also great eatery near by including some Michelin reviewed!

Great hotel, staff friendly and professional. It’s about half an hour away from city centre and 15 mins from airport however very good transport links to and from both locations. The gym and sauna were bonuses. Five adults comfortably stayed in the 2 bed apartment. Apartment was lovely, clean and bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, living/kitchen/dining area is less spacious but plenty is seating. Kitchen is fully equipped.
Hotel is in a lovely quiet location and has a lovely dining and bar area with great food and drink options. Slight issue with delayed book in which was easily resolved by a later check out.
Would definitely recommend the hotel for families and groups.

The kitchen was practical and had everything youd need to cook a few meals. Just no paper towels which would be handy. They provide 4 nespresso pods however you have to pay if you want additional ones however I think this doesny make much sense for 2 adults in 3 nights/4 days. They should offer atleast 1 per adult per day of stay. The staff were exceptional; kind, friendly, experienced, knowledgable, helpful...you name it, they were it! The gym and sauna were also very convenient, clean and a great bonus. The hotel is close to the airport, perfect for arrival. Its walking distance to a big shopping mall including a grocery store and many dining options (all within 11min walk). 5min walk to the tram that takes you right to city centre. Bike rentals are perfect for this area because the streets are not busy, we even got one with a child bucket seat on back. We even tried to extend our stay as we realized we would prefer it over being in the city for the remainder of our trip but they were fully booked. Overall we would highly recommend this accomodation! Thanks again Cityden!

Amazing hotel. First time I got an upgrade, very appreciated. A/C was kicking. Felt like we were back in the states (and it was 90F outside) but it was a nice and cool temp inside. Slept like a dream. Parking is at a garage around the corner, three minute walk. Super easy. Pre book (we did not but arrived Friday evening and it was empty.) parking is next to tram. Very easy to get into town. Delicious Asian restaurants nearby. Very clean and spacious hotel.

This place is at the end of Tram Line 5 and it will take you about 45 minutes and 1 transfer to reach the central tourist area/train station. Very nice place but there is nothing in the immediate area. 1 restaurant in the hotel and 1 fine dining asian place next door. Inside as far as cooking, there arent any conditments ie salt, pepper, cooking oil etc. Washing machine works great but no detergeant in room. Maybe the front desk has some. We brought our own so didnt have to ask. Overall this is a great place in a very quiet neighborhood. Very quiet so you will get a great nights sleep. You just need to know 2 trams needed for anywhere you want to go but at least they run every 15 minutes or so.

The maintenance person wasn’t able to figure out what was wrong, so we tried to dry our clothes in their industrial dryer, but had to leave to catch a train after about 20 minutes and left with a suitcase full of very wet clothes. We received a bottle of champagne as a benefit for our VIP status, but we would have preferred complimentary laundry soap. Instead, we had to pay €1,50 coffee creamer pod and €2,00 per Tide pod. We had a nice meal in the restaurant and found it very easy to get to and from airport as well as into central Amsterdam via public transportation.

The check in process was extremely embarrassing as the staff member did not show any me any respect or discretion. My credit card would not work at check-in. This is apparently not unusual in the Netherlands, not all country’s cards work. The staff member kept saying in a loud voice with other people waiting in the queue, that my card was declined because of insufficient funds. Even if this had been correct, it is not the way to treat guests.
