The room were not as clean as i expected (considering the price, it is not worth it)
it was tidy when we entered but as i was observing thouroughly, it is not really, some marks on the carpet (blood like) the pillow were very smelly (the one that I had at least) the stove in the room had a massive cracked and a little bit issue using if but someone came to fix it but it is what it is. The floor is quite dirty. The staff were very nice. The food was not good to be honest. No problem with checked in n checked out.

Room and amenities were clean and all working as expected. Kitchenette inside the room was more than useful and definitely recommended for those who are looking to save some costs from dining out while in Amsterdam. Great hotel service, lovely staff, and fantastic housekeeping. Only docked 1 star because there was some sewer smell in the bathroom pipes but could be due to renovations nearby at the time.

Under renovation at the time of this review

Hotel was undergoing renovation, no bar, no restaurant as advertised. I got in later and everything close to me was closed, so had to taxi to dinner and back. No shuttle, used the local bus system to get close then walked. I knew I was getting in later, I would have totally picked another place, it was not convenient for me at all. When the renovation is complete, it might be great, but for the moment it is not that great. Bed was comfortable though, and the room was better than average I would say.

A convenient hotel on the outskirts of busy Amsterdam. It’s a lovely location for those wanting to stay close enough to the city, but not quite within. We had a car, and I would say this is a better option for coming by car to allow you to travel around.

The stay was fine; the location felt safe enough although the security could be improved regarding access to the lifts / stairwell.
The room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was sufficient to prepare dinner which was great.

We were a bit disappointed as a hotel being communicated as an airport hotel didn’t have a shuttle to and from the airport. We took a shuttle to the other Best Western and had to take a Uber to the other hotel. We arranged an uber in the morning back to the airport.

Great place to stay

The hotel is located near the bus stop for direct buses to the airport, to Haarlem, and just one stop to train staion for direct train to Amsterdam central station. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay again.

Booked reservation at wrong location, tried to cancel, no one answered the phone. Went to the hotel to cancel in person, no refunds for cancelation. Decided not to lose my money. Went to the room, small size, sheets had hair on them, bathroom dirty, hair in the shower. Could hear a child crying in another room. Pros: it's located right on bus line, has a USB port in the room to charge phone, 20 min walk from mall and food locations.

Overall good location for airport. However room 105 is in need of repairs. Booked hotel based on 5 person capacity. However pull out sofa was in disrepair and unusable. Staff clearly aware as they had jury rigged it with crates under the mattress and pillows to try and make it serviceable. We didn’t realize this till bedtime and had to suffer through.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Given erroneous information a few days before the check in when we called the hotel and were told there was no laundry facilities. There is actually a free laundry washer and dryer set up that we used. Hotel breakfast was a little pricey so we did not use it. The room is spacious with a large bathroom. Well insulated. The hotel is reasonably priced compared to hotels in Amsterdam centraal area. I would estimate they are price about one third. But the downside is a 40-50 min bus ride/tram ride to centraal, each way. I enjoyed the commute with the locals and bus passes the airport. Beware there are no convenience or grocery stores in the area.

We stayed in a suite for 4 people, it was very spacious and comfortable, no airport shuttle bus but there was a bus stop outside. The breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. All in all a good experience, and good value for money.

Good Access to Amsterdam

The room was very nice, with a good kitchenette and roomy refrigerator. The induction stove was a little hard to figure out. The bus to Amsterdam picks up right by the hotel. Cons: The bed was VERY firm. Also, the lighting in the room was not conducive to reading in bed, and the lighting in the bathroom was horrible for doing makeup. The shower was very difficult to figure out, as well.

Not really Convenient for Airport Travelers

The hotel isn't really close to the airport, it isn't terribly easy to get to or from the airport from there. Additionally, if you want to rely on public transport, you're going to be using the bus from here, not the train. It's a serviceable hotel, but given these limitations, you can probably do better if you want to be close to the airport.

New immaculate hotel with lovely staff.

We had an amazing stay! We were given free early check in, all staff we spoke to were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the room was immaculate. It had a mini fridge, microwave and hob top along with essential crockery. On the 1st floor there were laundry facilities and an iron. The hotel is less than a mile from the RER train station which is an easy walk or you pay €4.50 for the car park at the park and ride. You do need to buy a train/bus/tram ticket and scan in and out of the station within an hour of parking to receive the discount. Make sure you pay at the standalone machine and follow the instructions to scan your ticket to validate the reduced price. Train was €31 for two days and we could travel on any of the above plus the Metro. The journey into Amsterdam Central was 30 mins. There is also the bus397 which wasn't running properly when we stayed due to formula 1. And I believe this and the 300 stop outside the hotel and take around 40-45 mins.

We will stay here again when we revisit. The room was updated and clean and a great size for our family of 5. I like that they had a nice kitchenette with plates and utensils. Even though i had my travel adapter, the USB plugs there came in handy! We were able to wash and dry for free and they happened to have laundry pods (we forgot ours). The gym was small but perfect for our needs. The breakfast was perfect and convenient. There was pancakes, eggs, bacon, fruits, and granolas. They label allergens which I appreciated because I am vegan and have quite a few allergies. The staff made me a fresh caffe latte every morning and it was great! The staff was easy to approach and very kind and helpful. I’m glad I chose this location because of the transportation access even though we ended up taking a taxi/ uber every where. It was cheaper to travel that way as a family of 5

First Trip To Europe

The overall stay was good. The staff was very friendly, our room was clean, they made a great cappuccino, and it was convenient being a block from a bus stop. However, here are my two complaints. They did not have a restaurant. On hotels.com it said they do. We came straight from the airport expecting to be able to eat. Also, the bed we had to sleep on was very hard and uncomfortable. Still a good stay.

There are two Best Western properties near the airport in Amsterdam. At the courtesy van area, it was confusing to determine if the BW van was correct. The driver was in a hurry and we ended up going to the wrong hotel. It got only worse from there, in getting to the right hotel, which was out in the suburbs. These hotels need to ensure that the courtesy van drivers take the time to ensure that passengers get to the right location.

We stayed in a king bedroom on 3rd floor on a bank holiday weekend. Car park free and plenty of space. Room was clean. Staff helpful & friendly. Kitchenette had microwave/grill and double hob with plates and pans, etc. Breakfast was fine with a good range of choice.

Great place to stay

Booked the hotel for a 3 night stay for a sightseeing trip in Amsterdam.
The quality of the room was great, kitchenette facilities were excellent and means you can have some breakfast in the room without having to spend a fortune. The room was well soundproofed so no problems with having an undisturbed and comfortable nights sleep.
Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any issues encountered - our room was made up more as a double than a twin when we arrived, but no issue at all.

One thing to note is that is is quite expensive to get into the city from this location, not covered by IAmsterdam.
The hotel doesn't offer a free airport shuttle service unfortunately. Also no bathrobes although stated in booking.

However, great stay. It is a very comfortable hotel and the room is of a good quality, housekeeping are great, and I'd highly recomment as a low to mid budget place to stay when visiting, or transiting in Amsterdam.

Hotel was ok but it’s not good for airline travellers. It advertises that it has shuttle bus from and to Amsterdam Schiphol airport but it doesn’t. You have to call a regular taxi which takes 30 euros one way, adding over +50% to the cost. For those with vehicles, it's ok.
