Nice hotel, convenient for travelers from Schiphol. Rooms are nice with plenty of room. Good size bathrooms. The staff is helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again.
2 comments: The only choice we had for breakfast was a very expensive buffet. We just don’t eat that much in the morning.
This was the only hotel shuttle we’ve ever used, in all the places we’ve been, where the hotel shuttle driver doesn’t help you with your bags on/off the vehicle.

We booked this hotel explicitly after a call with the reservation team said that they allowed late check out until 4pm, as I had an important call to take. When I went down to confirm the late check out, the request was dismissed out of hand by the front desk. We stay in a lot of hotels and the gap between reservation team and front desk is particularly jarring. Simply unhelpful.

We had a nice stay in this hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. There are two things that cause me to rate this less than five stars. First is the airport shuttle. It is included with the room, but only runs every half hour whether leaving from the hotel or the airport. The problem is that the shuttle is too small to accommodate so many travelers. On the way from the airport, it was standing room only, and I had to hold my luggage between my legs. On the way from the hotel, we saw the crowd waiting and just ordered an Uber. Since part of the reason we got this hotel was for the shuttle, this was disappointing and an unexpected expense. The second issue is the cost of food at the hotel. There are few restaurant options near the hotel, so without competition, the hotel seems to charge a premium for food.

I stayed 3 nights. There was a card in my room with QR code to order ROOM service.
I ate in the sports bar on the Friday. Amsterdam city on Sat and planned ROOM service Sunday as was heading to a festival.
I placed the order online, only to receive a call asking when I'd like to PICK IT UP. I advised I'd ordered ROOM service as advertised. They said this was not possible with no reason. I tried to call reception via the phone and was redirected to the bar. Marlene answered and half way through my sentence she started a conversation with someone else.
I asked to speak to the manager, who came on and offered me room service if I was willing to pay. Surcharge!
I cancelled the 47 Euro order, and bought nothing else from the hotel on the back of the rudeness and no apology for offering a service that isn't available. I ate at the festival and also did not buy breakfast for 27 EUR. So Marlene and her pal cost the hotel around 74 EUR on the back of a ridiculous surcharge and rude behaviour.
Also, I'll book another hotel next year spending £700 elsewhere. Thanks!

Room was clean but a little dated, could use some new carpet for sure. Mattress topper had a tendency of wanting to slide off the bed. On a much more positive note, the room was quiet and the food in the pub/sports bar was good. No shopping or places to eat within walking distance with the one exception of a place called “Wings” directly across the road from the front entrance, nothing to write home about. The free hotel shuttle service was a godsend. Could jump on the shuttle to the Schiphol Airport where there were some more food choices, and then directly from the airport take a 10 minute train ride to Amsterdam Centraal and civilization. Bring your credit card, things add up fast.

The hotel is nice, the shuttle service is efficient and reliable, twice an hour. The hotel is pretty far from the airport, about a 10 minute drive.
The property is new and well maintained. There was hair in the bathtub and the room had two hairdryers, neither worked and one was sticky and dirty.
When I mentioned this at checkout the desk staff just apologized, they made no note to address the situation.
The restaurant was busy and the food was fair, certainly overpriced.
There is no quick way to get to Amsterdam city center from here. Have to take the shuttle to the airport to get the bus, or get an Uber, about $30.

Generally a good hotel. Fast check-in and check-out. Staff and food in the bar were exceptional!! Comfortable bed and very good gym. Issues with shuttle that were not the driver's fault - not everyone able to get on the shuttle as it was full. Also it took staff 30 minutes to come to our room to unlock the safe as the batteries died. Stressful as we were checking out to catch a flight. Otherwise a good hotel.

This is my first trip to Amsterdam. I chose this hotel as it is close to the airport plus they have free shuttle service to and from Schiphol airport. When I arrived, the wait time for the shuttle was very long. I found the shuttle drive to be rude and unhelpful. I had 1 large suitcase and a carry on. The driver did not even get off his seat to help with my bags. I struggled to keep my luggage in the luggage compartment & I was still standing up and he drives off!! He was a crazy driver and overall already not a great experience. I did find the rest of the staff to be helpful.

Not much amenities in the hotel. A gym, a bar and a restaurant. I am not a heavy breakfast eater and all they were serving was a buffet breakfast and the price was expensive (around $50). I wish they had options for just pastries and coffee.

The hotel room was mediocre. I booked this hotel because of the pictures and it was very deceiving. Old furniture and but it was clean.

My overall experience was just ok. Thankfully, I only stayed for a couple of days before boarding on my river cruise. If I ever visit Amsterdam again, I will probably chose a different hotel.

The shuttle was not as expected we arrived and called the hotel and was informed that they will pickup at a9 and than the shuttle parked at a7 and left us as we were so tired we had to pay $32 for a taxi as if not we had to wait another 1/2 hour for the shuttle and we have been waiting already for 1/2 hour

I checked in online but still had to queue for quite a while. It would be good if there was a system where you could not have to queue. I did not use the facilities but the room was clean, bright, quiet and well presented. The airport shuttle is 6am and 6.30am, not 6:15 like is stated on the information on Expedia/Website

Got in late in the evening. Lots of people waiting for the shuttle at the airport. Had to wait for a second shuttle - not the hotel’s fault. Restaurant was good, but expensive. Asked for regular water, but got bottled. Good water, but not worth 9 euros a bottle. Hotel itself was lovely. Clean, modern, and outfitted with exceptional cabinetry.

Excellent stay—room was spacious, well-decorated and the climate system worked well (be sure to close the window before adjusting the settings). Dinner in the media/sports bar was delicious and the 24hr weight room, pool and saunas are a big plus. I’d gladly stay again, especially since the room cost was half of others in the area.

Beds were comfortable which is a big deal to us. This hotel was clean, quiet, service was awesome, rooms were a nice size. There shuttle was at the hotel every 30 minutes. And at the airport every 30 minutes. This made it so easy to get to different parts of the city. Shuttle to airport, board the train, ride to Amsterdam Centraal get off. Now you are in the heart of Amsterdam.

Small but clean, nice pool with a very good sauna, saunarium and steam room, which we enjoyed during our stay.
Overall, a good hotel and one I would definitely use again.

All in all our stay was OK. We stayed for 3 nights and on one of the nights we came back to find no cleaner had been in room so no fresh towels or bins emptied, which was a bit annoying. Also on one occasion the bus was full to the airport so 5 of us were left behind and we had to book and pay for an uber to the airport as the transfers only run every 30 minutes and it meant we would have been late for our tour if we waited for the next bus. Apart from those hickups our stay was good hotel was clean and staff helpful.

My sheets were not clean which was disappointing. The reception is great and very friendly, I only learned about the breakfast area on my last day but it was delicious and very impressive. The spa was a little less than what I expected as it is only a sauna and a pool but still very nice and included in the price for your stay. The hotel is very modern and beautiful and I would stay here again if I visit the city.

Hotel was great, but they double booked or something and said they didnt have a room available and tried to send me to the sister hotel. I said I specifically stayed here for the spa and after a while of deliberating back and forth they changed some things around I guess and gave me a room. A little frustrating but I’m glad they made it happen anyways after all. Amenities, hotel bar chicken crisps were unbelievable, everything else was mint.
But the shuttle bus driver was extremely rude. I was eating a fry when I sat down and he yelled no food get off the bus. I said oh sorry I didn’t know, and immediately put the food in the bag, then tucked it away under my seat. I didn’t know it was a big deal to have food on the shuttle and I still needed to get to the airport so I put it away and when I looked at him I said good? He swore at me and said I was stupid… Then angrily slammed the bus into drive, closed the doors and drove erratically the whole way to the airport. Total jerk.
Otherwise, great hotel stay.

Incredible! We arrived to the hotel via the hotel shuttle that comes at the hour and then half the hour. The concierge are very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The options for food are incredible and you can order from a menu to your room 24/7. Very quiet. Great layout. Will stay here again.

Very good stay if you need to be near the airport! Rooms are a good size, very clean and comfortable. You can check in online, in advance, which makes it very quick when you arrive. Free shuttle to/from airport runs every 30 minutes. Just look carefully — the sign on the shuttle is just a sheet of paper with the name of the hotel. I actually didn’t see it until the shuttle pulled away and wound up taking a taxi.

Food options not great. Dinner buffet enormous and too much. À la carte options a bit odd and not great in quality. Airport shuttle is good but hotel needs to work out a booking system. Our patient queue was jumped by a late arriving group of young men with no luggage leaving elderly passengers with suitcases who had been there before them waiting on the pavement. Driver was powerless to intervene. It was a free for all and it needs to be more structured.

Beware of the floating foam mattress cover. It is not attached to the mattress as you move in bed it moves. I woke up rolled to get out of bed. The foam was now a few inches over the edge of the mattress. I fell out of bed and hit my head in the chair arm rest. The glass shower panel is too short and water ens up in the nicely heated floor. At the 40 Euro buffet they ran out of shrimp by 7:00 PM. The health club and pool looked great

The hotel room was average, but it was incredibly comfortable and offered excellent value for the price. There were stains on the carpet, but I suppose that’s unavoidable. Even if you cleaned it thoroughly, the stains would still be there.

The manager, Fabian, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He even allowed me to check out late, which I truly appreciated.

The amenities were amazing. There was an indoor pool, an excellent gym, a sanitarium, a sauna, a steam room, and Himalayan salt for body rubs. They even had ice for use in the sauna, which was a delightful treat after a long flight.

The breakfast was delicious, and the dining was equally good. However, it seemed that everyone except the manager was unfamiliar with the hotel’s facilities and services. It appeared that they were relatively new to the industry.
