Good size one person bedroom. Very clean. Eco friendly soaps. Wired connections for different countries.room has also a fridge and a locker. The surrounding is a very quiet place. Not far from Schiphol. The receptionist was very helpfull.

Room smelt like chemicals/mold and carpets were dirty. Left me with a horrible migraine because of the smells.

The road in front of the hotel was also closed too which made uber and cab pick ups and drop offs very inconvenient. Also not really a convenient location to the airport. 3ish miles but took 18+ minutes to get there.

The hotel offers ONE room card per room. My husband is a smoker so we asked for an additional card....this was not available and extremely inconvienent as the room key is required to use the lights etc.

No service at the bar! We left and went across the street....had drinks and dinner.

My sister's room smelt like mould. They changed her room to a kind size bed to resolve this however the nexr morning the Assistant manager was rude anÿ.

Based on my experince i would not stay at this hotel again

A lot of mosquitoes and the net on the window was broken so they kept on coming in. Plus the duvet was too thick which meant I was way to warm to sleep under the covers (which I wanted to do because of the mosquitoes)

We lost $200 as I didn’t do my research. We arrived and the man checking us in was friendly and professional. But then we got to our room and I almost vomited from the smell. It was a mix of heavy BO with an other unknown terrible smell. But the real decider came when my daughter looked up reviews and determined that recently the reviews showed guests seeing as well as being hit by bed bugs. We couldn’t leave fast enough. I advised the receptionist we’re checking out. He just said: ok. I’m sure he knew the reason why based on the other reviews.

We stayed for a Long weekend Thursday to Monday and the Hotel was fantastic. Easy reach to Amsterdam Centre via the public transport links getting you into Amsterdam in 20 mins. Easy and convenient for the Airport. Can recommend for couples who want a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and Bussell of the city but staying within easy reach of the City. Rooms warm, Clean and Very Quiet to say its next to Shiphol Airport. CAn Recommend.

Me and my partner got rashes from the first day of sleeping here, we went to a pharmacy and the pharmacist said it’s because of the bed bugs. I have mentioned it to the receptionist, they did not consider and told me it could be because of mosquitoes but there were no mosquitos in the room.

This hotel has exactly seven parking spots. You have to find street parking and hope you don’t get a boot or towed. Otherwise, it seems like a relatively new property, although it is far from transportation and the city.

BEDBUG ALART!!!
I found a bedbug walking on my PJ in room 216.
This hotel admitted that they have had bedbug issue. The lady at the frontdesk said "Yes, we have had the bedbug problem. We are honest. But we treated with the chemical yesterday. You didn't take a photo of the bedbug, then you have no proof. Bedbug is not our fault, customers brought it in the hotel. Nothing we can do."
They put me in the room they treated the bedbug with the strong chemical smell, which I could smell strong paint kind of smell right after getting into the room, blamed on me not taking photo of the bedbug as a proof, no apology, no compensation and no refund.
TERRIBLE EVERYTHING! AVOID THIS PLACE!

This place has bed bugs. I have been sick since then. We complained about it. I think to the hotel it was a common thing. Please do not book this hotel. The two staff Safi and the other man which i forgot his name were amazing when checked in. They were helpful. I think Expedia is to blame for having such an awful place on their listing.

The air conditioner was not working in the room, asked for another room and was told none available, a staff gave me a fan which did not make for comfortable sleeping, the attitude was not apologetic in any way, complete waste of money, the location has only one hourly bus which stops at 11 pm so not convenient for early morning flights unless get an Uber EUR 40 .

First night was nearly €90 to get to town in a taxi. €69 on the way back. This hotel is not not not near the city. Public transport to this hotel is not good either.

Food was awful. Paid near €20 for 2 pices of bacon, piece of toast. It is served buffet style but only hot option was bacon and the scraps of scrambled egg. Very disappointed.

We had a problem with bedbugs, so that was awful, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The location isn't that great as it was described - they said 2km straight line from hotel to airport and km may not be precise, but in reality it's around 10 km. City center was super far- minimum an hour with buses, but in description it was described that you can reach city with local buses in 30 mins, thats not accurate at all. Also the breakfast buffet for the price was not worth it:/ all week the food were the same- eggs, sandwich or cereal, the food wasn't that bad, but for the price it just makes no sense

Terrible experience at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. First thing this hotel is far away from town and transportation is not simple we had to spend a lot money Ubering to get around. Also this hotel has a bed bug issue and the beds are very uncomfortable.

Everything was really great and in fact the best budget hotel in the entire area of Amsterdam .
Plus points:
- Safe Box
- mini fridge
- Coffee Machine
- Clean to the point and soft sheets and pillows
- Great Service
- Great Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner Menu
- Great Staff

Some Minus points:
- No toothpaste
- No Seperate Air Conditioning

All the rest were great and i enjoyed my stay.
I would say i will defenitely will come back.

Peacefull outside Amsterdam's staying.

My room was large enough,with large tv screen,my twin bed was comfortable enough and shower handly.Basic amenities.
Dark inside.
Downstairs,reception is part of lounge's hall entrance with terrace where to read or savour some snacky.
Restrictive shopping all around.

I booked this hotel for a week, got bitten by bed bugs, spoke to staff and they apologised and said they would change our room and upgrade with no additional charge. Later they said there is no upgraded room available, and that we can get unlimited drinks the same day and breakfast the next day with no charge. The room got changed only to get bitten by more bed bugs. We got no free drinks, and when we went for breakfast the next day they were questioning on who said so. Location is far away from central so if you are happy to travel an hour and a half by bus then it’s fine. Just keep in mind that the last bus is 20:30, if you don’t make that bus then you would have to walk it for 30 minutes .

We really enjoyed the stay however the smell of the drains in our bathroom was unpleasant but bearable. We liked the room, beds and fridge. The location was out the way of Amsterdam but easy enough to Bolt in to the city. We used The Beach for one drink on the first night but we didn’t use the hotel bar.

This property is advertised as near the city of Amsterdam but it isn’t - the public service takes over 1 hour 15min to get there there are no bars near the hotel it was awful and a horrible experience- we checked out on the Friday evening as it too 2 hours to get back -it cost a fortune in taxi to get to our other hotel!! Expedia would not allow us to change or give us a refund !!! DO NIT USE THUS HOTEL

Everyday I woke up to new bites, I let the front desk know, there was no offers to move my room. There was mold in the bathroom, and my sink did not empty quickly as if it was clogged. I appreciate how kind the staff was but overall it was a negative experience.

I booked this hotel as it was close to the airport, however I didn’t notice as to how far away from the city/central area it is by transport. If you drive it’s about 30mins away and taking taxes is way too expensive.

I had an issue with my room as it had a bed bug infestation, on my first night I had notified the front of house, I was told my room would be changed the followings day but they were fully booked? But when checking online they had rooms available. I was given a new pillow was that’s where I noticed the bug went.

I still carried on having more issues with the bed bugs as it wasn’t just on the bed/ matters but also on the walls and the doors, I kept my belongings within my bags as I didn’t want them to get infected too.

Housekeeping don’t change your bedding unless you make a complaint which is quite now to me as I thought this was a daily thing to do! They also disturb you and will carry on opening your door till it unlocks.

No mini bar, and limited snacks/drinks at the bar section and overpriced €6 for 500ml water is ridiculous. When I asked why they didn’t have more options I was told because there’s a supermarket about 10/15mins away but they close at 8pm.

I didn’t eat here as I was very put off from the bug infested areas.

I’m honestly not happy about my stay here it was the worst experience I’ve had and my complaint weren’t resolved at all and sleeping on dirty sheets for 5 days is terrible.

I left with multiple bites all over private area 2

On arrival the lady at the reception had an attitude. She didn’t even greet us. The hotel advertises that they have burgers and chips for sale at their restaurant. When we asked for this meal they said they don’t have it. The phone in the room has a button for room service but unfortunately this hotel does not even have room service. The tv in the room cannot change to English and the internet for the tv did not work so we were unable to even watch YouTube. The towels in the room were very very thin and cheap. Lastly, the hotel is very very very far from the central. I would not stay here again

A good spot if you are flying in/out of Schiphol. It is in the backside of the airport but we weren't bothered at all by noise. The biggest issue was that the hotel was understaffed so the desk clerk was doing everything from waiting tables to checking in guests. We asked for a bucket of ice for our room and we never did get it. If you have a car, there is parking in the back as there is nothing on the main road.

Everyone told us to stay outside of Amsterdam and to take public transport. It was nice to have parking on site but trying to get into the city was very difficult. The bus was easy but the bus does not go into Amsterdam.

The customer service is amazing, they take care of each customer, they helped me a lot on an emergency situation, they are very welcoming and since around the neighborhood they don’t accept any cards, I ate at the hotel and the Indian food there is delicious, I would go even if I’m not a guest there.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable, but they move apart so it is not really possible to sleep with someone else. The check in was not very friendly and we had to go find the girl as there was no one at the desk and we had rung the bell twice. It is very close fo the airport
