The staff here were most helpful. The single room was a little small but had everything required. The breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold choices and helpful staff members. The hotel is very conveniently sited for public transport links, bus, tram.

The coffee machine was broken so reported it to the receptionist. She took that machine away. Then later that day, I was in the room napping and I had the do not disturb sign on but that did not stopped the receptionist and the housekeeper from using their master key to enter my room. Why? Because they HAD to replace the coffee machine. Spoke to the manager Alex. She just shrugged it off. When pressed what is she going to do about it, she offered me breakfast and that's it. Being a solo female traveler, this made me feel pretty unsafe so I stacked my luggage against the door from then on.

This hotel was adequate for a trip to Amsterdam. The tram and bus was nearby. Our coffee machine in the room didn’t work and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned even though the cleaners came to the room. The wifi worked and it was quiet at night.

Area was a but sus, rooms had thin walls so I could hear plenty of noises, i saw a cleaning lady enter a room that clearly had the do not disturb sign on, my sheets were dirty (they had weird spots). But overall, the busses/trams you need to take to get to the city center are nearby, so not entirely bad

A bit disappointed. At first the front desk was accommodating. However, afterwards the front desk clerk became annoyed, condescending, and was very rude. Apparently, we asked too many questions. We asked that they replace the vanity light as it was burned out, which they never did. Also, they forgot to provide us with towels. When we requested them, they said that they ran out. I don’t recommend anyone stay here. For a few extra $$ you can find better accommodations.

I stayed in XO Hotels Infinity in Amsterdam for 1 night and my lodging was very good. Check-in and out was smooth, staff were helpful and the room was decently sized and well-cleaned (although it smelled like cigarettes). The hotel is located in a lively area with lots of restaurants and shops around it. There are also excellent transportation links. I would stay in this hotel again.

The location was good but the bathroom had disgusting smell although the fan was working 24 hours.There was no air refresher either.I think the hotel manager should resolve this issue as soon as possible.
The matress was fine but the pillows were very bad I couldn’t have a good sleep.
This hotel had no mini bar or fridge so we couldn’t drink cold soft drink or even water in our room.We had to go out and pay €2.5 every time for each small water bottle.
There was a nice resturant called Deli Morroco the other side of street the opposite of bus stop we enjoyed wonderful breakfast and dinner with better prices than any other resturants next to the hotel.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a four-night stay at XO Hotels Infinity, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were absolutely fantastic, consistently friendly and helpful, which made us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay.
Our room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large, comfortable bed that ensured we had restful nights. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless, reflecting the hotel's standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
The location of the hotel is another strong point. Situated in a pleasant area, it offers easy access to public transportation, including buses and trams, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, there are several nice restaurants and shops nearby, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping.
Overall, our stay at XO Hotels Infinity was delightful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Room we had the sink in bathroom wasn’t working and had issues with water sink. Bathroom was very cold, windows need to be double glaze and TV needs tuning or replacing.

You get 2 coffee pods, bot a full box.

High priced, low quality

This hotel uses an automated kiosk instead of a guest reception desk. At the time of check in, there was no one to greet us. Just some men smoking outside the entrance. The room I was assigned by the machine was an “upgrade” without the option to refuse. It changed my reservation from a double bed into 3 single beds. Child sized beds, just what I didn’t want. The room was a bit banged up in places, for example where one door contacts a nearby door. Critically, the room lacked basic bottles of water. Do they intend their guests drink like dogs from the bathroom sink? For around 200 euros per night, I’m glad I didn’t stay another day longer.

Xo Infinity hotel review.

Was overall okey. The room was modern, and looked good. It was clean Bed was alright, and shower and bathroom was nice. But the corridors where very long and tight to get trough. There was stains on the curtains, and a lot of flies in the room. Like honestly 20+ flies the 2 days we where there. But the worst part was the sound levels from the outside. The area suffers alot from loud cars, bikes, and people at night. Would also have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

All the staff we encountered could not be more helpful. The first night we requested more pillows as the ones provided are square and realistically far too small, the man at the reception managed to get us another set, all done with grace and professionalism. We ended up having to add an extra night on top of our stay, to which the two female staff members who we dealt with over the course of two days were exceptionally helpful. Our room was clean, however other guests were clearly smoking cigarettes in their rooms as we had a strong smell of smoke in our bathroom, this was also evident in the reception area. There are high tech touches here and there such as the self service check in and check out, assigning yourself a room key and the housekeeping notice, however with all these high tech touches, although we had a large tv there were very little channels to choose from. TV’s with access to Netflix would be a good option as we have encountered in other hotels. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Transport links to the airport and city centre are outside the front doors, also a shopping centre opposite with good supermarkets for snacks, and good takeaway options on the same street. We Chose not to wonder too far out on foot at night though, area seemed slightly sketchy with large groups of men staring at my partner, obviously not a reflection of the hotel though. Value for money in comparison with other options is at the top end.

When we arrived check in was so simple. It was self service and we just entered our names and date of birth then we were greeted with a keycard. The room was spacious and it had a nespresso machine. Most of the TV channels were in english and it even had BBC and ITV channels.
The only fault was that it was nowhere near the city centre and you had to rely on public transport to get around.

The Xo Infinity is a lovely hotel situated in a nice location about 20mins to Central Amsterdam. The hotel staff are lovely and friendly. Daily housekeeping and free coffee making with daily coffee and tea. The hotel is peaceful and easy access to places with plenty of local shops.

Even though it's not in the middle of everything, rhis hotel has convenient access to central Amsterdam via tram, and convenient access to Schiphol Airport by bus (369). The hotel is right next to the Plein '40-'45 bus/tram stop. There are a good number of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was small, but sufficient amd clean, and modern in decor. Would have liked having more than one pillow per person. The showers were AWESOME (those rain-type showers). We were on the first (European) floor on the odd/back side of the hotel, and heard very little (if any) noise during our stay. Staffing quality varied WIDELY between the day and night crews. We talked to the night crew to let them know our flight had been delayed and to hold our room, as we would be arriving 18-ish hours late, however, they instead shifted our whole reservation by a day. Day crew cleaned up the mess. We discovered around 8pm after being out for the day that our TV was not working. I called the front desk, and the man I spoke to did not apologize for the inconvenience, or offer to send someone up in the morning, just rudely said, \"I don't know anything about the TVs, housekeeping is gone for the day.\" When I called back in the morning as we left for the day, the desk offered to come right up and take a look, and it was fixed when we arrived back. All in all, a mixed bag, but I think we would probably stay again.

My first hotel to check in during my trip and the staff were amazing. We were able to check in a little earlier and the rooms were clean. The only hotel to have coffee in the room during my trip! It's a bit away from the central station in Amsterdam, I think it was about a 25min street car/tram ride. The block is full of Persian/Turkish life. Supermarket is literally across the road and another one a block away on foot. It's an interesting hotel as you get to the floor and can walk VERY far to your room. Breakfast is the best deal to have for 5 Euro. I had it each morning I was there. Fresh croissants every morning is a win!

This property is in a dodgy area and whilst is is being done up and the rooms are ok the whole place is covered in dust and grime and the breakfast place is in a dust filled basement with no proper light. I really wouldn't stay there is i were you!

Location was alright if u not fussy, it in Muslim area. Our room just above the eatery shops, so it kind of noisy and smokey from tobacco smell. Room little small. First night check-in found left over food from previous guests in the cupboard. Nespresso machine not working well and no room service to give us refill coffee through out out stay. Solution buy own 3in1 coffee to make our own.
Bus no 21 journey to town takes 30min and tram no 7 takes 20min.
Bus no 69 to and from airport 1hrs.
Overall stay are alright for budget in this hotel for €566 for 5 night.

We requested a cot but this was not available the first night but we were upgraded to a tripple room where we could use a 3rd bed for the baby and move it up against a wall. The hotel is in the middle of refurbishment but we didnt notice any noise as we were out all day. Instead of a simple card for \"dont disturb\" etc there is a fancy touch screen, however this lights up the room at night. There is a fancy coffee machine in the room which is also not necessary a simple kettle would suffice. We found rubbish under the bed. The room decor is very stylish and modern and very comfortable. A bus stop outside goes to airport. Tram stop directly outside too. Vending machine in reception with bus tram metro tickets. You can only buy 24hr tickets on tram or bus so use tge veding machine if you want 48hr tickets. We walked from central station first day but it is miles away so would reccommend the bus n tram ticket as they are very frequent and low cost. Hotel is set above a row of shops and looks awful from outside but fantastic inside. Didnt try breakfast but seemed reasonable priced at €5 each. Cot arrived 2nd day which was fine. Staff on reception are very helpful. 2x usb outlet in room. Free Safe in wardrobe. Hair dryer in bathroom. You can hear lift and corridor doors banging in room adjacent to lift. Hotel inside will look fantastic once complete. Outside will always be an eyesore. Free wifi in room. Would recommend.

Kamer was zeker in orde , kamer is beter dan wat je verwacht in het gebouw. Extra betalen voor een kamer die al klaar is 30 min voor 'officiele incheck ' en later uitchecken ook weer betalen.
