First it took forever to find this place. A bus was blocking the view of the narrow rd. We checked into the room and the furnace was set at 85f/29c we couldn’t get it to turn off. We asked about the ac and they said they controlled it from the FRONT DESK! The shower had 2 temps lava and thermo nuclear. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Staff was nothing special, the room was nice in size but the bed sheets had hair from probably the previous guests. The shower head was gross with mildew and the bathroom vent had dust all around it. The absolute worst part was the windows had condensation so bad, that if you turned on the room heater, the room would get humid. Terrible experience feeling wet when your sleeping. Do not recommend.

The room was beautiful and neat. The staffs were excellent, ready to help. The service was top notch. The breakfast was also great; I totally enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Another plus is the proximity of the hotel, it is just 2 stops from the Airport. After alighting from the bus, just go down the stairs and you are at your hotel.

I stayed for four nights just recently. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming to get me checked in.
The location is very close to the 397 bus to take to Schiphol and very convenient.
Lovely breakfast buffet every morning.
Room service was wonderful and if you did not need it, you would get local treats in a bag every morning.

Cannot wait to come back to Amsterdam and when I do, I will come right back here to stay!

I was physically assaulted by the night manager after I asked him to unclogged our bath room sink drain. He argued with me that it wasn’t a problem. He thereafter pushed me with both of his hands. He refused to give me his name. So whenI tried to take his picture to show management, he then shoved me and almost causing me to fall down. I’m 60 years old. Now it is 3 days later, and my left shoulder is still extremely sore.

I contacted the Hotel management, but I have not had any response from them regarding the assault and the injury their employee caused.

In summary, I made a minor request to fix a sink, and was physically assaulted. So you literally risk your safety if you book here, i.e. book at your own risk.

Do not stay herw. Staff is rude, my sheets were not changed at all the entire i was there, and your room will be an icebox. I asked for the temperature in my room to be adjusted and the front deak told me that the rooms temperature couldn't be adjusted because it doeant have separate climate control. What a joke. Also, the evening bartender was very rude. The o ly advantage of this place is that it is a stop away from Schipol Airport. The 300 or 397 get you right to the airport and they run often. This hotel has no laudry service and can only recommend pick up service for your laundry. Its also not located near anything interesting. Hungry? Walk to McDonalds. This place was just awful.

We booked a room for 2 but a friend joined us and the hotel was able to accomodate us. the triple room was really big and we were comfortable in there. The location was close to the airport and the bus came ever 3 minutes. Happened to also get a deal so it was great.

The staff were so lovely and helpful throughout, guiding us to the side door for ease with the pushchair, interacting with our little one and letting us store our luggage on our last day. The hotel is really well situated close to the bus stops which have access to everything you need. The hotel itself is spotless, welcoming and well decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were amazing! Our 2 year old had their own sofa bed (double) and slept soundlessly every night. We had everything we needed in the room and everything was accommodating and comfortable.

The only negative comment we have is for the breakfast. The hot food was limited to 4 dishes (chicken sausages, diced potatoes, scrambled eggs or boiled eggs) and toast. They were quite cold and hard by the time we ate at 8/9am but the options for cold food and pastries were varied and tasty. We just thought it was on the expensive side for the options given and for the quality of the hot food.

We would definitely return, especially for the quality of comfort in the bedrooms and ease of connection on transport, we just wouldn’t add breakfast next time!

A fire alarm went off our last night and kept us up an hour and they didn’t extend breakfast and charged us 15 euros for checking out a little late. Breakfast quite basic, hot options are just bad scrambled, often cold, egg (like rubber) and dreadful chicken sausages. Hotel condition ok, except the lift which didn't open at the -1 floor so we were stuck. Beds very comfy, shower good, room just a bit basic - no fridge. Not in a rush to book again.

Very convenient - just a 6min bus ride from the airport. If you're visiting as a transit passenger for a day or 2 and flying off or taking a long-distance train, stay here instead of downtown. I believe you will end up paying less overall and probably get a larger room here.

Rooms are also clean and nicely designed, plus the free breakfast was a nice touch. Note that there is no fridge in the room, so choose the right stuff if you're packing food from the airport.

Access to Schiphol airport very easy by bus .About 2-3 euros. When standing at front entrance look to left and their are lift/stairs to a bridge about 50m in front of you ,2 mins walk . Take the lift and take any bus on far side of road two stops to schiphol airport -seemed 10 min journey. very easy . Bus terminates at schiphol airport and its obvious where to get off The bridge goes up to a road
My friends in the max hotel next door used our dining room for their meals.
Any improvement i could suggest would be remove the odd weed off steps into hotel and jet wash steps .
Hotel was great would use again next time.
