We recently stayed in Room 720 and wanted to provide some feedback regarding our experience.

Unfortunately, there was a noticeable draft coming from the window area because it was taped up as it was broken, which caused the room to feel quite cold, even with the heating on. This made it difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature during our stay. Additionally, one of the cups provided in the room had a leak in it.

We did not request a room change at the time, as you had kindly arranged for us to be on the same floor as the other half of our party, and moving would have caused inconvenience. However, we felt it was important to bring these issues to your attention as they may cause discomfort for future guests.

We appreciate your attention to this matter and hope this feedback is helpful.

Loved this place so much. Staff were so nice and even recommended places to visit. If it’s not your check in time , they would help keep your bags with tags. So organized. It’s self check in. They even had a toilet seat cleaner which is quite rare and I loved that. There’s a tram right in front of the hotel. The view was so lovely. Had a great time here. Didn’t get to taste their food but it is a lovely place. I would suggest to put a smart tv so atleast English speaking guests could have something to watch

Very good value for money hotel, in a very convenient location: close to tram 2 for the city centre and to the 369 bus stop for the airport.
The only downside is that the hotel is overly automated: there’s very little staff, and they’re not always available when you need them.
A manager should inspect all the bedrooms carefully, he could find handles of the wardrobe not fixed ( a matter of a screwfix), or dust in the upper part of the fridge, but nothing serious.

Checking in and out was incredibly easy with the self-service desk, but there were always staff available to help with any issues. It's a very clean, cozy, modern hotel, and conveniently located right by the 2 tram for easy access in and out of the city center.

Wonderful hotel perfectly situated right behind a 2 tram stop..2 tram an easy very scenic ride towards city center..and also just a few minutes walk (in the same direction as the tram goes towards city center) to a lovely authentic relaxed Netherlands neighborhood with bars, restaurants, cafes..shops..grocery etc etc a must!

Happy stay in Amsterdam

We arrived early and requested to leave our luggage so we could explore, this worked well, although the reception staff were not very friendly. Later when we found our room after no directions from reception, we were pleasantly surprised by a large comfortable space with plenty of storage. The cleaners were amazing throughout the stay. We paid for breakfast, which was adequate. We would use XO Hotels again and recommend to others.

The hotel staff were super helpful and accommodating. We were assisted by Alicia, one of the front desk staff. She was so lovely and understanding. We faced a slight issue in one of the rooms but she was quick to give us another room, and free breakfast aswell as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you Alicia, and the rest of the team.

Great option for Amsterdam stay

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was large, the bedding was quite comfortable, and the bathroom was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised at the heated floors in the bathroom. Access to the tram is just outside the hotel; making travel throughout Amsterdam very simple. A minor problem with a slow drain in the shower was immediately corrected by the hotel staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Good stay, good location

Hotel was outside of the city but very easy to get in because tram line 2 just outside the door, comfortable, just touch button for cleaning the room was not working and they dod not make it the first night and we had to keep asking them to make it every morning, coffee maker did not work properly and they did not do anything, I told them every morning.
Breakfast was ok and cheaper than outside.
Most of the People were friendly.
I would recomend it and stay again if visiting Amsterdam again soon

3 twin beds in the room and only one bed had a thin pillow top. One bed had broken springs and the other was like sleeping on a park bench. The air conditioner kept turning off requiring is to keep asking reception to turn it back on. We would have access to the thermostat and then not be able to use it. It was tidy, I wouldn’t say super clean.
