The 24 floor hotel has 650 rooms, all with floor-to-ceiling windows and views across the city. The hotel's 650 newly built rooms, inspired by the six cardinal faces of the hotel, are modern and light, with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The pet-friendly rooms feature espresso coffee machines, flat-screen TVs, digital safes, a minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The junior suites have Jacuzzis and the presidential suite on the 21st floor features a private conservatory.

A buffet breakfast offering both continental and American options is served daily, with a bar on the first floor for relaxation. Guests can enjoy gourmet food in the 17th floor restaurant, complete with three terraces.

Excellent connection to city centre utilising Metro. 20 euros for two 24 hrs multiple use metro tickets.

I love this hotel. The location is near pratically everything, being that i was there during christmas i was walking distance from a chritmas market. The hotel decor and cleaninness is unmatched. I will say i dont care for the parking, but its not horrible. I dont think i will ever stay any where else going 2 years staight now.

I was born in Amsterdam and have come back a few times to visit and this is my fav hotel I’ve stayed at!
Great location, quiet and out of the centre enough that the rooms arent teeny tiny for the price you pay. We walked into the centre to get steps in which was easy to do because there’s plenty to see or stop at on the way but there’s a metro just out the front which goes into the centre too. Plus the train which goes to the airport. So easy.
All the amenities were amazing, I love the green concept and getting a free drink if you don’t have a room clean for a day because it’s honestly so unnecessary.
Ghislaine checked us in and she was absolutely lovely, thank you so much!
Also looooved the free licorice in reception and the umbrella hire stand because chances are you’ll get the Amsterdam experience and it’ll rain at some point.
This is my go to hotel for Amsterdam now.

Very close to Metro to get to your destination. The only knock on the hotel is the breakfast during our 5 day stay had no changes to the buffet. Could change it up certain days. Log you needed to wait in the lobby during check in or check out, the waiting area was at the opposite end of the lobby. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with lovely views in every direction. Breakfast had at least 100 different items each day including champagne. We stayed a week in a corner room and everything worked great. Shower is 10 out of 10.
A couple small negatives: twice we had people come in our room that weren't us even though we had indicated not to. One night we got dinner in our room but it took two hours to get it.
Free drinks for no housekeeping each day was nice. Location so close to subway was a dream - we got everywhere we wanted to go very easily. The lounge on the first floor is nice. Great city, great hotel.

Bathroom was very spacious. I didn't eat here during my stay. Location is great if you want to get around by train. They let me check in very early and upgraded my room with my VIP status. It was a very busy weekend because of a festival taking place across the city and the staff were still very helpful and friendly with everything I needed.

An amazing hotel, only downside being the bar on the first floor closes at 18.00 weekday evenings except Friday which is a shame. There is a rooftop cocktail bar (which is lovely) however gets very busy so you might not get a table.

We stayed here for 2 nights amd it was an ideal location, minutes drive from the airport and walkable (~50) to dam square and amsterdam city centre. We enjoyed walking but subway station was a few stepts from the hotel. The botel itself was a nice boutiuqe hotel style local gem. Great art and theme to the hotel decor and the staff was professional welcoming. The breakfast manager showeed us around and let us see the restauarant during the day. Our room was nice, had accessories incase you forgot and are eco conscience. Great stay, friendly people and wonderful location.

Overall good after checkin chaos

Interesting not to say stunning architecture by Reinier de Graaf. The hotel was overall a good place to stay despite it not being near the center. But the metro made it actually very easy. The check-in was terrible as I had a confirmed upgrade and a confirmed early check-in but guess what: an early check-in for the upgrade did not exist. The ultimate room was very nice, spacious, well designed, comfortable bed. The including morning breakfast had a lot of items but nothing was particularly outstanding. Alltogether, it was a good place to stay and a place associated with wonderful memories.

We loved our stay at nhow Amsterdam RAI! The decor throughout the hotel is so cool and creative—every corner felt unique and thoughtfully designed. I had a really good time at nhow Amsterdam RAI. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome right away. The location is excellent, especially if you're using the train, it's right by the station. Everything in the hotel felt new and clean, from my room to the restaurant. My only small suggestion would be to have more breakfast options. The food was good, but more choices would be even better.Overall, I totally recommend nhow Amsterdam RAI!

This hotel was absolutely perfect location for easy access from the airport and into the city centre. The train, tram, and metro stops are 2mins walk from main entrance. 10mins on train from Schiphol, 10mins on tube to Centraal Station, or just over 20mins on No4 tram to Centraal. Lovely vibe in the hotel, trendy interiors, and a great buffet breakfast. Free drink voucher for bar if you skip room clean service when staying more than 1 night. Would 100% stay here again. And a free birthday cupcake!
