Great hotel, made me and my profoundly autistic son feel very welcome, made sure to let us know that if we needed anything to just ask. One kind member of staff gave my little boy a leonardo hotel teddy bear.

Nice hotel, in a lovely location, only a tram ride away from the centre of Amsterdam. Very friendly and polite staff, great restaurant and bar. Far enough out of the center to be calm and quiet, near enough to tram in with 20-30 mins.

Staff and amenities were lovely, so much is included with a simple room booking I highly recommend this hotel. The room was a little dirty still from the previous guest (room service order sign still hanging, coffee pods not fully replenished, some surfaces not fully wiped down) but they do have a reduced cleaning schedule

The room looked nice, but the bathroom smelled like drains. The sewage system wasn't great in my opinion. Only found out on the last day of stay that you had to request a change of bedding and a replenishment of tea and coffee.

The rooms were clean. The area was nice, quite and a good distance from city center and the airport. The all inclusive breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The staff was nice but could work on there communication. Any time we asked them about something, they gave us short answers that left us with more questions. For example we arrived the hotel and our room wasn't ready. When asked for an estimate on when it would be ready the front desk attendant told us 4 hours from when we arrived and that it most likely wouldn't be ready earlier. We tried to walk around for an hour but was to tired to do that so we went back early and asked if there was anyway our room could be done earlier since we were very tired. Another front desk attendant told us it was ready but know one let us know it was done earlier. Then they charged us a $60 city taxes to stay there and we didn't know we would have to pay that when we booked the room. We also weren't told the hotel was cashless until we got there. It was all to messy, they just need to communicate better.

Staff didn't know what a rubber plug for the bathroom sink was !!! We were offered 3 pin electric plugs !!!! We were not told we had to ask for housekeeping so our room was not cleaned . There wasn't an electric kettle until we asked for one . We don't drink coffee . Not enough staff on reception. Very very dismal and dark in room. Better lighting required.We have been travelling for over 50 years and stayed at many hotels including Leonardo. This wasn't a pleasant trip at all. Very disappointing four night stay.

Basic room and small considering it was ‘deluxe’ and over £250 per night. Room only cleaned once over four days and only some towels replaced, soap not topped up and not cleaned or vacuumed.

Breakfast room was too small for number of guests and food kept running out, tables not cleared for 20-30mins after guests left. Flys over everything.

Would not recommend even for a one night stay.

Staff downstairs were lovely but in the breakfast area it was understaffed and a couple of them kept promising things but didn’t deliver. There was fried eggs on the first day but on the second and third there wasn’t any. A lot of the mini pancakes were burnt. I often had to ask for cups or bowls etc.. It’s way too expensive considering what you actually get. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed was quite hard too

A good location with some small issues

The hotel is really nice and in a good location the pick and drop off is a nice feature . Pre checkin helped alot. They upgraded us which is nice. However the idea that you don't clean unless you get in touch I don't think is great as the towels are thin and small if you don't clean or at least are able to dry them it becomes an issue. I did use the app to request a clean but this didn't happen. Also I managed to contract a stomach bug(gastroenteritis) I'm not sure where from but the cleanliness of the room would have helped.

Most of the staff are excellent some do look at you funny

Great top floor bar and open roof
But the only negitive is they dont have mini fridge in their rooms

Located in a quiet part of Amsterdam, but easy to get into the centre on the tram which stops right outside the hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great and the view on the 17th floor is stunning.

Positives were that the rooms were nice, and there was a great view of the city. The hotel staff were wonderful, but the restaurant staff were very slow to seat, slow to respond, and could often be seen talking amongst themselves. The food was really not worth the price we paid, and the staff also acknowledged this. I do think the menu needs to change or the prices. And staff needs to work on customer service. Not every experience can be “fixed” with a free drink.

Hotel is on the outskirts of Amsterdam so be prepared to travel into the center. Public transportation is a 5 minute walk and the service is frequent.
Some of the desk staff could do with being a bit more cheerful.

We have just returned from a 5 day break at the Leonardo Rembrandt Hotel. We had a panoramic room with kingsize bed and could not fault it. Plenty big enough, clean and luxurious. Breakfast buffet (which I wasnt going to book, but had my arm twisted) was incredible. So much choice, cooked options, pancakes, cereal, fruits, cold meat, just brilliant and would highly recommend. Only downside is that there is a lot of work going on outside the hotel so the convienient tram stop outside wasnt in action for the duration of our stay, which was abit of a downside so had to walk a far distance to get to the next one. Other than that, I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The property and building for the most part are good. Staff are friendly but not the most helpful problem solving.

We had purchased a luxury package for our stay as an add on, but when we arrived there was nothing there. I inquired at the desk and they said they never got that request. I showed them the confirmation (received from an Expedia communication) and they got it aet up, arranging it for the next day. When we got back the next day there was still nothing there.

What ensued was a constant back and forth with staff of the desk, the manager, the wait staff, and the chef that usually ended up with the circumstance of the situation blamed on us. Id love to add more but theres a character limit on reviews.

Overall the hotel was fine but dint expect above and beyond service. We went for our honeymoon and the headache of trying to negotiate this luxury experience was more headache than it was worth.

Staff are nice enough just not very efficient in general. Upon arrival we were waiting a while whilst one of the reception staff checked us in but was showing a new worker how to do the process which took longer and not ideal when you just want to get to your room after a flight.
The room itself was basic but clean.
The aircon stopped working and was being fixed on our last day so our room was boiling throughout the day.
Quite a bit out from central Amsterdam with trams around a 10-15 minute walk.
We checked in early for an additional €30.
Rooms aren’t cleaned unless you request this.
Rooftop bar is nice but expensive but so is Amsterdam in general.
If you want water and don’t have a bottle you have to buy water bottles from reception and once you do this you can fill the bottle up for free from a water dispenser in the hotel.
Would benefit from fridges in the rooms

We’ve stayed at Leonardo Hotel Rembrandtpark several times and have always had great experiences, which is why this stay was so disappointing. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work. When we brought it up with the front desk, we were met with resistance and dismissiveness. The night manager, Emmanuel, told us the hotel was fully booked and there were no rooms available — only to suddenly offer us two room options after I became visibly upset.

It was nearly 12:30am by the time we were moved. We had been advocating for ourselves for over an hour after a long travel day, with an intense week of work ahead. The stress and late-night disruption made it hard to rest, and my partner (also my drummer) slept poorly, which impacted our performance.

On top of this, we had spent a lot: we booked four rooms, paid €10 per person for the shuttle (5 people), and €20 per person for breakfast.

The room we were eventually moved to was slightly better, but still warm and smelled of mold. We felt let down — not only by the broken AC, but by the way we were treated. For the price and the brand, we expected more professionalism, care, and basic comfort.

Although the location is a bit of a walk from the center, we did not mind having to walk and enjoyed seeing more of the out skirts. We had an amazing stay here for our 6 year anniversary, thanks to the care taken by the staff. I added the Romance Package to our booking, and we had a late check-in due to fkight issues. They took the time to make sure it was ready before we went to our room, and the view was breathtaking of The city. We loved walking around and through Rembrandtpark on our way to various points of transit. The social atmosphere and beautiful scenery made is feel very welcome and at ease. The local dining iptions were outstanding, in addition to thw luxury of dining at Floor17 a couple of times during our stay. The rooftop offered more amazing views and delicious cocktails as well. We would gladly stay at another Leonardo property after this experience!

2 electric area in the room is not working.ı called the technician and they did not fix. Room barcode for requesting cleaning is not working.ı requested reception they took my room number and again room is not cleaned.. reception workers mostly not all are always talking each other and its normal that i forget to request to fix the room lights and cleaning to tell housekeeping. Restaurant and breakfast is very good. Only smiling and good servıce you can find in restaurant.

The hotel is very nice, the staff are lovely, the bar on the top floor has a good atmosphere, there is a park close by. You need to get a tram to the city centre which is easy to reach and fairly cheap. There are no restaurant or bars close by. The hotel is 20mis from the airport in the hotel shuttle.

We checked in after 7 pm and our room was not available. Normal check-in time was 3 pm, so it certainly should have been. The lighting in the room was very dim and we had to use our cell phone flashlights in several cases. I'm 5'3\", which is not incredibly short, and the bar to hang clothes was 2 feet above where I could reach. I had to get help to get the hangers down and then hung my clothes on the luggage rack. Neither I nor my traveling companion could get the coffee maker to work. We went to the bar one night and left after not being waited on for quite some time. We were not the only ones. The property itself was clean, and the breakfast buffet had lots of options for everyone.

Hotels in Amsterdam are expensive, so this one is a good value if you don't mind not being right in the center of the action. There is a tram stop nearby though that can get you to the downtown area in around 10 minutes or so. I recommend purchasing the breakfast since there are not any restaurants nearby. It was also a very nice spread that they offered. The rooms are comfortable and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport is not included, but is very convenient rather than struggling with bags on the bus or tram.
