Izabela in restaurant area was amazing . What a wonderful human being . Had one issue, my son brought in food and bar tender told us we could eat in bar. We were only people in bar. Then some rude manager came in and told us to leave. Fine . Now no one in your bar. Make sure you are ok same page as workers .

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are in need of refurbishing and the feel is more 3 star. I believe I should have been made aware that the hotel is housing asylum seekers on the first 3 floors. I only found this out when I decided to take the stairs to the lobby and saw many people lingering. It is not common to have security present in the lobby of the hotel. Most of the dining room was sectioned off and the menu was very limited.
To be clear. I am not against anyone seeking asylum, but do believe people should be made aware, as there is no security posted on the stairs to prevent access to paying guests from floor 3 up. As paying guests we submit our passport or ID cards to identify who we are. I cannot say the same is true for guests on level 3 down, which made me nervous and grateful I was travelling without my family.

We checked in as a family with a pet (dog). We found the person at reception being rude when realised we had a dog with us. Not what we would expect from a dog friendly hotel. We asked if we could take our dog at the restaurant during breakfast and after the initial negative response, we showed the hotel's policy stating dogs are allowed in a dedicated seperate area. He was totally unaware of this policy and we felt as not wanted in the hotel with our dog. Thankfully the lady responsible for the breakfast area was very polite and welcoming, she set up a table for us and even aksed if we wanted anything for the dog.

Right outside the airport with regular shuttle service made it a lot easier for us to travel while in Amsterdam. We would take the shuttle to the airport (€5 pp that they charge, airport to hotel was free) and take trains to anywhere we had to go. This is in no way a 4 star hotel, the floor in my bedroom and bathroom was filthy, the bed was a poor quality rollaway that squeaked with every movement. There was no toiletry kit in the bathroom as is standard with a 4 star hotel. Bedding and pillows were poor and lumpy. Latch on my door was broken. The door even though looked would sound as if it was opening and closing when other doors in the corridor were opened and closed. Walls are so thin you can hear other people’s morning alarms going off. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Our room was modern and had all the amenities, a mini fridge, iron & ironing board & kettle with coffee and tea selections. They have shuttle service to the airport and the staff provided excellent written instructions on how to use public transportation to the city centre and central station. The only improvement would be to have better mattresses ours was very hard and didn’t make for a great sleep.

The tram station was in walking distance from the hotel. Also, there were tram stickers along the walking path which helped to let me know that I was on the right path (this was super impressive for me). The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Finally, the food at the restaurant was really good and tasty. All in all, I had an overall wonderful experience and would go back again.

This is a great place to stay if you are taking an early morning flight out if Schiphol. It is very clean and has a nice restaurant. Keep in mind that it is a 10 minute ride to the airport - not far just important to keep in mind. My only criticism is that they charge for the airport shuttle. My assumption sis that most people who stay there are going to ir from the airport so just include it in your rate. I know it is only €5 each way but that is a “nuisance fee”

we got biiig ahh bed and it was awesome :D we had a smol fridge and filled it w stuff from lidl (15-20 min walk), I recommend doing this if u wanna save money from the shop downstairs. If u wanna get into central I recommend walking to matterhorn tramstop and get the tram up, otherwise the next best option is to get the shuttle bus back to the airport and take the train. sick walks if you fancy exploring during the night but there's not much to do.

We booked the Park Plaza to be close to the airport at the end of an 8-week Europe trip. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, with a convenient shuttle to the airport. A very nice stay.

Location was easy to find and plenty of parking available. Hotel and room were very nice. Slightly disappointing that the games room was closed and unavailable for my children to use. One of the beds in our room was very squeaky and woke me up repeatedly through the night. Also the fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night (around 5.30am) and when we went down to evacuate we were simply told it was a false alarm - no apology or explanation.

Nice place to stay. It’s quite outside the attractions. It’s about 1.2km to then train. It’s about a 25min train ride into the city with one train transfer. Renting a bike from the hotel is also a helpful option too. Cycling is the way to get around here. Overall hotel was nice!

Three negatives, no wash cloths! Really? Queen sized comforter on a king size bed, what good is a king bed with a too small comforter? May as well just gotten a queen bed. Finally, dinner in the restaurant, entree came at the same time as my salad! So had to eat my entree while it was somewhat warm then salad. Very poor attention to serving a meal in a timely manner.
