It's a good as in the airport it's so close, so very convenient for getting an early flight as it was a short all-indoor walk to departures. The room was spacious, clean, comfy and very very quiet. I didn't even hear another door shutting inside the hotel and certainly no aircraft noise. Staff were very efficient at check in and out (thank you, a hotel which actually properly staffs reception). I would recommend and would stay again.

We stayed here after a business trip to visit Amsterdam, and found it very convenient for the airport, with a direct access to the concourse and the public transport. We arrived early, expecting to have to leave our bags, but the gentleman on reception was happy to sort things out so that we could check straight in. The room was clean and quiet and the drinks facilities by the elevator were most welcome.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Sheraton Amsterdam. The hotel is impeccably clean, and my room was charming, well-designed, and comfortable, with a very cozy bed, spotless carpeting, and a beautiful all-white marble bathroom featuring the latest shower technology. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like plenty of fresh towels, herbal teas, a coffee bar, and a small fridge. Dinner at the Gate Bar restaurant was excellent, especially the Ravioli Cepes. An overnight stay that exceeded my expectations; I’ll gladly return when in Amsterdam.

Escribo esto con enorme tristeza y decepción. Teníamos una reserva de solo una noche en el Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel y, debido a la cancelación total de nuestro vuelo de Air France, era absolutamente imposible viajar a Ámsterdam. No fue nuestra culpa, no fue una elección — fue fuerza mayor.
Apenas recibimos la noticia, contactamos de inmediato al hotel y a Expedia, con la esperanza de encontrar comprensión, humanidad y un poco de flexibilidad ante una situación tan excepcional. Que un hotel internacional como Sheraton, que presume de servicio y hospitalidad, se niegue a ayudar cuando una familia queda varada por un vuelo cancelado, es realmente impactante. Es triste ver que el hotel valora más el dinero de una noche que la humanidad, la compasión y el sentido básico de apoyo al cliente.
Viajamos con frecuencia, nos hospedamos en innumerables hoteles, pero rara vez hemos experimentado un trato tan inhumano e indiferente. Duele saber que, en un momento de estrés e incertidumbre, Sheraton nos dio la espalda por completo.

Escribo esto con enorme tristeza y decepción. Teníamos una reserva de solo una noche en el Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel y, debido a la cancelación total de nuestro vuelo de Air France, era absolutamente imposible viajar a Ámsterdam. No fue nuestra culpa, no fue una elección — fue fuerza mayor.

Que un hotel internacional como Sheraton, que presume de servicio y hospitalidad, se niegue a ayudar cuando una familia queda varada por un vuelo cancelado, es realmente impactante. Es triste ver que el hotel valora más el dinero de una noche que la humanidad, la compasión y el sentido básico de apoyo al cliente.
Viajamos con frecuencia, nos hospedamos en innumerables hoteles, pero rara vez hemos experimentado un trato tan inhumano e indiferente. Duele saber que, en un momento de estrés e incertidumbre, Sheraton nos dio la espalda por completo.

The hotel was great, the room spacious and clean. The young man at the reception desk was a bit aggressive on etiquette. It was weird, we came in jet lagged and I felt I was being patronized to be overly polite. Look I’m tired, I don’t want to be condescended to by a smug little punk in a blazer. Or maybe I was just tired and grumpy. I’m all about etiquette and I wasn’t rude, just give me my room key and I’ll say thank you and be on my way.

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel and I’d gladly come back. Staff are wonderful, whole place is spotless and we had a lovely quiet room at the end of the corridor. Special shout out to Bassam at The Gate restaurant for taking care of us at breakfast. Great location, short walk after arriving in AMS and easy access to trains into the city which take 15-20 mins. Highly recommend!

It is unclear whether the responsibility lies with Hotels.com or with the hotel itself; however, the outcome reflects extremely poorly on both. The hotel’s rigid and inflexible policy is wholly unreasonable and demonstrates a complete lack of customer support, discretion, or basic understanding.
There was no willingness whatsoever to listen to the customer or consider the circumstances, despite this being an innocent and minor mistake.
What should have been a simple resolution instead resulted in hours spent on the phone and chat attempting to obtain assistance, only to be met with indifference and deflection. Ultimately, this unreasonable rigidity forced an additional out-of-pocket expense exceeding $350 for a stay of approximately five hours.
This experience reflects a troubling disregard for customer service and fairness and is unacceptable by any reasonable standard

We had supper in the restaurant upstairs and had very poor service, and the salad was a bit “off”. I had to go to the bar to order, ask again for water and no one came to ask how our meal was. We had to leave before someone came with a bill. At one point there were 5 staff chatting at the bar. Really disappointing.

We checked into the Sheraton airport for one night for its convenient location. We arrived in the morning and checked into the hotel but a room was not available to us. In other airport hotel locations they normally check guests arrival time and make sure when guests arrive their room is ready as they expect guests to be tired after a long flight.
We stored our bags and went for a walk. We were not notified for our room to be ready so we ended up getting back to the hotel at 4 PM to ensure we have a room.
I asked the reception what was included in our booking and was ensured that the breakfast was included. The next morning we went for breakfast before our flight, but they could not find our name on the list. They invited us to a table and said they will figure out the problem later. When checking out I received a bill for 158 Euros for breakfast! I said that I was told the breakfast was included in the booking, but without an apology was told the other receptionist was wrong!
