The coffee machine in the room didn't really work, sachets of coffee would be much better. The cost of the Dinner Buffet isn't justified as the food wasn't that good and there were hardly any puddings left.

The addition of the charge to take your shuttle back to the airport is pretty cheap. I mean add it to your room rate for everyone and keep it free.

The room was fine; however I did have a staff member walk into my room while I was watching the olympics on tv. Good thing I was dressed because I had just finished showering and had just put on my evening clothes. I think she was just as shocked to see me as I was of her.

The room was good, clean and comfortable; however, we arrived late to AMS airport and figured it would be an easy ride to the hotel as the \"free\" airport shuttle stopped operating at 23:00. A taxi is around €30 and a Bolt cost us €22 quite expensive for only a few kilometers.
The morning shuttle, which we thought was free, cost €5 per person - also the hotel doesn't have any good coffee options prior to 8:00. The gym is also closed from 23:00 to 8:00am - not an ideal situation when one checks in at midnight and leaves at 7:00am.

My stay was average, with a mix of positives and avoidable issues.

At check-in, the hotel was overbooked and my reserved room type was not initially available. I was offered a downgrade at the same price or an upgrade for €30, along with complimentary breakfast. Since I was leaving early for the airport, the breakfast wasn’t very useful. After further discussion, they found a room matching my original booking, though without the garden view, which I accepted.

The Mondi SkyBar experience was disappointing. The menu lacked clear descriptions, and I was recommended a fish dish without being told it was bone-in. Combined with the table lighting being removed, I ended up injuring the roof of my mouth on a fish bone. The staff offered a replacement, but I chose to have the item removed from the bill, which they handled appropriately.

The room was fine and the hotel itself is pleasant. The airport shuttle was convenient, though it was listed as free on Hotels.com and actually cost €5, which felt misleading.

Overall, the experience involved more friction than expected. That said, the staff were genuinely kind and professional, and did their best to accommodate the situation.

The shuttle service from hotel picked up a lot of people. We all got to the hotel at the same time, which meant a long wait on line to check in. Arriving to our room the door looked closed but we as in-fact not locked. This was troubling. There was no one in the room, probably just not securely closed by housekeeping. At check out the next morning staff did not seem care. This hotel also charges to use the shuttle for a ride back to the airport. I have never seen a hotel only offer free shuttle in one direction. In the morning, one person claimed not to know this and got to ride for free. For all of these reasons, I would not choose this hotel again.

All was fine except for two things. First when I went to my room and tried to login to the wifi login that was indicated on my passkey package, that was not the correct login for the “apartment “ side for the hotel. I went down to the apartment front desk where they advised me that was the incorrect information provided. I also noted to the front desk , that the package also indicated free shuttle bus, yet I was charged 5 euros. She returned that to me when I pointed out the discrepancy. On thy whole a lovely hotel.

We’ve had multiple weather related delays in our trip which I communicated 2 days in advance of our stay and asked if we could swap dates…they refused and quoted their Policy which they have a right to do. Not the friendliest customer service but whatever. We would have stayed with them after the delay. If they had been reasonable and either charged a minimum amount or helped us out by changing the booking id have given them a good rating. The delays were totally out of our control and the other hotels we booked all understood and handled us fairly. As it was we sent two emails (one two days before scheduled and the other the day before) and they didn’t respond to either until after the room charge went thru. I will never book another room there ever in future and I will let my business colleagues know how they treat their customers as well. As we travel to the Netherlands frequently it’s there loss as there are many choices for places to stay!

Was staying in The Hague, wanted a hotel convenient to Schiphol Airport (<2Mi.) for my last night in the Netherlands before morning flight back to Chicago. The hotel's free airport shuttle ran every half hour. Made for stress free transit to airport to catch our flight. King Size bed was welcome. Room was modern, clean with separate toilet & sink/shower compartments. Room smallish by US standards but more than adequate for my wife and I. I would stay again.

Our experience began poorly the moment we boarded the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. The driver seemed more focused on trying to be a comedian and an impromptu tour guide than on watching the road. When the car in front of us suddenly braked, he slammed his own brakes so hard that my sister and I were nearly thrown forward. My sister, who was standing in the aisle in front of me, managed to hold onto the bar just in time—otherwise, she could have been thrown into the windshield. Even so, she rolled her foot during the abrupt stop and strained it immediately.

Unfortunately, things did not improve during check-in. The customer service representative, Yehia, was surprisingly rude and condescending. A Dutch- and French-speaking couple in front of us simply asked if someone spoke their language, and Yehia responded sarcastically, saying, “When you go to China, you don’t expect everyone to speak Chinese, do you?” His tone was completely unprofessional.

When it was our turn to check in, I explained what had happened on the shuttle. Yehia then called the manager on duty, Orith, to speak with us. While we were talking with her, Yehia suddenly accused my sister of recording the conversation, an accusation that was completely untrue and made without any apology afterward.

Before heading to our room, I asked Orith if she could arrange for ice to be sent up right away so we could treat my sister’s injured foot, especially since we had an early flight the next morning.

There was some miscommunication at the front desk.But in their defense, they were overwhelmed with the flight that had gotten delayed.And people were spending the night. The hotel itself was lovely, everything we needed in our room after a long day. Though the amenities were ample, we were quite disappointed in the two restaurants that we visited within the hotel. The Bar and Bistro food was good, but the staff was inattentive even though the restaurant was slow. The all you can eat restaurant was terrible. Considering the price you had to pay to eat there the food was mediocre at best, and most dishes were empty, leaving us waiting or having to come back to get something we wanted. The staff did not maintain any sort of cleanliness when it came to clearing plates off tables and there were two times that our table went up that there were no clean plates available yet about 15 tables that had dishes all over them in the restaurant. I would not recommend anyone wasting their money on this restaurant. There was not even anyone that we could speak to while we were there about the situation.

We chose this hotel for the pool and spa and sky bar. All of which were closed. The room was clean, but had the most odd flooring, not carpet,not vinyl just a weird feeling on feet.

We booked a view room for which I expected a high floor and decent view. We were given a room on the 2nd floor and view on the highway.

Food was subpar and staff at the front desk hurried. But pushing Marriott program signing.

The shuttle was great, on time and convenient.
