It was my first visit to Amsterdam. I would never want to stay anywhere else if I ever comeback for a visit.

Stayed 4 nights for the Amsterdam marathon. Conveniently located 30m from the airport - 1 bus and a 10 min walk. 20min from the marathon start at the stadium. Restaurants within walking distance. Rented a bike and used for expo and enjoying the Amsterdam area. I would stay there again.

Needs basic attention to cleanliness.

Great location. Out of the fray of tourism but close enough to the attractions. The room was really tiny but clean. There was however garbage left in the hallway for over 24 hours. As well when we went back in the middle of the day there was piles of dirty sheets and towels in the hall. And the stairway evidently had not been vacuumed for days crumbs and crud up and down and there was a vacuum cleaner blocking half the corridor the whole time we were there.

Nicely decorated room, but very small. We could barely move around the bed. The staff were excellent, but you are definitely a ways out of the centre of Amsterdam.

This hotel was nice and clean. Lovely friendly staff and walkable to Vondelpark, restaurants and close to tram. A bit far from city center though. And rooms were quite small but overall very clean and acceptable.

Compact room but comfortable bed and amenities, perfect for short stays. Staff super friendly and helpful, tram line 2 that goes to Centraal station 3 mins walk away (and the 397 bus from the airport within 12 min walk). Park in close proximity too which was lovely in the summer. Recommended for a solo traveller like me!

The property is good for a short stay. The rooms are very tiny (which is normal for Amsterdam), but this room left no space to even walk. Staff is pleasant but should make sure that the coffee machine is working well.

Had a great 2 night stay at this property! It is a very nice quaint boutique hotel in an upscale residential area. There was some construction on the street (for a different building), however, this did not affect our stay at all. It is very close to public transportation. There are lots of cafés and restaurants near the hotel.

The front desk staff were amazing, they were very helpful and responsive. There is someone at the front desk 24/7.

The room was very clean but a bit small, however, this is pretty standard for Europe. There is a safe in the room, however, no refrigerator. The front desk staff were able to
refrigerate a few items for us. There is also an elevator.

The breakfast was great – there is a coffee machine and water/juice station that is available 24/7. For breakfast they had pastries, toast, cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, cheese, and ham.

Overall, had an excellent stay and recommend!

Great hotel, clean. Rooms designed well for space. Close to Vondelpark and Tram/Bus stops. Breakfast was included which is great. 24hr access to tea/coffee/juice/water. Staff willing to warm food in microwave. No fridge in room, no laundry service available in hotel. Safe present in room. They facilitated early check-in at request.

Great Little Hotel near park

This is a nice, clean, simple hotel. Modern fixtures. Great staff. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood right near Vondelpark which is a nice walk to the Rijksmuseum. The park is well used by joggers, cyclists and dogs. It’s lovely. For sure I would stay again.

We loved the daily breakfast that was included and how close everything was to the hotel. Vondelpark is literally a 2 minute walk away and that was a great bonus. There are plenty of restaurants/cafes, grocery stores near by. The tram stop to take you to the city center was about a 5 min walk as well as other bus lines. There were actually a few other tram lines you can walk to. The staff was super helpful. We stayed a little over a week.

This room is so small. If you had suitcases it would be hard to fit them on your room. We were lucky to have 2 small packs so they fitted under the shelf. Hardly have room to dry yourself in the bathroom.

Good value for money. Safe and quiet area close to Vondelpark. You can come by one bus from airport to the hotel easily. Also it is easy to reach the city center by team number two. Modern hotel with modern furniture and check-in method to the room (via phone).

The hotel was very clean, great location for being next to the park which is lovely for walking. Also close to the tram links to get around and a few local restaurants.
Anna was very friendly on the desk which made me feel very at home.
Only negatives were that you had to get to breakfast early enough otherwise they ran out of fresh baked croissants, storage is non existant in the room which wasnt ideal for a 5 day stay and the bathroom light only works via sensor meaning I'd either shower in the dark or get blinded on the middle of the night.
Overall lovely hotel i'd stay in again though.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, rooms were very warm so we had to use Air-Con unit to get temperature down to have a good sleep. The location was fantastic being next to Vondelpark and only a 1 hour walk into city centre ( or you could get a tram within 5 min walk ).
Only negatives - TV would freeze sometimes and get no signal, also shower was only hot after 7.30am.
On the whole great place good location and friendly staff.

The staff were so friendly and gave advice on places to visit/eat etc as it was out first visit.
Both Pedro and Patryk were excellent.
The rooms although small, was very comfortable and with the Aircon, made it a lot more so.

The staff at the front desk were most helpful. Patrick, in particular, went above and beyond to give us the information we need and find a space for our bikes. A young front desk staff person during the night from September 8 to 9 (a man, young, could be of asian heritage) was also extremely helpful when a smell of smoke entered our room in the middle of the night. He helped us establish that the smoke came from a bonfire at at neighbouring property, and made all the inspections with us to ascertain that the hotel was safe. Throughout, he took the concern most seriously and acted in a dignified and extremely thorough and respectful manner. I hope you can extend my thanks to both Patrick and this other front desk worker.

Inget varmvatten. Fick duscha i kallvatten. Frukosten saknade kaffe, bestick, pålägg, bröd, porslin m.m köket var obemannat. En ensam kvinna i receptionen räckte inte till för alla gäster och att sköta köket. Hela hotellet saknade varmvatten och alla gäster hade klagat för henne.

Situé dans un quartier typique et calme non loin d'une rue où se trouvent plusieurs restaurants et une supérette et à côté du parc. Station de tram a 5mn.
Chambres et sdb coquettes joliment rénovées
Très bonne literie, le tout propre sauf sol moyens et couloirs bofs. Bon café, thé, tisanes à disposition gratuitement à toute heure en salle de petit dejeuner.
Pas de réfrigérateur
Attention il y a des chambres en sous-sol sol sans fenêtres mais elles sont repérables.

Vores værelse med en queensize-seng var latterligt lille. Der var ingen plads til at passere hinanden nogen steder i værelset, og kufferterne kunne slet ikke være nogen steder.

Badeværelset var heller ikke lavet så smart. En matteret glasskydedør, så man kunne høre og næsten se alt - farvel til privatliv. Brusehovedet var installeret på den korte side i kabinen, så man intet plads havde til at vaske sig og konstant slog albuen. Vandhanen sad så løst, at vi måtte være ekstra forsigtige hver gang vi åbnede og lukkede for vandet, af frygt for at ødelægge den yderligere.

Der sad en sensor i loftlampen på badeværelset, som tændte for lyset, når man gik ind. Men hvis man står i brusekabinen i mere end 1 minut, så slukker lyset og man bader i mørket. Vi ledte forgæves efter en stikkontakt, så man manuelt kunne slukke og tænde lyset, men uden held.

Rengøringen var tvivlsom. Vi blev ved med at finde sorte krøllede hår i vores håndklæder - ingen af os har sorte krøller. Det var vist længe siden at man havde vasket væggene ned, da der var sorte striber og fedtfingre på dem.

Servicen var i det mindste fin. Personalet var flinke til at hjælpe, og ind- og udtjekning var intet problem.

Hotel macht einen einfachen, aber sauberen Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind klein und haben wenig Stauraum für Gepäck oder Ähnliches. Es ist aber alles da, Tresor, schöne Dusche, Fön auf Anfrage, die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Der Frühstücksraum ist nicht besonders ansprechend, wirkt wie eine Kantine, doch es gibt einen Bereich im Freien, wenn das Wetter mitspielt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach, aber ausreichend.

Das Personal war durchgehend jung, freundlich und hilfsbereit, zum Teil auch sehr lustig! Die haben mir sehr gefallen.

An einem Morgen gab es im ganzen Hotel kein warmes Wasser, das wurde aber umgehend behoben. Dafür gab es das Frühstück kostenlos - gut gemacht!

Good location, calm. The only downside was that the showers were cold in the morning, but this was an exception.

Hotel localizado em uma area tranquila com comercios, atraves do Tram é possivel chegar no hotel em pouco tempo.
Quarto extremamente pequeno mas confortável, banheiro minúsculo.
O hotel oferece um café da manha muito bom.
Tive um imprevisto em Londres onde só consegui chegar no hotel em Amsterdã apos o vencimento da primeira reserva, ao meio dia do dia seguinte. Ao chegar no hotel a recepção foi ruim pela moça responsável, parece que eu estava pedindo para ficar la sendo que paguei caro na diária. Informaram que minha reserva foi cancelada, achei um absurdo, fiz uma viagem longa e a recepcao do hotel foi péssima, mas consegui ficar no quarto que reservei.
O rapaz da recepção foi muito gentil e atencioso.
