Love the saltwater pool and the bartender Jon is awesome! The check in desk and valet staff are amazing and the rooms are great. Walking distance to lots to do in Waikiki! We use this hotel now for all our staycations!

The room and overall hotel was nice and clean. However we did have a few minor issues such as long check in time (after being told more than once that it would be ready in a few minutes), WiFi didn’t work so we weren’t able to use the tv for Netflix, youtube, etc. The room wasn’t cleaned one day after being out all morning+afternoon, we arrived around 4ish and we were all out of toilet paper so that was our main concern. We were told the lady was still going around cleaning (we got a knock 10 min later). Staff were all very nice, and overall cleanliness of hotel was great. It was nice to have an abc store located in the same building as the hotel.

When we checked in there was no power due to intense rain from the previous days. We heard that they hadn’t had power for 4 days prior… there was one night where we didn’t have any power and it came back at 3 am. The hotel seemed like it was revamped and renamed. The hotel room was okay and the location was good.

Honestly the hotel itself wasn’t bad. I wasn’t a fan of the pillows in the rooms or the beds, the hot tub was listed as working when I booked the room and there was no update that it would be not working when we arrived. Every time we left the hotel we were harassed but different people trying to sell extra services. I also didn’t like how the only option was to valet the vehicle. There were multiple instances we had to wait or were rushed out because of the system and the times we left things like our wallet or valet ticket we didn’t have access to the vehicle to obtain. Staff were absolutely amazing! The lovely lady at the front desk when we checked in was absolutely wonderful. Housekeeping was great as well our room was always cleaned when we got back from our long days. All in all I would book again.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very welcoming & friendly. The hotel is in a very central area and close to everything, even the beach! If you book excursions some offer pick up from the hotel! The pool is very nice and the bar area is also very welcoming! I would recommend booking here, they also offer breakfast for a fee but it was $20 and sooooo worth it!

Hotel is dated, but the rooms and hotel is clean. The security is a bit overwhelming (every floor is secured by card). The bathroom in our room was very small. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful for our group. Views were mostly of the city, but the location was very good/central within walking distance of great restaurants / shopping.

It's was my first time living in the St Germain (always stayed at St Honore stretch) and I must say that I am properly sold on this quaint neighbourhood that makes such a good base to explore Paris out of! [Read: you literally just need to cross the road to the Subway's entrance]

It is also a stone's throw away from Le Bon Marche.

Rooms were big for parisian standards, and the furniture were well thought out to unpack our luggages. They definitely looked refreshed and new as well!

There was a particular picture on the Expedia application that showed an old picture of the lobby (which was concerning to me) - but fret not, their lobby is refreshed with a new but rustic vibe; directly connected to a bistro /restaurant with the same rustic theme

Rooms are not quite at all, you can hear everyone coming in and out of elevators and talking, laughing very clear and loud. We were there for one night only because we had a connecting flight, we couldn’t rest because of loud noises. Staff was very nice and helpful

Probably the worst Penthouse room in Waikiki. We’ve stayed here before on a terraced room below and it was actually bigger than the “Penthouse” due to the shape of the building. It’s basically just a normal room with a special button in the elevator that requires a key. Most of the room photos are actually in the monkey pod room, so it isn’t even how it appears. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I think the pictures vs. the actual rooms can be updated and not what I expected. The shower head was very dirty and gunk on it. The room could have a better ac as well and not so loud. I will say the front desk was always welcoming, and offered to answer any questions and request we had. Over all I wouldn’t stay there again, I would spend a couple extra bucks and stay somewhere a lot more clean.

The only complaint I have was the state of the bathrooms. It smelt like something was rotting in the room I was staying in. The bathtubs were pretty filthy with soap scum, dirt, and stains. Even worse, our bathtub wouldn’t even drain properly. Ben from the front desk was pretty helpful and tried to accommodate our stay. He had shown us a few more rooms, but all rooms had the same issue. I probably won’t book here again unfortunately.

It was very noisy, I had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones, was either the air conditioning or hum of the fridge. The swimming pool was very small and the only shaded areas around the pool you had to pay $100 to sit there. The safe in our room did not work. The hotel staff were not very helpful. The room was clean but the bathroom quite dated. There is no phone in the room or coffee and tea facilities.

All the staff were phenomenal, the room and facilities were kept very clean and the location is close to shopping and a short walk to the beach. The building is older and the parking garage is tricky to get to because you can only access it going one direction. The laundry is located in the parking garage and you have to pay which was different than my experience at another hotel. I am comparing it to our stay at a brand new resort across the street. The value was there for Waikīkī but I would spend a little more next time.

The people of Hawaii and the hotel staff in particular were amazing. Such great experiece from check in to check out. The hotel was in a great area, parking with valet was always a breeze, and I enjoyed being on a high floor with a terrace. The only complaint I have was that the AC was not cooling the room. We sleep cold to be comfortable and had the AC on 62 and turbo and we were still sweating. The trip was so fast paced i didnt mention anything since it was a quick stay but for the price.I do expect absolute perfection. All in all I would return and I would recommend the hotel to others.

Hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk from Waikiki and close to all the shops and restaurants. Our rooms had good size with comfy beds. Only issue was the bathroom was a little small with an outdated bathtub. Parking was valet only but had no issue getting our car back in a timely matter. Nice, convenient hotel for a fair price.

the staff were extremely helpful. The valet drivers were extremely nice and enthusiastic. I thought i would never find my grandmothers place ..lived on ala wai.askt valet if he ever heard of the alawai canal..the laughed and pointed and said its two blocks that way! i was nevrvous traveling alone but the staff gave me secure feeling. liked the pool -spa area very much..only two washers but was able to use them twice..guests were flexible on this. liked the abc store being rite by the lobby
was thrilled that the astonishing waikiki was ten minute walk..was there every morning around sunrise!
needed small table to write on..Quiet? traffic noise was awful and a lot of sirens..parking around honolulu was very hard to find..found out about the trolley after being there 5 days..i need back support when i sit..only chair was on lanai porch ..i brought it in and the staff would put it back outside..could not get the air conditioner to shut off..had fire drill when i was there..alarm excessively loud...very limited tv program selection..but i was not in hawaii for television! so the problems were minor..staff
was very patient and the spirit of Aloha was strong..i would give and A rating

Staff were really nice and pleasant. Near pretty much everywhere and there’s an ABC store right at the hotel which made it more convenient. Pick up spot is just right outside the hotel if you need transportation. Only thing was the pool seemed a little murky by the time we decided to swim in the afternoon so we didn't take long.

Room was big but we upgraded our room before we stayed. The bathroom door did not close all the way, it was a barn slider door. The pool was very small so we opted to not use it. The balconies were small and the view was other buildings, but it was loud from the traffic. There was not much super close but a 15 minute or more walk. Because the line got long at check-in I did not receive the same service as the person in front of me. He actually said you probably heard what I told them in front of uou, which I was not listening. They got watee bottles and they didnt offer me any because they were in a hurry.
