The room was clean, and housekeeping came daily to change the bed sheets. However, the lighting is not bright enough, and the water pressure is quite low, which makes it difficult to wash my hair.
You have to pay €5 per person each day for the hotel shuttle bus to reach the airport train station, and then you still need to buy a train ticket. The total travel time to the city centre is about 35 minutes. Alternatively, you can walk to the bus stop outside and catch a public bus, but it takes much longer.

Visiting Amsterdam, this is the place to stay hands down! At the Corendon Apartments, we found the room to be very spacious, clean and well suited for our stay. I journeyed from Atlanta, and check in was a breeze. I felt safe with the key card entry access. The front desk was available 24/7. Uber always arrived within 3 min! While staying at the Corendon, these extra amenities were huge pluses: The free shuttle to/from the airport every 30 min. The heated pool, sauna, spa, cinema, restaurant and available breakfast were awesome! The cherry to top everything off; it was extremely affordable!! Thank you Corendon Apartments for an awesome stay!

Upon arrival: There was only one receptionist at the front desk for a long queue of checking in. Few receptionists came out of the back office but didn’t assist straight away and instead someone who was checking out (strangely 16:45) He took over the receptionist computer to check out the client who was not even queuing. When the queue was almost half then a second receptionist came. I found out that there was an annex building and I was asked to leave the building in order to get to my room where there are no direct access to the spa, restaurants and shop. Room - the body wash finished and coffee machine was not working as well as an insect by the sink - I took a picture and emailed it to the reception. Initially, I booked 2 nights but due to change of plans I booked another night. I messaged the hotel to make it as one booking so I stay in one room. I was told it was fine but still I have to come to the reception pay my city taxes separately and recharge my room card. I found the customer service really poor and unfriendly and apparently there are different chains under the same name? Therefore, they cannot accommodate me by changing from one building to another.

This hotel is fantastic. We (family of 3) stayed in the Apartments and they are fabulous. Very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. They are quite, no noise from neighbours or street.
The hotel staff is kind and friendly. The shuttle service to Schiphol airport is very convenient and runs often (and on time). We have stayed here twice already and would stay again.

The apartments are amazing. Very spacious for 3 people. Large kitchen, 2 very comfortable beds and lots of storage for luggage and clothes. We also loked that the toilet / shower / vanity are all in separate rooms, so they can all be used at the same time by different people.
The shuttle service was the most convenient part. The airport and train station link you to anywhere and everywhere and it's only a short ride from the hotel. The shuttles run often and always on time.
The area of the hotel is also very pretty, beautiful neighborhood to walk around. There's even a grocery store not very far if you need to stock up.
We're staying here again in a couole of weeks and I'm excited for our stay.

I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by this place. The free shuttle ran twice every hour around the clock, and the stop was right outside airport arrivals with a big white tour-style bus that was easy to spot. Check-in was smooth and every staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful.
I stayed in the apartment section and expected something small or cramped for the price, but the space was much larger and more comfortable than I thought it would be. Everything was clean and quiet, and for under 100 dollars the value was amazing. I did not see a washer and dryer inside the apartment, but if the building has them somewhere then I truly have nothing to complain about.
Getting into Amsterdam was simple. An Uber to the center was about 30 euros which felt reasonable for the convenience. Overall it was a great stay, excellent value, and I would happily book here again.

The hotel is far from any attractions or convenience stores. The only store available is located inside the hotel, but it offers very limited choices.

The food in the hotel restaurants is terrible. The cleaning staff is hard to understand. I asked them to change the sheets, but they only changed the pillowcases.

Check-in was smooth thanks to Julie, who was very helpful. However, the rest of the staff were not helpful at all. I called the front desk to explain that my Uber Eats order never arrived and asked for assistance in contacting the restaurant. The man at the front desk simply said he couldn’t help.
The rooftop restaurant was going to charge us extra each for the entertainment. Can’t just go and eat. It’s ridiculous that they would provide entertainment that we did not ask for, but would charge us for it. So we refused and decided to eat at the bar downstairs. Unfortunately, food was terrible there too.

I would never stay at or recommend this place again.

I made a mistake of one day when writing the date for my stay. In the written document I mistakenly wrote 29 instead of 28 of september. There was no possibility of a room.at the hotel and no possibility of a devolution of money when requested. My credit cards were stolen in Paris the day before my arrival in Amsterdam -- no possibility of arranging for a room because the hotel refused to accept cash. After spending apriximately 3 hours I was able to receive a good room in a snall hotel near the airport.

I find your conduct very unprofesional and very distant from real people and real problems.

Is there ANY possibility of a return of my payment or crediting this amount in future travel or lodging.. Especially disappointing was the impossibility of paying for a place to sleep in the hotels you and the great contrast in a small hotel also near to airport who offered warm, friendly service and accepted my payment with the few Euros which were not stolen.

Best hotel in Amsterdam! Large studios, easy transportation (shuttle to airport every 30 minutes, and there bus and train to Amsterdam), kitchen, office area in a room, huge closets, couch, large bed..... Great stay. And a huge plane is a view from my window, 747 is right there. Inexpensive also.

This property although beautiful could stand a training or two for its staff. This is a busy and bustling Marriott so some staffers can get easily overwhelmed as patrons check-in, have queries and such. While staffers are genuinely interested in making your stay pleasant, others behave as if they are doing you a favor to answer a simple question or provide assistance. My overall stay was average at best and as a Marriott Bonvoy member of over 15 years, it's disappointing for such a lovely property. I give it a 3-4 star rating specifically because of Lois, Rowan and the massage therapist, Ferdy who despite several days of miscommunication was worth the wait ! He's personable and a stellar massge therapist.
For the value, its good, but don't forget the city taxes!!!!! I believe its something like 12% daily of the net (tourist tax separate) and of course, the hotel tax and deposit (returned if unused). I stayed a full week so you can only imagine. They have a voucher for a €5 coffee and croissant special. Yet, both myself and the customer ahead of me were a bit shocked to learn, its up to €5 and if your coffee is more (which it is because it's Starbucks) you owe the difference. That's false advertising and I hope to attach the picture so others can decide if thats true or false. So, you can be nickle and dimed to death. It's a beautiful property and the shuttle is very convenient if you want to go into the city to shop and it runs late (after 11pm) from Schipol Station.

The hotel was very nice, we got checked in and it was convenient to arrive at our apartment room. The room was well kept and was large, with cooking facilities and a nice view outside. The staff was friendly and efficient. In addition, there were a large variety of facilities, such as a pool, Sauna, gym room and cinema as well as a Buffet. Overall, it was very nice and comfortable, for example I enjoyed the pool, which had warm water and sunlight coming through the windows. Overall, it was very value-for money as I got 2 queen beds and a large variety of facilities for a reasonable price. 9/10.

The stay was nice, the hotel was very clean and spacious. There were good amenities in the room and at hotel. The shuttle to the airport was a nice benefit since our stay was unexpected due to a canceled flight. We were awakened by a fire alarm in the middle of the night, which was scared and unsettling. We evacuated the room only for a lady that was in a room down the hall telling us it apparently went off due to someone’s kitchen either had some type of cooking incident? The fire alarm stopped so we went back to our room. No one from the hotel tried to contact us about what happened or even could explain in the morning the situation which was unsettling.

Convenient for family driving in the Netherlands

We enjoyed our stay at the Corendon Apartments. We were driving through several countries in Europe, so we had access to a car. Therefore, the Corendon was very conveniently located from Amsterdam's city center and the historical Zaanse Schans area. At the hotel, the apartments area did not seem to be as nice or well maintained as the main hotel. However, we did have access to the indoor pool area at the main hotel, which we utilized on both nights. Employees at the main hotel were much more helpful than those working at the apartments building. I would recommend for location and space for families.

Great location close to the airport with free transfer twice a hour to airport other than that this place is terrible.

We stayed here 3 nights. The air condition did not work. We asked for it to be fixed. It took 2 days before they came to look at it the last night we were there.

They would not change rooms for us.

The dishwasher also was broken so we couldn’t clean our dishes and they refused to give us any soap and sponge to clean with.

This also took 2 days before they came to fix it.

When we asked for these to be fixed they said they’ll send someone right away… and it took 2 days.

The level of incompetence was incredible.

The location was very close to Schiphol airport and the airport shuttle was fast, frequent and free! Lots of connections from the airport to the city centre. Would recommend.

Fab location for the money - easy to get to the airport with the regular free shuttle.

And from there easy to connect with city and beyond.

The room was spacious but not super clean. But looked good and the internal beds worked great for us as a family of 4. Also lacking in basic equipment for somewhere with a kitchenette (ie 3 bowls/spoons for a room set up for 4, no dishwasher detergent or cloths to clean).

However, staff very helpful and the communal areas were great.

Pool was great for the children to burn off any leftover energy and the restaurant evening meal suited us on a couple of the nights.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I arrived, the service was an absolute disaster. I had a confirmed check-in time of 3 PM, but when I got there, not only was my room not ready, but NONE of the rooms were. I was forced to wait over an hour in the lobby with no explanation, no apology, and certainly no effort to make the situation right.

The staff? Beyond rude. No one cared, no one offered any solutions, and they acted like I was the problem for expecting my room to be ready on time. When I finally got a room, it wasn’t even what I booked! I reserved a king-size bed, but instead, they shoved me into a room with a tiny twin bed—absolutely unacceptable!

This place is a joke. Poor management, awful service, and completely incompetent staff. Save yourself the frustration and stay anywhere else.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. Not only am I still waiting for my deposit refund a month later, but I've had to constantly chase them for updates with no clear timeline or explanation. The communication has been misleading at best, with promises of a swift refund that have not been honored. Additionally, the location is a major letdown—there are no local shops nearby to stock the apartment, and their own shop was completely inadequate, offering nothing useful for guests. I would not recommend this place to anyone, nor would I stay here again. A completely frustrating and disappointing experience.

This was the worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my life. It took 7 hours to check us in to the right room. A front desk representative lied to us. Then It took 3 hours for me to a blanket and pillow( they brought the wrong items first). Then had an entire debacle trying to extend our stay. It seems like the staff is just not aware of how different bookings work. It was a mess. I will never stay here again. Or any Corendon.

We waited for over 45 minutes in the cold and rain outside Schipol for the airport shuttle. When it arrived- the driver never got out & was driving a tour/charter bus with a tiny sign (it was dark outsude) and parked well outside the area for hotel shuttle pick up. When we (and others going to the same hotel realized it was our hotel’s shuttle after asking him -the driver berated us for being late and unaware that his was the Corredon shuttle. Actually, another hotel shuttle bus (clearly marked van, got out to tell people he was there & help load luggage) told us ours was there when we asked him. Furthermore, the Corredon driver made everyone sit with their luggage on their laps. The actual hotel room was perfect for our family. The restaurants had great food but were full and understaffed. So if you have your own transportation this is a great hotel but if you’re getting it for the convenience of using free transport to/from the airport, it’s a fail.

This property was advertized in Expedia as one where breakfast was included. Also, during booking, it mentioned that breakfast, crib, and shuttle were included in our stay. Instead, I wasted 45 min of my time during check-in, only to hear that there is no proof of breakfast booking in my receipt. I guess it wasn't included on the receipt because Expedia advertizes it as if the room price always includes breakfast.
Also, no crib was there in the room, even though I requested it.
