Few airport motels are great, but this was down at the bottom. The beds were as lumpy as could be. A promised \"free breakfast\" rate through Expedia was a lousy grab and go. The live band at dinner was fun but the service was awful and the food mediocre. The shuttle to the hotel only runs once an hour--not convenient. I would avoid this one if possible (we chose it only because we had a short layover in Honolulu and it was close to the fantastic Pearl Harbor memorial.

The hotels very convenient for the airport. Slightly dated but clean, we'll maintained and all expected amenities. Expect a $30 amenity charge per day additional to your prepaid fee. The restaurant is very good for both breakfast and dinner. Look out for Rosie, the robot.

I booked my reservation via Expedia. I’m not sure who’s at fault. I paid $49 extra to include breakfast, thinking it was a buffet style for that price. Turns out it was a small bento style to go. I could’ve bought me one for $6.99 down the road 😩😩 would’ve been better too if they had luggage carts for both buildings.

This is a very old hotel which needs a facelift. Bed was really bad.

It was clean and the shuttle is handy. Don’t uber from the airport to the hotel. Uber driver was not happy as it’s a 2 minute drive.

Bed was in poor condition, springs would audibly pop when getting in and out of the bed. Charged $14 per hour to park a car on the property. The only restaurant in the hotel (not operated by the hotel) charged $16 for a bowl of oatmeal that took over 20 minutes to serve.

Very poor quality and not what we expect from a Wyndham or Hilton property

Weren’t offered water when we checked in. No one told us there wasn’t water in the room. Called the front desk to ask someone to bring water up and she said she was too busy and couldnt help me. I had to walk all the way down stairs (we were given the farthest room from the front desk) to get it at 11pm after traveling all day with a 6 month old.

Very confusing breakfast situation. You are given a voucher but you have to take your breakfast away and eat it in another other part of the hotel - you can’t sit down and eat your food in the restaurant with the food voucher the hotel gives you ( you pay extra for this as well)

Courtesy shuttle to Airport only runs once every hour. We were packed in like sardines on our trip back to the airport from the hotel.

Our room was small, dinky, dime store mattress. As I said they gave us the farthest possible room from the entrance.

Overall for $350 a night it was the worst experience I’ve ever had for a one night hotel stay at that price point. Never coming back- huge rip off!

We were only there briefly, less than 12 hours in between flights, so we didn’t experience the pool or other amenities, and I can’t tell you anything about its location other than the fact that it was convenient to the airport. However, all our needs were met—it was a nice, quiet room, the king size bed was comfortable enough, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. We selected from a fixed menu for breakfast , which was for takeout only, and ate our eggs, fried rice and Portuguese sausage in an area off the lobby, rather than eating in our room.
The shuttle picked us up from the airport on demand, and left the hotel on the hour to go to the hotel.
I don’t like paying $30 in “resort fees” when we certainly didn’t benefit from resort style amenities or services, but that’s pretty common. All in all, decent value, and we’d stay there again.

Been staying here for over 40 years. My go to hotel for business around the airport. The staff treats me great. It’s a dated property. Hasn’t changed much.

The negative part is the traffic noise from the freeway if you are close to the freeway wing.

We were searching for a hotel near the airport as we concluded our wonderful trip. We chose this property because of its reviews. We tried to book it originally through the Wyndham website, but the Wyndham site was not working. We moved over to Expedia and found a very easy check-in online and then when we got there, the folks were wonderful. The room was spotless and it was a great place for the night. I hardly recommend it.

Our 3rd time staying here; twice in the addition. With this one-night stay, our carpet felt damp so it made the entire room feel damp. Ran the fan and opened the sliding glass door open just a bit to air out the room - did not want to use AC neither with the \"dampness\" already lingering. Room was quiet even with the highway noise and we slept well.

The hotel first floor it’s super dirty, we didn’t use the pool, restaurant or gym. They charge for parking, there is not parking close by for stays, they also charge extra for using the amenities. $75 dls, extra per day! Horrible experience

The hallways were horrendous and the shower had mold. The bed was very old and creaky. We only stayed here because my daughter was sick just before our flight and needed a place to stay until the next flight. They did let us extend our check in very late and were accommodating when she got sick at check-in. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone however.

The staff are great. The rooms are spacious; housekeeping just never refills the body wash, shampoo, and especially the conditioner every time I stay there. Thats why I always buy my own stuff. Parking is quite expensive. Very expensive. Thats what always gets me. Other than that, its the oerfect location. You never get stuck in traffic coming back to the hotel.

The hotel was very convenient to the airport and the shuttle was prompt. The driver was very helpful, as was the check in staff. Breakfast said it was included, but turns out there were only a few limited items and it had to be taken to go. We were able to upgrade to the buffet for $15 per person. An 18 percent service fee was added and then we were asked to leave a tip on top of that. The unclear breakfast was our only complaint. Otherwise the stay was great.

Upon my arrival at Honolulu Airport on Thursday, I encountered an initial setback when I was assigned a room with only one bed instead of the two I had originally requested. I was compelled to return to the front desk to rectify this error and was subsequently provided with the original room that had two beds. However, upon further inspection, I discovered that the room had a moldy rug and was wet, posing a potential safety hazard for sleeping. On April 10th, I observed two roaches in the restroom and another in the bedroom adjacent to the two-bed room. I promptly notified the front desk, who assured me that a housekeeper would be dispatched to clean the room on April 11th. On Friday, April 17, 2026, I encountered roaches in the restroom once more.

We are family of 5 stayed at the Airport hotel for one night. The hotel is conveniently located and there was no problem requesting a shuttle. We landed late evening and made it to the hotel close to the midnight. Unfortunately, the room we entered was not cleaned from previous stay. So we spent another 20-30 min waiting. We understand, mistakes happen. But it was midnight , after a long flight and we had 3 tired kids with us. So it ruined the first impression. The rooms are dated and dusty. Overall I would not want to stay there more than one night. The staff were supportive and helpful.
