Everything was really good apart from the fact that I had no control over the climate control. I don’t like a/c to begin with but to make things worse there was no way to switch it off completely nor could I adjust the temp. I was very cold and woke up freezing despite going to bed with a jumper and socks on. Other than that, I can’t fault the hotel

This property was super cute and super modern. It is located right next to the train station which makes getting around super easy and it’s like a few stops away from the airport. It’s also the rooms themselves are super modern and have an old-school charm. The bed was super comfortable. The amenities were well thought out and the space itself just feels clean fresh and new.

En rigtig god betjening - især af receptionen som var venlige og imødekommende. Hotellet har to restauranter; en god men som desværre var lukket pga privat arrangement og derefter var der kun en middel-god snack ved receptionen. Desværre fik jeg et værelse, som var lige under den øverste restaurant som vækkede mig og holdt mig vågen begge nætter mellem 12-1:30.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The only issue was that the towels weren’t replaced, they appeared to have been rolled back, and I could tell because there was a stain on one of them. The floor also didn’t seem to have been cleaned. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Generally, a pretty good hotel. Very quiet and clean. Not a great area but convenient to where I needed to be. If I had one complaint it was that I couldn't make any adjustments to the room temperature. And I was freezing. I don't know if it's because I couldn't figure out the thermostat or if it was centrally controlled. That was really unfortunate.

The only thing that I really love about the property was the convenience of it being next to the train station. The food served that breakfast was not good, the staff was very bland and not friendly, the hallways had dirty carpets and was giving motel 6. The hotel had no special amenities and the restaurant that they had was very limited with selection of food. I believe at 3 out of 5 is appropriate.

Friendly welcome at reception. Stroopwaffles given to us both. Stayed as a birthday treat for my husband. Were upgraded to a premier suite. Recievwd a birthday card and pot of chocolate covered hazelnuts as a gift. Lovely views (floor16). Rooms clean and spacious. Free minibar. We forgot a ln adapter for our phones charger, reception staff were happy to loan us an adapter for the weekend. Comfy beds. Lovely warm shower. English channels available on the tv. Hair dryer in room (takes a while to warm, so for thick hair it takes a while to dry). Hair straighteners and USB ports would be an advantage in the room. We had breakfast both days. Very nice, lots of options too, cereals, pastrys, hot breakfast items, fresh fruit and fruit juices as well as fresh ground coffee and tea

We absolutely loved this hotel and would go back here when we return. Friendly staff, clean rooms (we had a double) and awesome breakfast. The lobby and space to eat in the mornings was peaceful and clean. The 19th floor restaurant was also a unique experience with fabulous food. Nice hotel but had a few issues during a 4x night stay:
1) shower in room not working (very little pressure). Told front desk on first morning, they made a note, bit noting happened. Told them again on day 2. Nothing. On day 3, someone had been to fix it, but when I tried to use it in the evening, it was boiling hot with no way to control the temp (although pressure had been fixed). Told front desk again, and eventually I got moved to another room on my last night - altho as I’d had a busy week I didn’t really want to start having to move rooms.
2) aircon in room not working
3) not really enough tables at breakfast when it’s busy
4) we couldn’t go to the sky bar (10:30pm); told they were short staffed

On the plus side, it’s a nice enough hotel with good location. Beds are comfy and rooms are spacious, although like lots of hotels now, the windows don’t open.

Didn’t eat at the hotel (skipped breakfast as it was just too busy)

The lobby bar was always closed, with just a self service kiosk selling snacks etc.

All in all, for the price I paid for 4x nights, I don’t think stay again. Expensive for what it is.

The location of the hotel is great. It’s a 2 minute walking to tram 5 which brings you to the city center. The rooms are comfortable in size and very clean. We traveled with our 9 month old baby and they offered a cot (pack n play type).

L'hôtel est plutôt agréable et fonctionnel et les chambres sont très bien. Il est très accessible car en bout de ligne de métro sation ZUID. Sauf que la salle de bain est dans la chambre, donc aucune intimité. De plus, le ménage n'était pas fait, il a fallu réclamer des serviettes propres. Enfin, le gros point noir c'est le petit déjeuner: il n'y a pas assez de tables et c'est la bousculade. Et deux machines à café au fonctionnement incompréhensible... on fait la queue 20 minutes pour avoir un café. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Loved everything about it! Staff are friendly and polite. Room was clean, soft bed and pillows. Celebrated birthday so hotel left sweet treats for us very nice touch. Very convenient to/from airport and into the centre. Will definitely be staying here again when we next visit.

Room for Improvement: Practical Issues to Address

While my stay at the hotel had its highlights, a couple of issues stood out that need addressing.

First, the desk setup is impractical for international travelers. The plug space doesn’t accommodate a plug plus an adapter, which is a common need for anyone coming from abroad. It’s a small yet frustrating oversight.

Second, the lift controls are unnecessarily complicated. Instead of the overly modern or unconventional design, simply installing standard, intuitive controls would make life much easier for guests.

Overall, these details detract from what could otherwise be a much smoother and more comfortable experience. I hope the management considers these simple fixes for the future.

My husband was here on business and me and my three year old daughter were accompanying. It was overall a pleasant stay. The restaurant was convenient and decent. There was a grocery store nearby. The metro is right there and it’s a walkable area.

The hotel is very minimalistic. The bath towels were rough. The toiletries were lacking. It was overall pretty clean but there were areas of dust on the shelves that our drinking glasses were placed on top of. At check in, the communication could’ve been better with the location of our room and how to access the elevator with the key card. At check out, we had our luggage stored and when we went to pick up our luggage, they had trouble finding our bags, my husband had to help and go identify our bags in a disorganized room.

Great stay, will be back

Stayed 2 nights at Innside to be near VU. The hotel itself was close to the Zuid metro station, which was convenient. Check-in was painless and quick. We had a room at the 18th floor, which had a nice view of the eastern sky and the train station. The room and amenities were clean and everything worked perfectly; the free mini-bar and coffee were lovely touches. Wifi worked throughout and it was easy to connect to the TV via Chromecast. We will certainly be coming back!

Very beautiful and cool modern decor. Friendly and very helpful front desk staff. Spacious and clean, nicely decorated fairly good spacious room w impressive shower. We got a room nice view m, super comfortable King sized bed, to our surprise. We didn’t eat at the hotel, and the rooftop bar looked nice but wasn’t open when we arrived, except for beer and wine would have been nice to have a cocktail but the hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bakeries and cafe to choose from. We loved our stay very much and hope to come back and stay again soon!

Amazing 22hr layover

On the way home feom my Scotland trip..I had a 22 hr layover which I utilized beautifully by touring Amsterdam. Innside is conveniently located steps from the train station, perfect end of a long day taking in the sites and walking. My room was relaxing and welcoming..the TV screen identified me by name and everything was clean and perfect..just like I expect when traveling. The hotel is 15 min drive and 6 min ride on train from airport. A fabulous rooftop restaurant & bar. The staff PERFECT! Loved my 8 hr stay😀

The property was very clean and easy access. Unfortunately, our room was not ready on time. However, they offered us a drink as we sat and waited. They then brought the luggage to our room for us. The breakfast was delicious so many options. It was very close to the train and the tram. With an incredibly good bagel shop close by.

I had difficulties with lost luggage and cancelled flights. The staff helped in various ways from checking in with me to see if I had heard about my luggage, charging my phone, and letting me use the desk phone to contact the airlines.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I have never had better service
