The room was nice, the staff were professional, the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything that was happening in the rooms beside me and above me so it didn’t make for the best nights sleep. Close to the airport though and convenient for why I was there.

Arrived very late/early, dead tired. Got scolded that I should have told them, they gave my payed room away.
Let me sit for 15 min to find another room. Early next morning the lady ran after me “ you have paid , right”. I felt rather a criminal then a guest. Parking for those 2.5 hours was above 10 euro’s.
Room and shower OK but reception really sucked ( especially if you are dead tired and want to sleep for a few hours, as many as possible).

Staff weren’t accommodating seeings how we booked the highest suite they wanted us to downsize but still charging us the same price as the highest room. Sue to the weather many people who were no longer guests camped out in the halls, taking up space that we couldn’t enjoy leaving behind messes. The room could’ve been cleaned better but we made it work.

Great spacious room, helpful stuff. You have to request for bath robe if you want, but once requested delivered quickly. The first room we got had smoking smell, we requested to change - they came in quickly and gave us another room. Hotel shuttle is free from airport to hotel though every 30 mins but going to airport it cost us 5 euro per person.

Front desk staff seems not to understand professionalism response and cleanliness. I and family stayed for 3 nights and the room was not thoroughly cleaned throughout. The time I complained, the front desk lady/staff rudely enquired if I was still staying a night more before she sent someone just to change the towels and pick up the rubbish.

Also, on one of the morning breakfasts I asked for omelette and was informed that this was only available to frequent/member visitors, and being a first time visitor to Amsterdam and Radission Blu Hotels I don't qualify for same.

These purely ruined my Christmas experience. The only plus was the dinner myself and wife had at the restaurant.

We booked this hotel for one night before flying out of Amsterdam to return to the U.S. after a 3 week trip in Europe/Africa. For that purpose, it was absolutely fine. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was great for airport access, though if I were visiting Amsterdam to spend time in the city, I'd chose a more central location. But, for our purposes, it was great. We booked it primarily for airport shuttle access.

Arrived to a massive queue which overwhelmed the desk staff. They had therefore given away our twin room forcing me to share a bed with my teenage son, and we were lucky they hadn’t given away the room completely.

He ended up sleeping on the floor (they did give us an extra quilt) but the bed was so hard you couldn’t really tell the difference anyway.

I booked this hotel at the last minute after missing my connecting flight at Amsterdam Airport. The gentleman at the front desk (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he was of Bulgarian descent) was exceptionally helpful and provided a thorough overview of the hotel and its policies.

It was my first time in Amsterdam, and after being treated quite poorly by the strict and highly unprofessional KLM staff, I wasn’t expecting much. However, the hotel team completely changed my experience for the better.

The breakfast served in the morning is absolutely outstanding—truly to die for! And every member of the dining room staff was incredibly polite and friendly.

I would definitely return!

Spacious and clean room. Breakfast was excellent. Courtesy bus to the airport efficient. I stayed here as I live in Antwerp, Belgium and I wasn't confident of getting a train in the morning before my flight so I booked here last minute to stay near the airport the night before my flight. Really a nice place, I'd stay here again.

There was fighting going on between three Farsi speaking members of staff (all male). There was one who claimed to be a supervisor (Ashkan Ramhormor?); this fellow along with another one called Khaliq/Khalid who literally threw tantrums and were EXTREMELY offensive. The chief chef and the night duty manager George had to come and calm things down. The chef was exceptionally nice and George was also very sympathetic to how I was treated by the Farsi speakers.

The airport shuttle was convenient and on time, the front desk staff was welcoming and our room was very clean. The hotel carpeting was worn and the room was a bit tired but the stay was comfortable and we caught our early flight without a problem. Overall the room was a good value for Amsterdam and we would stay at the Radisson Blue Hotel again.

a 10 min drive from the airport- shuttle runs every 30 min.
mid day was once an hour, we waited almost 45 min for a shuttle. they charge 5 euros to return to the airport per person on the same shuttle.

The hotel itself was nice and clean, no complaints. I found the staff uncooperative and not easy to talk to. The hotel is nowhere near any other establishments, so you are basically stuck eating at their over-priced restaurant. The restaurant staff was very accommodating and pleasant. I would not stay here again just simply because it's out in the middle of nowhere

The hotel is a beautiful historic landmark. It’s on the beach, in Scheveningen, which is the “Coney Island” of The Hague. We stayed at the hotel off season so the beach was quiet. The staff was very nice and professional, breakfast was great and our room is wonderful. We would definitely return.

Terrible experience in so many ways. Check in took 15 minutes, and I was only person in line. They tried to give me a single twin bed when I pre-paid for a king! The room had nothing on the walls…felt like an abandoned office. Shower curtain was gross, and shower head in weird location. Shower soap had detached from wall. Shuttle bus to airport only runs twice an hour, and you have to pay. Alarm went off in morning so elevators stopped and I had to walk down 6 floors with my luggage. No one at the desk when I was leaving.
Oh, and they couldn’t tell me even roughly how much an uber would be in the city.
Whole place felt creepy.

The room (suite) was spacious and clean, but dated. The temperature is centrally regulated, the first evening it was freezing. The second receptionist I spoke to at the beginning of my stay was very friendly and helpful about it. The temperature got fixed the next day. The water temperature in both the shower and the bathtub remained cold during the entire stay. Breakfast has ample variety to choose from and is good quality. The hotel has shuttle service and is 7 minutes from the airport.

Great for overnight stay near airport. Shuttle bus (€5 return) was efficient and took about 15 mins from airport to hotel.
Once there you have nothing nearby so go equipped with drinks snacks etc. Restaurant food was fine if a little pricey. Very clean although slightly dated carpeting etc.

Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern. We prefer straight shower to tub shower combo but very nice and usable. Bus takes you from airport to hotel for free, 5euro to get a ride back to airport. Reasonable and reliable. Also very easy to get downtown with the use of airport bus and train, cheap and quick compared to taxi/uber.

Would like to… however, upon arrival we were told there was no room for us….?! And we we’re moved to the Moxy - which we should’ve maybe booked in the first place!! Fortunately, we didn’t have to pay a further €40 in a taxi to be moved again!!! We barely managed to get 2 hours sleep - we should probably have stayed in the airport, but after the horrible service we’d received from klm desk T2 we felt we couldn’t stay there any longer!!! 🙁

The property was in a business area near the airport, and the shuttle service to the airport was excellent. But it was not near any restaurants or stores. It was very isolating. The hotel looks great from the outside but the rooms are out of date and the furniture old. The carpeting was not vacuumed very well with dirt and hair everywhere on it. The linens were good and the bed comfortable. The towels had stains in them so that was very off putting. I didn’t want to take a shower. It was good value for the money for one night. The staff was helpful at reception.

This hotel is roughly 10 minutes from the airport. We stayed here one night prior to catching an early morning flight. The hotel boosts an airport shuttle. But it only runs every 30 minutes. It is free from the airport to the hotel but back to the hotel is €5 per person
The hotel was quiet despite being near the airport.
Sadly the airport was not very clean. Elevator has trash in the corners. The duvet cover on the bed had stains.
It was one of the farthest away hotels among the “airport” hotels. So make sure you account for the time and shuttle schedule.

Went to the restaurant to order food, as I had just checked in and the kitchen was about to close. Since I was on crutches, I wanted to go back to my room to relax and wait for the food. I asked whether they could bring it up to my room and was told I’d have to pay 6euros to have it delivered which was just too ridiculous for words.

A hotel with much to offer but also to improve

Being a Radisson Blue Hotel, it offers the expected functionalities that make one's travel comfortable. This hotel is no exception in this regard. However, we found the hotel could improve its conditions and the cleanness. For example, in our room, the wall betwee the bathroom and bedroom was damaged by water leak (see photo), while some corners of the room were dusty (see photos). Some instant coffee bags provided in the room were long passed the best before dates (see photos taken on 11 Aug. 2025).

I’ve stayed at several Blu properties. This one is run down needs a good cleaning and paint job and had a tub that was discolored. Service was adequate. The shuttle that was supposed to arrive at 6:15pm arrived and left before 6:13pm so we had to wait an additional half hour. Haven’t given up on Raddison Blu but this one needs a refresh.
