Great 1 night stay! Christina at the front desk, superior service… upgrade, drink, snack.. super comfortable bed! Pillows were great just not enough of them! Dinner door stairs .. tasty with attentive staff!

Staff were very nice and polite. Gym was good. Hair in the bathtub and carpets really old and worn in the halls and room and toilet didn't flush well. We used the shuttle to and from the hotel and the airport it was very convenient and right on time. It was ok for one night.

I had an 18-hour layover in Amsterdam and the location of this hotel was perfect for this occasion. Spacious rooms, non-smoking, beautiful views of gardens, quiet, good gym on the top floor, sunset view from the top floor was amazing, shuttles to and from airport but they stop between midnight and 6am (I took an Uber which was great). I got to the city center and back using the shuttles to airport and taking the train from there. The city center was crowded and noisy, I’m glad I didn’t stay they and got the rest and exercise I needed before my next flight.

L'Hôtel Radisson Blu Amsterdam Airport Schiphol est très bien situé prêt de l'aéroport. L'accueil a été très bon et très professionnel de la part du personnel. Les installations sont correctes et en bon état. Petit déjeuner varié et bon.

Le seul inconvénient que j'ai constaté, c'est que l'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre-ville et qu'il faut trouver un moyen de s'y rendre en transport en commun. Je pense que le service de navette entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport devrait être gratuit, tant à l'aller qu'au retour. Malheureusement, ce service est payant, même si les deux lieux sont très proches.

Upon arrival at the airport in my itinerary, I was told there would be a free shutter. I was at the airport for two hours, even though the website say the buses run every 30 minute that was not the case so I decided to take a taxi and right as I was about to take the cab, the bus came. I had to pay the cab for whatever was on the meter but the bus driver kept rushing me even though I waited two hours for him to come and pick us up at the airport. I was trying to take care of the situation with the cat person and he just kept saying you’re gonna get on the bus you’re gonna get on the bus and I felt rushed however, I completed what I was doing and got on the bus when I got to the hotel there was no greeting from the reception. People one of the reception personnel was on the computer, but had no customer. She did not acknowledge me finally when I ask her are you gonna help me? She said just a minute and proceeded to do what she was doing on the computer at which point I decided I didn’t want her to wait on me so I waited for the other attendance. I did relay my complaint to the agent that was standing at the desk and he was very accommodating. He gave us an upgrade in our room. He also gave us two vouchers for the bus and he also gave us a drink on us, Card, which was very nice of him to do those things to compensate for the inconvenience at the airport my husband and myself was very appreciated of that gesture

What a disaster of a hotel. First of all it’s a 25 minute uber from the airport so don’t know how they get away with calling it an airport hotel. Arrived at 9pm and the bar closed 3 hours early as the KLM flight was delayed. How is that my problem as a paying guest. Team unhelpful and un apologetic. Don’t recommend and certainly won’t be returning.

Bad shower, very expensive amenities shuttle service to the airport ( 10 minutes driving time ) €15 breakfast very expensive. Broken safe box and they didn’t have a technician to fix not able to secure our passports. Lamps , desk and furniture full of dust and dirt. Carpet can take a good shampoo cleaning.

Arrived very late/early, dead tired. Got scolded that I should have told them, they gave my payed room away.
Let me sit for 15 min to find another room. Early next morning the lady ran after me “ you have paid , right”. I felt rather a criminal then a guest. Parking for those 2.5 hours was above 10 euro’s.
Room and shower OK but reception really sucked ( especially if you are dead tired and want to sleep for a few hours, as many as possible).

Great spacious room, helpful stuff. You have to request for bath robe if you want, but once requested delivered quickly. The first room we got had smoking smell, we requested to change - they came in quickly and gave us another room. Hotel shuttle is free from airport to hotel though every 30 mins but going to airport it cost us 5 euro per person.

Front desk staff seems not to understand professionalism response and cleanliness. I and family stayed for 3 nights and the room was not thoroughly cleaned throughout. The time I complained, the front desk lady/staff rudely enquired if I was still staying a night more before she sent someone just to change the towels and pick up the rubbish.

Also, on one of the morning breakfasts I asked for omelette and was informed that this was only available to frequent/member visitors, and being a first time visitor to Amsterdam and Radission Blu Hotels I don't qualify for same.

These purely ruined my Christmas experience. The only plus was the dinner myself and wife had at the restaurant.

We booked this hotel for one night before flying out of Amsterdam to return to the U.S. after a 3 week trip in Europe/Africa. For that purpose, it was absolutely fine. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was great for airport access, though if I were visiting Amsterdam to spend time in the city, I'd chose a more central location. But, for our purposes, it was great. We booked it primarily for airport shuttle access.

Arrived to a massive queue which overwhelmed the desk staff. They had therefore given away our twin room forcing me to share a bed with my teenage son, and we were lucky they hadn’t given away the room completely.

He ended up sleeping on the floor (they did give us an extra quilt) but the bed was so hard you couldn’t really tell the difference anyway.

I booked this hotel at the last minute after missing my connecting flight at Amsterdam Airport. The gentleman at the front desk (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he was of Bulgarian descent) was exceptionally helpful and provided a thorough overview of the hotel and its policies.

It was my first time in Amsterdam, and after being treated quite poorly by the strict and highly unprofessional KLM staff, I wasn’t expecting much. However, the hotel team completely changed my experience for the better.

The breakfast served in the morning is absolutely outstanding—truly to die for! And every member of the dining room staff was incredibly polite and friendly.

I would definitely return!

There was fighting going on between three Farsi speaking members of staff (all male). There was one who claimed to be a supervisor (Ashkan Ramhormor?); this fellow along with another one called Khaliq/Khalid who literally threw tantrums and were EXTREMELY offensive. The chief chef and the night duty manager George had to come and calm things down. The chef was exceptionally nice and George was also very sympathetic to how I was treated by the Farsi speakers.

The hotel is nowhere near any other establishments, so you are basically stuck eating at their over-priced restaurant. The restaurant staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The hotel is a beautiful historic landmark. It’s on the beach, in Scheveningen, which is the “Coney Island” of The Hague. We stayed at the hotel off season so the beach was quiet. The staff was very nice and professional, breakfast was great and our room is wonderful. We would definitely return.
