I am a Bonvoy member and have stayed here a couple of times. The staff were less friendly than in the past, and while the room was clean - no coffee in the room or free in the lobby. The shuttle used to be free and is now 3.50 euros for Bonvoy members and 4.50 for non-members.

The room was spacious and clean. We ordered food from the hotel restaurant, which was decent, and were able to take it to the room to eat. The airport shuttle was 4.50 each, which I didn't realize would be an extra charge. My only complaint was that I booked a room with a queen bed for myself and my husband but upon arrival, we were told we were assigned a twin - apparently because they had \"overbooked\" the doubles and so the computer automatically changed it. They were able to change it when we explained that there was no way that we would be able to both fit in a twin, but we had clearly indicated on the reservation that it was for 2 adults.

In the morning when i went to take the shuttle i was told it was on a break and i had to wait an hour. No refund given as i did not have a receipt.

This hotel is not near the airport. Transportation is limited. You have to walk to get to it. The only way to get around is when they taxi or ride a shuttle bus a mile away some of the staff you cannot rely on. They get wrong directions when you’re asking. they make it inconvenient for you if you need to go to the airport in the a.m. time of the morning I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I’ve had problems with their service.

Economic, comfortable option near Schiphol
I had a surprise overnight layover in Amsterdam due to some flight issues. I’d stayed a Moxy in other cities, so I figured it would be a solid choice, and it mostly was. There were only two main issues: one, I took the bus from the airport, and finding the entrance on foot was not the most convenient (but that’s as much my fault as anyone’s); two, the shower drain was clogged/drained *very* slowly, so I had to turn the water off several times during a quick shower to keep it from spilling onto the floor. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay with a convenient airport shuttle and decent enough restaurant. The front desk was incredibly welcoming and kind.

This hotel feels new and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. My only complaints are that they only give you one pillow per twin bed and that the shower could've been hotter. The airport shuttle was convenient, and it didn't take us long to get to the airport. I'd stay here again!

Same Moxy brand but very rude staff
I know the Moxy brand very well and have my family stay there routinely so was surprised by how disappointing my stay was. The shuttle driver to the airport was almost laughably rude. Left me standing at the curb after making direct eye contact so clearly could see me there eurb my bags trying to get on the shuttle but shut the door right in my face while staring me in the eye and drove away. Another gentlemen was there too and yelled loudly for him to stop but he would not. I had to literally run in front of the shuttle to stop him but he wouldn’t let me on because I had an empty coffee cup from the hotel in my hand. Once he finally let me on the bus he thumped me very aggressively on the shoulder and made some rude remarks about the coffee cup. I was shocked. The man who checked me out was rude as well. The rest of the staff was friendly. My first room had a broken shower drain that flooded my entire bathroom so I had to change rooms. The room overall are very cheaply appointed. Food was ok. Same decent Moxy style throughout.

The Moxy is a great hotel near Schiphol airport. The crew is very friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness is top notch, one of the cleanest and well kept I've stayed in. The location from Amsterdam Centrum is not super ideal, but it works. Parking at Moxy is 15€ a day, so keep that in mind. The food at the bar is not the best, tastes cheap and microwaved to me. The airport noise is quite loud, but that is to be expected. The area around is hotels and industrial areas mixed. Not much food within walking distance, only McDonald's.

Really nice hotel. Only complaint it is in a bit of an industrial area and there is nothing around to see or do. However they do have a shuttle that runs to the airport where you can quite easily get around from there.

Great stay away in Amsterdam, shuttle was great to and from the airport during our stay drivers were great, hotel is clean room is warm when you want it great size TV and bathroom was a good size too for a hotel outside of the city limits it was easy to navigate and to get to and from the city.
