The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We ordered food in the afternoon, and it was absolutely delicious.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options.

However, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room. We called the front desk to report the problem, but unfortunately, no one ever came to check it.

Our experience at the restaurant that evening was also disappointing. We arrived around 10:30 p.m. and were told that the kitchen was already closed. At the same time, we could clearly see that food was still being served to other guests until about 10:45 p.m. We also ordered two cocktails, but they never arrived. After waiting for a while with no service, we decided to leave the restaurant and have dinner elsewhere.

Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, especially the comfortable rooms, the delicious food, and the excellent breakfast. However, the lack of follow-up regarding the air conditioning and the poor service at the restaurant that night negatively affected our stay.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms and spacious and very nicely decorated. The facilities are very good: gym, meeting rooms, conference center all very well designed. The breakfast is really good with fantastic variety of food. The restaurants at the top floor serve very good food.
I will definitely stay again

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The building, the room, the cleanliness, the staff and the overall vibe was excellent.

They have several dining / bar areas that I recommend stopping by for everyone. We had such a good time in Sonora.

The staff were incredibly helpful, they helped us with everything and literally never denied any request of ours. Even when it was super busy they were super helpful.

I believe this also the biggest hotel in Netherlands and they use an eco friendly cooling system which I thought was interesting.

The interior was beyond amazing and fun. The rooms were super clean, very modern and beautifully decorated.

There is a metro and tram station nearby. The closest one being Europaplein, you can easily get to the airport and city center quickly.

Everything was great! I will be definitely visiting again soon! Thank you!

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Their design is very unique. We once had dinner in the Moana bar and we ordered room service another time; both times the food was excellent. The staff is very accomodating as well. Not to mention that the hotel is very accessible via public transit and super baby friendly!

Although I stayed in this hotel before and didn't had any complaints, this time my stay was terrible. I arrived after midnight, check-in went well. When I arrived in the room, it was very cold, so I put on the heater, but it made such a terrible noise. It was like the sound of a machine room. As it was impossible to sleep, I went to the gym first, but when I came back the noise was still unbearable. I went to the reception, but nobody was there.
That meant that I had to wait till the room was warm enough to put off the heating as it was not possible to sleep with that noise.

Furthermore room was clean, some amenities were missing. Breakfast is good.

Honestly, the first 36 hours of arriving our room had a stench of septic tank and my nose could not adjust for that long. My twin bed felt like I was sleeping on a boxspring. Other than that, staff is very friendly, hotels clean, amenities are great. This hotel is in a good location to the train stations.

An upgrade was requested for a better room. I was moved 1 floor down to a premium room as I didn't like the look of the ceiling. The view was not much different as it was only 2 doors down on the lower floor. The new room hand towels in the bathroom had dirty brown stains. When I wiped my face the towels had an awful smell. On entering the bathroom the toilet seat was up as though someone had used the bathroom. The pillow cases on the bed were not clean. They were just turned over to the other side. The housekeeper at the previous room before moving prior did a far better job with the cleaning. Staff were friendly. Lounge was great. Beautifully decorated hotel

The breakfast buffet is simply amazing and we enjoyed it a lot. Our room was on the 16 th floor so the view was a bonus.

This hotel is the perfect home base to visit and explore Amsterdam and the surrounding cities. The hotel is modern, clean, beautiful and quiet. Steps away from a Metro, train (RAI) and tram stop it was super easy to get around while staying in a quiet location. The room was spacious with all modern amenities. We especially appreciated access to Netflix on the TV so we could watch something in English. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were super happy with this choice for our week in Amsterdam.

The overnight staff could be nicer, I asked for ice to keep my breastmilk cold and they had such an attitude about it, i felt uncomfortable and very unwelcome. If you have kids that still take breastmilk do not come to this hotel.

Amsterdam has been one of my second favorite places to visit when traveling abroad to the EU. My stay here was incredible. The professionalism of the staff from check in to dining and everything in between was more than a great review. They have a wonderful rooftop cocktail bar and restaurant I highly recommend.

Great all rounder stay in Amsterdam! The hotel is located next to the events/conference centre so is not in the centre of town - that being said with the metro stations nearby it is so quick and easy to get to and from the centre and out to stadiums if for example you are staying for a gig, like we were! Didn't ever feel like it was too much travel to go back and forth. The hotel itself is modern and clean, rooms are comfortable and spacious with lots of usable storage space and my personal favourite - mirrors! Unfortunately the casting didn't work well on the TV so a radio or bluetooth speaker would be a nice touch, otherwise I truly can't fault the stay!

Extremely hard beds, tv only works if you can use a streaming app from phone, fridge in room but no milk for tea coffee so go to bar to ask for milk. Upstairs restaurant expensive. Good location, beautifully designed bedrooms and public rooms.

Had the most fun experience here! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Easy access to so many unique parts of Amsterdam—we loved exploring the area. There are nice trails and parks in the area, and the Metro is located nearby too.
The hotel itself is also gorgeous. We loved the bar and the rooftop restaurant not only for their aesthetic, but amazing food and good drinks! We stocked up on sustainability drink tickets by tidying our room ourselves, as well, which was a fun and unexpected motivator to make sustainable choices. I appreciated that.
We stayed on the 16th floor—highly recommend staying on a higher floor if you can for the view!

Wonderful hotel. Excellently decorated. Nice staff.
We had a standard room but it was large and spacious with plenty of room for us to unpack our luggage. Great lighting (that’s one of my biggest gripes on hotel rooms).
Very comfortable & massive bed.
Lovely shower & bathroom with nice toiletries and amenities.
Moana lounge on the first floor was great. Emil was our waiter - he was so attentive, friendly and kind, fantastic team member…
Great location, right next to Amsterdam Rai Station and Metro for getting in and out of town easily.
We loved it. Would highly recommend.
Took a nice stroll to AmstelPark on Sunday where they had a market on.

This property was perfect for our stay. The property is extremely clean, quiet, and has great amenities. There’s a rooftop bar and restaurant. Since we couldn’t locate food nearby late, it would be nice if the restaurant was open later. Besides the restaurant closing early and not having washcloths, everything else was perfect! They’re in a great location, close to everything and walking distance to the Metro. We felt safe even walking at night and the staff was nice. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. I would definitely stay again.

I was asked to pay taxes at the point of the check in. I wanted to pay full amount but I was told its not possible. Really upsetting, because I wanted to pay by cash and had my money ready but it was refused without giving me a reason.
There is a restaurant on the top floor of the building which is absolutely awful. Horrible and overpriced food.

The hotel is a very interesting modern hotel. It is perfectly located with a public transportation near by. We took the U52 and within a 10 minutes we were in central Amsterdam. Museums with u2 are five minutes away. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the Sonoma bar with food and drinks are too. I recommend the hotel for any type of travel. The breakfast was amazing - set apart by the incredible views & the waffle & bagel stations. They even had a bottle of cava & bloody Mary’s to enjoy!

Staff on reception are friendly & incredibly helpful.

The location was excellent as short walking distance to Rai train station & a Metro station. I thought for the same amount of money it was better to stay just outside of the city in this gorgeously designed spacious hotel. I definitely made the right decision.

I love this hotel. The location is near pratically everything, being that i was there during christmas i was walking distance from a chritmas market. The hotel decor and cleaninness is unmatched. I will say i dont care for the parking, but its not horrible. I dont think i will ever stay any where else going 2 years staight now.

Location: 9/10. It is very well located if you’re looking a secure and calm location. It takes 10-15 minutes walk to get to the center. The metro and intercity trains stations are very close.
