Paid for an ocean view and lanai we could not use due to construction. Paid for a pool we could not use as it was closed. Workers worked on our lanai while we were sleeping, waking us up. All of which we did not know in advance. Our tv was did not work. Contacted maintenance and after 3 days, remote was replaced, then volume did not work. The place did not care one bit when I shared this terrible experience.

Everything was very good, clean and unbelievably convenient. Did have a few problems with a code and a leak in the kitchen and never got an answer from the manager at all! He didn’t have a problem texting us to ask what time we were leaving so he could have housekeepers come in after we left! Overall, it was a very nice property and a great location. Would definitely recommend!

We arrived and found the room was good. The carpets could be replaced to have a more clean feel and when we got there and opened the freezer there was a rotisserie chicken and some exploded soda cans inside. I sent photos and they apoligized but didnt offer to send anyone to clean it.
The rental also lists that they provided a few laundry pods, which were not restocked. We didnt want to go buy a whole bag just for one load so we just washed at home after the trip.

Peacock Suite at Waikiki Place
The condo is comfortable and in a great location. The bed is *really* comfortable. The fact that the condo comes with a parking space is great. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but we knew that -- it's the heart of Waikiki, and nearly everywhere in Waikiki is noisy if you leave your lanai door open. No problem sleeping if we closed the door and turned on the a/c. The kitchen is mostly well appointed -- we made lunch there most days and dinner a few times -- though we couldn't find a cutting board (we bought cutting mats at Wal-Mart) and the new microwave had not yet been installed (it was sitting on the counter). Could use a few more spoons and smaller bowls. These are all minor things, and I would stay here again if we return. One unexpected plus: it's a friendly building, we had some nice interactions with other guests and residents on the elevator.

Comfortable High Rise Living
Very convenient location in Waikiki, with a pretty view of the city and the ocean in distance. It was wonderful having a free designated parking spot so you did not have to worry about finding parking in the city! It was very walkable to stores, restaurants and beach. There were very detailed instructions provided that made check in/out very easy. One of the comfiest beds/pillows that we have ever experienced on a stay.
The only thing broken was the curtain was broken/off the track so my husband had to get on a chair to be able to open and close it.

The property was located in a perfect area you could walk everywhere. The beach was right there. The only thing I would say negative would be being on the 17th floor surprisingly it was very loud a lot of street noise. The unit itself could use a little bit of updating such as the pots in the pans.

We had a great time staying here, it is very close 3 min walk to Waikiki beach. There is an ABC store close by which came in handy. They had beach towels and chairs for use, and a fan, since I like the sound to sleep. Everything was very clean and all the instructions were very clear even with pictures which was very helpful, I will definitely share with others since we had such a good experience!

Prime location. Great city view from the balcony. Walkable location to various shopping malls in the area. Short walk to the beach front as well. Keyed entry to assigned parking spot (kinda tight), keyed elevator access, and coded room door lock. Two layered curtains which includes a blackout curtain. Basic amenities in the room: a few toilet rolls, towels, ageing Beach towels/toys/chairs. Mini kithchen has a medium fridge, sink and tiny electric stovetop. Janky rain shower head in the bathroom but perfect water pressure for the regular shower head. No ventilation in the bathroom. Decent Wifi in room. Very clean place. Rental website interface (for check in/out and instructions) was very well designed.
Small suggestion: change to colored flowers to brighten the room, maybe add another rack for towels.

We were only able to stay a night but it was such a cute place with all the amenities you would need and in a great location, easy walk to the Waikiki area😀. For a longer stay you’d be set with a full kitchen and the entire unit was very clean with a great balcony! I would definitely stay here again and am sure I will as I have two daughters at the university of Hawaii!😀

Really awesome place to go. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from pots, utensils, coffee maker, tea kettle! If you want an apartment style place with a balcony that overlooks everything this is the place. Everything really is furnished and 2 beach chairs with a beach umbrella were stocked. This place had everything as if we had already been living there. You will need to be comfortable with checking in following directions from your phone. There is a security guard on the location who will help you out with getting into your apartment. I had a wonderful stay here.

The parking is tricky and unsettling but beside that, I would absolutely recommend! The host was communicable and the stay was comfortable. We had city views with live music from the streets, which I favored, and Mountain View’s from the halls. In walking distance to great stores and the beach items were a great find that made us have one less worry. Room was spacious for myself and three friends. Kitchen was stocked with plates and other necessities. Id absolutely book again!

The staff and service was excellent. Easy communication with staff, they ask about us and if we need anything everyday. Our room was clean, well stocked with towels and common necessaries. Plus a few beach items for guest use. The property was a stone’s throw away from everything, restaurants, bars and shops, the ocean and the mountains were 20 - 30 mins scenic drive from the property with our rental car. We felt safe inside the property which was 1 of the most important thing on our vacation!

The room was spacious and ready by the promised time and the staff really made an effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The air conditioning worked well. The location was very walkable and convenient, very close to several nice beaches, restaurants, and shops. The pool was also a great amenity to enjoy during our downtime as well. The private lanai was nice to take in the views and enjoy a drink or breakfast. We were also able to see some fireworks one night from there.
Parking was free, easy, and convenient once we figured out how it worked the first time. This was actually one of the main reasons I chose to stay here since most places in Waikiki seem to charge for parking. It was pouring down rain when we arrived and we had to temporarily park in the loading zone in the street to retrieve the key fob from the mailbox in the lobby of the building. We were initially confused about the location of the assigned parking spot because the entrance on the other side of the building only contained the basement and first floor parking and we actually had to pull around again to the front of the building again to access the 2nd floor parking (which requires the key fob). The check-in guide is helpful for understanding this.
We would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Waikiki again!

This studio was in a great location for an unbelievable price! Wonderful fully equipped kitchen although all we made was coffee. Plenty of little perks left around by mgmt. Unfortunately, I didn't find the ear plugs until the 2nd night. Never have stayed in Honolulu before and probably won't again. Maybe if we were 40 or even 30 years younger, we're in our early 70's. Just too many people, noise (all night long), cars and rude people. Surprising, since we learned at a luau 3 out of 5 jobs are associated with tourism. Glad we saw Honolulu and Waikiki beach. This little studio condo was a wonderful location and a great unit for a great price.

However, we were disappointed that the original information supplied to us about entering the property was somewhat confusing. The document needs to be completely rewritten in clear and unambiguous terms. Plain words and simple sentences. Just like other “procedures and policies” displayed in the room: very well done!
We are experienced travellers. We arrived at the location by Uber. We had arrived in Honolulu on a cruise ship from Australia.
The confusion in the entry document seems to be from an assumption that guests arrive by car. Clearly not the case with us. As it happened, we were able to contact the manager by SMS and an assistant arrived promptly to sort things out. A job well done. He agreed with us that our documentation was confusing.
Additionally, the people at the front desk were of no help. We understood they weren’t part of our booking other than to get us to sign a registration form. As is the case with many USA counter staff they could not understand our Australian accents and made no attempt to be helpful. Having said that, they were doing their job in a formal and matter of fact manner.
So, everything was as described and we were happy with our stay after some initial angst and frustration that could have been avoided. We do hope the management will consider a rewrite of the entrance documentation.

Not what it’s cracked up to be
I believe in honesty and this will be an honest review. This wasn’t what I expected it to be. A few things worth mentioning. Shower head was held together by a wire. One of the pillow covers was ripped and in bad shape. A/C was quite loud and had a hard time keeping the room at temp and also was putting out a very musty smell. It’s an older building and quite dated but not a big deal but the unit itself was just not very well suited for our needs. No extra pillows for the hide a bed. If we had known about these issues we probably wouldn’t have stayed here. Definitely won’t stay again. Outside noise was horrible. Got hardly any sleep. Just glad it was for only one night.

This place was amazing! Great location, easy access to different stores and restaurants. Our luggage was broken accidentally and there was a store right across that sold luggages.
