The person who checked us in was abrupt and not helpful. We later went back down to check out and spoke to a different person, they were more helpful. They tried to give a different type of room then I reserved, I insisted I had reserved a king bed and I did get one. In the room half the lights did not work or half the plug ins. The refer and coffee pot did not work either. Would not recommend or stay there again.

Breakfast is good, and the room's clean and spacious. At night, I can buy food or snacks at the little 24-hour store, that's amazing! The only thing I don't like is the Shuttle Bus you have to pay (from Hotel to the Airport). But Shuttle is free from Airport to the hotel.

We arrived at 2:30pm and were hungry for a meal, but the options weren't great until 5pm. The all-you-can-eat dinner was blah, and the breakfast was dissapointing. The eggs and potatoes were actually cold. The bathrooms needed washcloths and more space to put toiletries. The propoerty did not live up to my expectations. The SkyBar was nice.

The reception staff was very helpful. We went to the restaurant at 16:50 and were told to leave by the manager. He was rude and unprofessional, therefore we did not eat there.
This hotel is not up to Marriott standards- the room was worn and stained carpet. The towels were like sandpaper.
The shuttle was helpful.
I would not stay here again.

We were told upon arrival that we were being placed in their sister property with “bigger rooms;” however this meant being separated from the amenities we were hoping to use such as the pool and spa. The staff was not helpful or understanding why we were bothered by this change. That being said, The room we were given, which was at the Residence Inn, was very spacious and clean; however, we did not use the pool or spa because we would have had to exit our building, cross the parking lot, and enter another hotel.

Worst experience I have ever had so far from a hotel.
Because of the time zone I made a mistake making my reservation through Expedia and i booked an extra day instead of only two days. At the airport from hometown, i sent a text to the hotel letting them know I made a mistake but I was on my way to get there. Once I got to the hotel, they told me they marked it as a no show because i missed the first day. I called Expedia, they contacted the supervisor Daniela, but she kept denying my reservation and not giving other reasonable alternatives. She only said to make a new reservation. I asked them if I can make it directly to them and they denied me (She just did not want to help). At that point tired from my long flight, I made another reservation through Expedia. Not surprisingly, because I was so tired, I made my reservation to the sister hotel so I had to go there instead. Now I got a message and they will NOT reimburse my first reservation because it was not show (despite of the fact I did texted them and they never replied) and even if I did not text them at all. At least the could have accommodated me for the other two days or even make me pay an extra fee which I am not opposed to.

They really scammed me. Never again and I hope you find this review helpful so you know to what hotel you are making the reservation to. This is the type of hotel you want to AVOID at all cost.

Pay attention to prices on the in-room service. I tried to order two food items that were not available and ended up going for third option. I noticed the price I was charged was +3.50€ more than what the menu stated for in room meal. Chicken Tikka shows 23.50€ yet was charged 27€ and I even left a tip on top of that before I realized the discrepancy in prices. I asked for itemized receipt and was told sorry it is not available. Also, the initial room I was given had the back door completely unlocked and just happened to notice by pure chance.

The coffee machine in the room didn't really work, sachets of coffee would be much better. The cost of the Dinner Buffet isn't justified as the food wasn't that good and there were hardly any puddings left.

The addition of the charge to take your shuttle back to the airport is pretty cheap. I mean add it to your room rate for everyone and keep it free.

The room was fine; however I did have a staff member walk into my room while I was watching the olympics on tv. Good thing I was dressed because I had just finished showering and had just put on my evening clothes. I think she was just as shocked to see me as I was of her.

The room was good, clean and comfortable; however, we arrived late to AMS airport and figured it would be an easy ride to the hotel as the \"free\" airport shuttle stopped operating at 23:00. A taxi is around €30 and a Bolt cost us €22 quite expensive for only a few kilometers.
The morning shuttle, which we thought was free, cost €5 per person - also the hotel doesn't have any good coffee options prior to 8:00. The gym is also closed from 23:00 to 8:00am - not an ideal situation when one checks in at midnight and leaves at 7:00am.

My stay was average, with a mix of positives and avoidable issues.

At check-in, the hotel was overbooked and my reserved room type was not initially available. I was offered a downgrade at the same price or an upgrade for €30, along with complimentary breakfast. Since I was leaving early for the airport, the breakfast wasn’t very useful. After further discussion, they found a room matching my original booking, though without the garden view, which I accepted.

The Mondi SkyBar experience was disappointing. The menu lacked clear descriptions, and I was recommended a fish dish without being told it was bone-in. Combined with the table lighting being removed, I ended up injuring the roof of my mouth on a fish bone. The staff offered a replacement, but I chose to have the item removed from the bill, which they handled appropriately.

The room was fine and the hotel itself is pleasant. The airport shuttle was convenient, though it was listed as free on Hotels.com and actually cost €5, which felt misleading.

Overall, the experience involved more friction than expected. That said, the staff were genuinely kind and professional, and did their best to accommodate the situation.

The shuttle service from hotel picked up a lot of people. We all got to the hotel at the same time, which meant a long wait on line to check in. Arriving to our room the door looked closed but we as in-fact not locked. This was troubling. There was no one in the room, probably just not securely closed by housekeeping. At check out the next morning staff did not seem care. This hotel also charges to use the shuttle for a ride back to the airport. I have never seen a hotel only offer free shuttle in one direction. In the morning, one person claimed not to know this and got to ride for free. For all of these reasons, I would not choose this hotel again.

Maintenance ! I went to the front desk twice requesting to increase or fix the thermostat. The gentleman promised me on the second request someone would either fix the temperature problem or give me a heater. Nothing was done. It was between 18 -19 degrees Celsius in my room!

All was fine except for two things. First when I went to my room and tried to login to the wifi login that was indicated on my passkey package, that was not the correct login for the “apartment “ side for the hotel. I went down to the apartment front desk where they advised me that was the incorrect information provided. I also noted to the front desk , that the package also indicated free shuttle bus, yet I was charged 5 euros. She returned that to me when I pointed out the discrepancy. On thy whole a lovely hotel.

We’ve had multiple weather related delays in our trip which I communicated 2 days in advance of our stay and asked if we could swap dates…they refused and quoted their Policy which they have a right to do. Not the friendliest customer service but whatever. We would have stayed with them after the delay. If they had been reasonable and either charged a minimum amount or helped us out by changing the booking id have given them a good rating. The delays were totally out of our control and the other hotels we booked all understood and handled us fairly. As it was we sent two emails (one two days before scheduled and the other the day before) and they didn’t respond to either until after the room charge went thru. I will never book another room there ever in future and I will let my business colleagues know how they treat their customers as well. As we travel to the Netherlands frequently it’s there loss as there are many choices for places to stay!

As I went to check in, I was given a key to a room that had two singles bed and a disabled toilet, I had booked for a king size room. Disappointing as this wasn't checked prior before I was handed the key. I also asked the receptionist for a late check out where I was told someone would call me to confirm if this could happen . Never received a call. I had to chase this up.

Was staying in The Hague, wanted a hotel convenient to Schiphol Airport (<2Mi.) for my last night in the Netherlands before morning flight back to Chicago. The hotel's free airport shuttle ran every half hour. Made for stress free transit to airport to catch our flight. King Size bed was welcome. Room was modern, clean with separate toilet & sink/shower compartments. Room smallish by US standards but more than adequate for my wife and I. I would stay again.

Mixed review because the room itself was very nice, comfortable bed and clean. But the TP holder was wonky, the pool changing room was subpar (no locker keys, nowhere to hang clothes, snd no privacy). Our tv remote didn’t work and the replacement and some ice we requested took awhile to get to us.
It is easy to access though.
