Room was beautiful, amazing view, spotless, spacious. Hotel staff were lovely, breakfast was nice. Wellness suite was nice, with all the different Saunas and etc. Transport to central really easy as Amsterdam Rai station less than 3min walk to the hotel. I would definitely recommend.

the room itself and common areas were clean and well appointed. the staff were short with us. it was impossible to get an uber. this hotel is not near any tourist attractions. it made getting around hard. luckily we had a car. to get to the harbor from here was 25 minutes by car.

The hotel itself was beautiful, and the rooms were really well equipped. Our room was super spacious. The cleaning was not great- the room wasn’t vacuumed in the 4 days we were in the room which was not great. The reception and bar staff are excellent. There is no good food around the hotel.

Broken toilet flush (buttons) and only one tissue left in the bathroom tissue box.
Walls are wafer thin and could hear everything the neighbour was doing until 2am.
Perfectly fine soap replaced with new one - didn’t find that very eco-friendly.
Room was always super cold. Turning the temp up for the fan didn’t help, turning it off completely did little as well. Had to stay inside the bed to keep warm.
For about £480 for 2 nights, would’ve expected better and a bathtub.

This hotel DOES NOT HAVE AIR CON

In the middle of Summer we stayed in a room on a high floor, floor to ceiling windows. And no air con.

Despite what the listing says, this hotel does not have air con, it only has “climate control” whatever that is. Multiple staff members told us this.

As a result, the temperature in the room never went below 24C, despite being set to the minimum 18C. We couldn’t sleep properly and it ruined the 2 day stay.

The Hotel in general was perfect. I stayed there with my friend for a weekend but unfortunately it wasn't really pleasant since we both got an Allergic reaction to something during the whole stay, we were sneezing the whole time when we stayed indoor and we were hardly breathing. Therefore we didn't really stay indoor although the weather was rainy and cold outside.. i complained to the staff and they asked me if they can do anything. I said i don't know, so basically the didnt offer us any alternatives or even changed the sheets or something.. i really loved the amenities but i guess it was not meant for us to enjoy them although it was a very pricey stay.

This was our first stay in Amsterdam and this hotel was everything we could've asked for and more! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The restaurant on the floor level was delicious. There's also a metro stop within 10 minutes walking distance. Make sure to go to the Metro and not the train station like we did! The cost for an all day pass was around 10 Euro and was so very easy to navigate. Thank you for such an amazing stay and we hope to be back soon!

The stay was amazing. The hotel is very well connected to the bus and train station to travel around Amsterdam and the service was amazing. Stayed there for 4 nights and we had come back to a clean room everyday. Would highly recommend this place and the room had great views of the city.

Room cleanliness was far beyond expectation, floor did not hoofer. Many debris, trashes found on floor upon arrival. Dust all around in room, cushions, hairdryer, Tv, mini bar etc. Towels were old with odour smell. Fridge was not working, reported to Front Desk at lobby next morning. Was told technician will fix it. Nothing happened when we came back in the evening. Called Front Desk again, however he said no record. The customer service was extremely worst, not willing to answer questions even just a simple one. Only told us, she doesn’t know. The whole hotel team would need to be trained how to serve a customer for a hospitality industry. Front office, hostess and female egg chef were blunt, no smile, not helpful at all.

Our family room, 2 adults 2 kids, was exactly as shown on the website. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The bath tub was massive and the coffee machine and switch controlled curtains were pleasant features. We didnt have breakfast as it was just over €20 per adult. Hotel is right next to the RAI train and metro station which made getting in and out of the city centre very quick and easy. We also got the sprinter shuttle to and from the airport, took about 20mins. Overall very happy with our stay and would return.

Not as amazing as suggested!

Shower head not original so leaks and doesnt fir properly so fall down when in use. Fridge in room not working, items inside still at room temperature. Informed reception but nothing done about it! Towels very small and thin not really adequate! Also asked for extra coffee, conditioner etc brought wrong stuff. Asked for late check out - this was an ordeal to sort! Wouldn't return to this particular hotel!

This was such a stunning hotel to visit and a great experience using the suite room and bath over looking the view. However I'm not one to complain but considering the price I think the cleanliness of the room wasn't great, mirrors were dirty, old finger prints on doors/handles, mouldy sink plug, badly cleaned shower leaving soap scum in-between tiles etc.

My reason for rating the staff 2 stars is purely because I visited this hotel for my 21st birthday (as a treat), as you can imagine this is a high class hotel which attracts high class people. Being somebody who isn't exactly high class and someone who came for the experience, I felt very unwelcome and very looked down upon, for this reason use of the sauna/ spa area wasn't used and we spent most of our time in the city:( we would have liked to make the most of our booking which is unfortunate. Our check in time was 2pm and we were made to wait in the bar until 5pm for our room to be ready. I wouldn't have cared if our room was cleaned properly but it wasn't. It had been a long day as our flight out was at 6am that morning. Majority of staff were rude, arrogant and not interested in helping what so ever! There was also no map of the hotel and there is 15 floors so trying to find your way around with no help was also a task!

On a good note, This hotel is a well designed and modern place to stay. Located 20 minutes on the train from the city which was no harm for us! Just wish the cleanliness and service was better!

Nice hotel, beautiful room. Very close to Amsterdam Rai train, metro and tram station. Coffee and tea available the whole day in the lobby.
Only thing was that the spa openend at 4 pm until 10 pm, so no time to visit if you’re already somewhere in the city center and before you arrive back at the hotel, the spa is closed.
But overall, a wonderful stay.

This property is in Amsterdam South. It is close to the tram, the metro, and the rail station. It is out of the way. And if you think you will save money by staying there, consider the costs of getting to and from downtown. Consider, too, that if you’re there for a short time, spending time going to and from your hotel may not be the best use of your time.

Amazing Hotel — 100% Reccommend!

Amazing hotel all round, whether that’s for a business trip, solo, couple or family. The choice of rooms are fantastic, as are the spa and reception area. The hotel was amazing, room was stunning and location was great. The staff were brilliant too. They go above and beyond. We left behind some AirPods and the hotel were trustworthy and easy to communicate with throughout the entire experience. They kept them safely for us for months. I’d recommend this hotel 100% and would definitely return! We didn’t opt for breakfast but even that looked stunning! So clean, bright, airy and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel made the trip even more special. Loved the hot tub in the room and rainfall shower! The train to central was 30 seconds away and the journey was only 15-20 mins. Just fantastic, thank you!

Modern hotel and rooms.
Have a bar & spa - did not use & can’t comment. Close to tram (14) to central station (30min journey) and 5min walk to metro (5-10min travel) also goes to the city.

Room on 25-27 floor. Awaken by alarm at 2-3am for Emergency evacuation. Evacuated hotel along with other staff via staircase. Very chaotic and everyone, especially children were very distressed. No hotel staff around to advise what was going on until about 30-45 mins later to inform us via speaker that it was a false alarm.
No apologies or explanation from hotel except from Rosanne the following morning because we went to clarify with reception about what had happened earlier in the morning. Was told a child had accidentally pressed the emergency alarm (at 2-3am???).. I’d believe an intoxicated individual doing it as a funny prank rather.
A little disappointed with the room clean even after informing reception that we would like our room cleaned. Bedding just pulled over our linen and pillows, neither tucked in nor properly made up - I could do the same.
Overall good and nice hotel. Attention to small details will take it a far way. Unfortunate emergency evacuation which is none of the hotel’s fault but speaks volumes of the hotels response to such incidences, may be an isolated event but hopefully a learning point for staff going forwards.

I had to change rooms at midnight on the first night as the room was far too hot and the air conditioning, even set to the lowest setting at 18, was completely ineffective. The next room was no better and I had a really uncomfortable night's sleep (or lack of). The next day I left the air con all day at 18 with the curtains shut as I was coming back late and thought that would solve issue. I came back to find the room was like an oven (25 degrees plus). I spent a second very uncomfortable night. I called up the next day ahd they moved me again and the third room had the same issue. They brought me a little fan to help. they told me it was because it was hot outside!!! Honestly, worst 3 nights I can remeber in a hotel and was totally dehydrated evey morning. Other guests were saying the same thing. Awful. Rest of hotel was fine but what is the point if you can;t sleep!!!

Very good hotel. Couple of very minor issues with the bed, sheets come off all the time as they aren't big enough for the bed. The pillows are far too thick as well. I had to use the \"show\" pillow. Other than these minor points, the hotel is lovely. Situated a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro into the centre. Very clean and very helpful staff. Good shower and good views. Highly recommend.

Needs full size ironing boards as there isn’t anywhere to easily place a small ironing board (although I managed) in the room, more hanging space especially for towels in executive rooms.

Quality of shampoo etc could be improved. Bed very comfortable. Tech in room excellent.

I absolutely loved everything single thing about this hotel except that house keeping comes too early. On vacation most of the time we don’t get up until 12pm & they always came at about 8am so we never got our room cleaned on a 6day stay. But other than that I absolutely loved everything about this hotel & its location!
