My partner and I recently stayed for Valentines weekend ! The hotel has so many great perks. We loved that they had free beach chairs for rent. Our room was very clean. The valet drivers were also awesome ! On Valentine’s Day we received a cute gift to thank us for staying. The hotel is perfect walking distance to Waikiki beach and all of the shopping.

Amenities -pool wasn’t available yet they still fully charged us. Staff wasn’t accommodating and helpful at all especially when you booked it via Expedia. The bath tub was still sandy when we arrived but I didn’t asked to change our room since it was kinda late night to change our room.Don’t be surprised when you still pay the resort fee at the hotel. Definitely not gonna recommend this place at all.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Coconut Waikiki Hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything and easily within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful the entire time. They even surprised us with a free bottle of local wine when we checked in and offered fresh popcorn every day. We loved that the hotel let us borrow beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella at no charge. They also recommended the Bishop Museum and even gave us free tickets, which was such a thoughtful touch. After checkout, they stored our luggage for the day so we didn’t have to keep it in the car before our late-night flight, a huge convenience.
The room was clean and comfortable with great water pressure, good pillows, and a nice balcony to enjoy the breeze. The only downside for me was that the bed hurt my back a little, but honestly most hotel beds do, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a great stay with wonderful service and several little perks that made our trip even better. We’d definitely stay here again!

There is a huge gap under door that lets the light in hallway come through had to put a towel under door to block the hallway lightning, suoer noisey lioe someone was dragging chairs across the floor.

Appreciated the kind, helpful staff, location near bus stop, room space with small kitchen, shower, comfortable bed & pillows, cleanliness.

Each time I return here I need to ask for different sheets as I always find very worn pilled sheets on the bed. The \"resort fees\" need to be included in the rates advertised. The lower rooms on the canal side can be noisy with the heavy traffic there.

The hotel has a convenient location with easy access to the city bus. However, the window air conditioner is quite noisy and drips water, which cos very bothersome to sleep.the ten second big noise comes on almost every hour.

The advertising pictures need to be updated since it shows a Keurig in the rooms. After walking 10 miles, getting into a whirl pool would have been great! As a VIP, thanks for upgrading the room however, we don’t drink so the wine was unopened. Staff was great and accompanied our request.

The hotel was difficult to pull into with our rental. The bathroom had layers of dust and my guess of urine build up in the crevices of cabinet near the toilet, there was also 2 different hairs on the toilet area, a stain on the carpet, and the towel at kitchen area had black dirt or stain one it. The room did not stay cool at night. It was also very loud from the street noise during the night. I was disappointed as I had read previous reviews from several sites before booking.

I liked the location and the easy check-in. I also appreciated the possibility to store luggage on the last day. The only downside is that the resort is a bit old and could use some renovation – for example, the doors, through which the wind could be heard at night, creating unpleasant noises. Overall, I was satisfied and would definitely return.

Very nice location, very walkable to everything. Comfortable rooms, with ac and great city view. Road below can be slightly noisy but not that bad. Enjoyed the water station and the free coffee , which was delicious. The cups for the coffee are terrible thou, leaked every time i had one and the sleeves dont fit the cup to help when holding the hot hot coffee. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and they appreciated the luggage storage for the day before we had to go to the airport.

Just amazing location. Close to everything. Arrived late and rode the bus directly to the airport. No need for a car as beach, shopping, and food were all close. Troy was awesome. Would certainly stay again without hesitation. Thanks for a wonderful break. Peace
