The rooms were fine, but the bedding was weird. Massive puffed-up pillows that collapse and wrap around your head. Very firm mattresses. Not conducive to a great night’s sleep. Otherwise, fine.

The hotel is actually pretty good. They just pull your pants down when it comes to parking. 20 euros per night. Also the buffet is good if you are hungry but not if you want a decent meal. The food was pretty poor quality I felt the 32 euro's per head could have produced slightly better quality food. Someone is making a mint out of this place. They give you a 5 euro voucher for their shop if you don't have room service which is good but I would have preferred this was just refunded off the cost of my room/hideously expensive parking.

The staff was excellent across the board. The food was good, the service was great. A major problem with the heat in the room. It moaned, howled, whistled and screeched all night long. I even shut it off, didn’t help. Could not sleep at all.

I stayed there for 2 nights with 3 pax but the room was only equipped with 2 towel in the bathroom. I request the receptionist to bring me one extra towel but refuse to and insisted I need to get the towel myself and she was very rude.
My friend left one day earlier but the shuttle bus was not punctual on time and had bring in another hotel bus which they had to squeeze and stand in the bus.

Very basic room. Shower over bathtub difficult to access for older travellers.
Heat didn't work at all.
Front desk staff tried to fix problem and offered freestanding heater but in their words \"we are too busy to deliver the heater\".
Seems to describe their attitude towards customers.

Very disappointing stay.
The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made the experience unpleasant from the start. The room did not meet basic expectations and lacked the proper conditions for a comfortable stay. Overall, this hotel does not reflect the standards one would expect from a Ramada property. I would not recommend it.

Carpets are old, heat thermostat and fan don’t work asked for assistance and after 2 calls to the front desk they brought a little fan !! Not a good experience, pillows are poor quality but bed was comfy.

On the positive side the water pressure is amazing and the paid buffet breakfast was good quality and plenty of options! Would I stay again…. No !

Stayed here our last night of a 14 day tour so that we were close to the airport. We had pizza and drinks in the bar area for dinner, pizza was good. Only complaint was the shower door had a broken bottom hinge and the fact that the shower is in a very high walled tub made getting in and out dangerous with no slip prevention on the tub floor.

The hotel is utilitarian and has limited atmosphere. It's perfectly clean and functional for a one night stay before an early flight. Bed and bathroom good. If the price is right for you and you are staying only one night, you should be satisfied. We found a nice local hotel for dinner about 200 metres away.

A nice hotel right near Schipol airport. The rooms are quiet and clean, the service good, the food fine. And it is barely 10 minutes by shuttle from the airport. In short, a nice, economical option when you need to be near the airport in Amsterdam.

Conveniently located near the airport. Free shuttle from airport to the hotel, we pre booked out 6euro shuttle back to the airport and had no delays or problems. The room was spacious, clean , and the bed was comfortable .
We had pizza from the restaurant rather than the buffet. Overall it was a great place to stay the night before our flight home.

Stayed at the Ramada trip for the marathon weekend.
Really enjoyed our stay.
The hotel shuttle was superb, spot on to the schedule and really handy.
The rooms were extremely comfortable and had everything we needed.
If you don’t have your room cleaned you receive a 5 euro credit to spend in the hotel( put the notice on the door)

Hotel's airport shuttle service is inadequate. Long waits, overfull bus. Other hotels operate larger buses and better service. Hotel management doesn't want to do anything about it. I regularly stay at Schiphol AMS airport hotels alone and with family, and management's indifference at the Schiphol Ramada was startling. Won't book here again. Thumbs up to housekeeping though, you prepared a neat & clean room for us!

The airport shuttle was easy to find and had a regular service only requiring payment to go to the airport and offering a discount for 3 days or more.
With the airport above the Railway, we found it a good option to go into Amsterdam if we wanted.
Also, it is great to be able to go upstairs to the departure area and weigh luggage if you have concerns before your departure date.
It seems commonplace with hotels these days not to provide Housekeeping everyday however the difference with the Ramada was that any day you don't have Housekeeping they offer 5Euro credit to be spend as you wish within the Hotel It is inspiring and we took advantage and spent it in the shop for snacks the morning we left to go to the airport. Bathroom facilities were also minimal, however they had a notice in the room to ask reception for anything you needed and had forgotten. Which I did and was able to get a shower cap which I rely on when I stay in a hotel. Not a fan of a frosted glass door to the bathroom. The Hotel is a little isolated but only about one Kilometre walk to a little village to get what you want or take the shuttle to the airport and have a trip into Amsterdam to see all the tourist attractions.
We had a very pleasant view across the fields.
Most staff were helpful and friendly but there is always one who spoils the run and thinks he is doing you a favor attending to you, needs to think he wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for the tourist he obviously doesn't enjoy attending to.

The hotel room was fine, comfortable bed and clean. The restaurant only had a buffet for $33euros and was not an inviting space, very utilitarian.

The location is basically “no where”. No shops, no restaurants, just what’s in the hotel, which isn’t much.

This hotel was a disappointment. While our room was nice and spacious, it was very basic, no english on TV, no coffee maker, microwave or fridge in room. Guests have to buy water outside breakfast time or drink from the tap. Breakfast was excellent but dinner was expensive and terrible. Charged a city tax every day. Far from the city center. Poor service, took 2 hours to get an extra blanket, no tissues in bathroom despite asking for them. Hotel is more of a 3 star hotel.

Staff were very friendly and service oriented. Breakfast was good (not the best, but good). Rooms need update, carpets with spots, couch little bit dirty (big spots). Place 15 mins away from airport, Uber and Bolts work perfect in the area. Bar area, market area are good. Variety of snacks, beverages, etc. The temperature in the room (A/C) was perfect. The room has plenty of space, and the bed was very comfortable. Very quiet. I don’t recommend the dining option. Limited options in a “buffet” for the price. Flavors were not the best.

A good place for overnight stays during transfer.

It’s really convenient for travelers who need transferring in Amsterdam, the shuttle bus is a great help. The front desk staff were very friendly and snack bar also offered some nice snacks.

Very poor sound proofing - sounded like people next door were in our room. Connecting door between the rooms gave as much sound proofing as a thin curtain. Not helped by fact that our neighbour was watching TV into the early hours and then up making noise again around 6am.

Free shuttle from the airport, which is good. You do need to pay for the return. However, a voucher can be earned if you don’t have your room serviced, which can be used for this. The rooms are a good size but dated. The bathroom is very dimly lit, but clean. Buffet breakfast is okay. There’s no restaurant menu for dinners, just a buffet again. I did not try this. Overall this hotel is unremarkable but comfortable enough for a few nights stay.

The spa and pool were closed with no reason of why. I was not informed of this important information before my arrival as I chose this hotel for this amenity. My bed light was broken, not enough towels for 2 people, no pen and paper, no coffee in the room but there was herbal tea. The elevator to bring my luggage from the lobby level to the driveway broke while I was in it!

I booked this property specifically because they had a pool go figure it was under construction during my stay. They should really put a note regarding that. I booked us 2 1/2 months in advance so I’m pretty sure they knew when it was gonna be done. Construction doesn’t happen overnight so heads up would’ve been nice. Also, the mattresses are hard as a rock not very comfortable, but other than that everything is OK

The hotel itself is very well-maintained, albeit the building being very very old. However, the main issue is the location of the hotel, which is in the middle of nowhere, not close to the airport where you could access public transportation services, nor close to any city (especially far from Amsterdam) where you could access any transportation services. All in all, great hotel but in a very inconvenient location.

Staff was great. Location was great. Friendliness and practicality were great. I was not happy with the fact that the sauna and pool were closed during our stay. When i booked there were no postings notes or other indications as to the fact that the pool and sauna. Those amenities played a big role in me booking this hotel. It was a great dissapointment and i felt kinda cheated. On top the hotel staff did not offer sone type of credit or reimbursement for the fact that i paid for amenities i never got to use at no fault of mine.
