The room was awesome and conveniently located literally 3 blocks from the beach and 1/2 from the market. The rooms are nice and having a kitchen, fridge and balcony was awesome. Only issue we had was there was an older asian lady security who was VERY rude and escalated a misunderstanding which made it uncomfortable. But overall this place was well worth it. Oh yeah the pool on the roof was great.

Staff wasn't available until the weekdays. The first room we had was infested with roaches. Second room was a lot better. You can tell maintenance here doesn't work too hard they are more like porters with basic skills. Pool was closed down several times so we weren't able to use the fitness room either. I will be staying somewhere else in the future.

Staff friendly and helpful. Property very close to International Marketplace. Ocean view restricted as set a few blocks back. Rooms are well equipped, however, too much large outdated pieces of furniture and condo requires modernisation. Bedroom carpet seen better days and needs restreched as creased in a few places. Bedding clean but not good quality. Condo and corridors smell musky. Also be aware that there are more tenant/owners than holidaymakers within the property. Small pool on roof with 10 sunbeds. Also large BBQ area.

Booked for Waikiki Beach Condominiums but once my family and I arrived to the location, we were told that we are not staying at the condominiums but actually will be staying at the Ilima Hotel the next street over. We definitely felt misled since we were expecting to stay at Waikiki Beach Condominiums and booked for a nice room with an in-unit washer and dryer along with our own designated parking space. However, since we were told we were actually staying at Ilima Hotel by staff at the condominiums, we were blindsided by the changes and our expectations. Ilima Hotel was fine itself, but if we wanted to book for Ilima Hotel, we would have booked it directly with them in the first place. Overall, the booking was misleading and we felt deceived and discontent when we initially found out about our reservation. My advice is to just beware of booking a room with Waikiki Beach Condominiums since you might get redirected to another hotel.

I was lucky since I could see the part of the ocean from my room. And it was convenient to wash my clothes in own room by washing machine. But when I booked this room Expedia said there is a bottle of water but I didn’t get it, so I asked the manager, but they ignored my question. And there was a trouble about the leak from the ceiling so I asked the manager again but they didn’t reply as well. The place was very convenient but these attitudes made me disappointing feeling.
Expedia said there is a coffee machine, but you have to bring some regular coffee, and you should bring a plastic wrap, a sponge for dishes, some dust clothes , some softener and of course some soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Waikīkī beach condos is a great place to stay! Clean, nice and affordable. Lei is the property manager and she is very helpful. She made our stay more enjoyable. We are so grateful to Lei, she is very good at what she does! Can’t wait to visit again!!

This was my second time staying here. Our view was breathtaking which I was not expecting. Walkable to International Market, very convenient to everything.
Parking lot was a huge help which we didn’t have to pay extra; other places you had to pay for parking daily. Condo was clean, safe and quiet. Very easy to get help with if needed. I will always come back to stay at this condominium.

There's no front desk reception. So My suggestion to management is to email travellers of check in instructions and what to expect at least 3 days prior to check in.

This property is clean, functional, and safe. Its condition is a bit out-dated, but since my husband and I were out most of the time for sightseeing, it didn’t bother us much. Also, this property is near to the International Market, many dinning places, supermarkets, Target and the beach. It is a walkable area and very convenient.

The room would have been fine except for a few issues. Yes, it was very dated cosmetically inside. But the issues we had were cockroaches and an airconditioner that was extremely loud making earplugs necessary to sleep. Additionally, the bedroom door did not close which limited my husband and my privacy from our teens who were staying in the living room.

the condo was great, it was clean and easy to find. the check in was smooth. the security guard gave us a tour of property and took us to our assigned parking spot. he answered all of our questions and was very friendly. our condo was spacious and we had a great view of the canal. the kitchen came with everything except a peeler a spatula, knives were very dull. We were not able to connect wifi to TV. liked that laundry soap and extra toilet paper was provided.

The condo was great, clean and easy to find and check-in. We had a late arrival, the security guard was aware of our late arrival. He was great and helpful. Once we got in to our room/ condo. It was spacious had great views. The kitchen did not have many utensils, could use a few pans. There were only pots we made see. We had some issues with the WiFi and TV, as well as the dryer exhaust hose was not connected. The maintenance person was quick to respond and fix the issues. The communication between staff and us was outstanding. Phone calls addressed within a timely manner. Thank you for such a great experience

The only thing I liked was the kitchen. The washer door was falling off. The bed was hard and the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. The couch was also uncomfortable the AC was old you felt hot and cold air coming out of it. The communication for this property was not good didn’t know where I was supposed to park, never spoke to management. I won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone does not worth the money

The check-in process was a hassle and it was impossible to reach anyone without trying to call multiple times. We rented 3 condos, all of which had bug problems, and one of them stunk so bad that we had to be moved to another room. We will not rent from here again.

I love where this is. Just a few blocks from everything. We were impressed with how clean everything is. However we chose a room with a balcony and beach view and that is not what we got. I'm not sure that this building even has a beach view, and there was no balcony. There was just a ledge that you could step out on. They lady I talked to was very rude. They do have parking which is huge as there is no parking downtown. I would stay here again, just not pay for the beach view.

The overall property was as listed. The flow of the condo was really nice. Washer/dryer and parking were real pluses. The staff was quick to response to any request and very pleasant. Minor concerns was looking forward to the steam room but it was out of order and the far gate to the pool needs the hand rail secured as it is unstable. Would definitely use the condos again.

I was told to contact 3 days prior, but they do not answer whenever I called. Even left the voice mail, no reply. Upon arrival (4pm), no one was at lobby which was locked. Waited for 10 minutes outside the building, then finally I was able to speak someone. At first the guy told me that I had no reservation, then, told me again that my reservation was from tomorrow.
I said the guy that I was charged already for 6 nights. He found a room, but told me that I would need to change the room tomorrow.
When I asked where I could park the car, he told me that he had no spot for the night but from tomorrow. I parked outside of the building.
Also told me that twice room cleaning in a week, but never came until check out date. Safety box was out of battery.

If you are budget minded and like free parking, bring ear plugs because the nearby streets and air-conditioning units are very noisy. Shampoo and napkin are not provided so you will have to buy them yourself.

Checking in was a hassle as I didn’t read the part where you have to call 2-3 days prior to let them know when you get there. If someone hadn’t been there working on construction or something it would have been a real pain. Room was adequate. Being a condo it had kitchen and laundry in the room which was great. It was located in a very convenient area and the off street parking was huge asset. Was disappointed as I paid for ocean view and while yes we could see a sliver of ocean I guess I expected more than that. I didn’t expect beach front as I knew I didn’t pay for that area, just felt it was misleading, but technically I guess it wasn’t. No shampoo or conditioner provided as not a hotel, but does have laundry soap so don’t waste your money buying some as we did. Wish they would add some Dawn or something in the kitchen. There was stuff for the dishwasher, but felt running a load for 5 dishes seemed wasteful. We left them in sink. Checking out was ok except you have to leave your fob in the room. They give you a code for the elevator but no way to get your car out of garage. So you have to move car out, run fob back to room.

This place was pretty much perfect. Security in the lobby, fobs to get in and out of elevators/doors/parking. Felt very safe. Just a few blocks from the beach, great views even though we didn’t have a full balcony the walkway to our room was just as good. The only draw back was when trying to check in the person didn’t really speak to us and there was already a car in the marked spot making it difficult to know what to do. Otherwise I would totally recommend.

We were disappointed with the booking. The dish washer was not working. The oven was very old and the broil feature was not working. We stayed there for 9 days and there was no housekeeping service available unless you stay 10 days. There was no broom to sweep away the sand. Overall not satisfied with this booking. Washing machine shook while on the spin cycle.

The location of the property was excellent. Not far from the beach or downtown shopping. We had issues with the television and called maintenance. The issue would only stay fixed for a short while then stop working. We didn't call them to come and attempt to fix it before we left.

Nice Property. Clean, spacious older property with great location and amenities. If you are staying here, call ahead to arrange for key for pick up and make arrangements for Parking while at it. Kitchen has what you need and can be really handy. Would be nice if property had some basics Salt, Pepper, Sugar for the Coffee maker. Other than a few peeves it's a great spot close to shops and restaurants.

For the price great property, had everything we needed! Nice to have washer/dryer too since we were using towels so much everyday. Beautiful view of the sunrise from balcony. Quick walk to downtown shopping areas, lots of food nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The check in process was a little overwhelming and confusing. We arrived and had no way of getting in the building or checking in. Thankfully there was a security worker or whoever that happened to walk by when I was trying to find a door to open and he was able to check me in, but all he did was walk me to our room and from there it was everything to be figured out on my own. I don’t think I ever saw a front desk staff or much of anyone besides some landscaping workers and a security guard at night. Some of the cabinets were broken, shower was dirty and drain was broken. Housekeeping never came to empty any garbage or replace any towels so we reused dirty towels for showers. We had to hold down the handle to the toilet to get it to fully flush. Wi-Fi was very off and on. Had to turn it off on my phone multiple times to go get anything to load. The remote to the tv was broken. My partner fixed the springs to the battery part himself to get it to work. Couch wasn’t very comfortable so we pulled out the bed to sit on. Kitchen was great to use. Bed was pretty comfy. Back porch was really spacious and a great view. Very close walk to all the stores, restaurants and beach.

The condo itself was very nice. Great location. Nice parking garage. Only drawback, was I could not connect my laptop to the wi-fi. Instead of asking for a password, it asked for a security key. But, overall, loved the view from the lanai. We had a wonderful time. Would use Waikiki Beach Condos, again.

I love everything about our stay! Check in was simple and quick!!! The grocery store was on the corner 40 seconds away, the International Marketplace was 1 minute away and I was 5 minutes from my other family members at the Royal Hawaiian Resorts!!! I loved the fact that I could cook...we made spaghetti and steak and eggs!!! My stay was awesome...I will definitely be returning very soon...I highly recommend!!!

The condo seems were built in 1976 but still in good shape. best thing is washer/dryer in unit so we washed cloths everyday after back from beach. The free parking also saved us some money for the trip.View with the canal and mountains.

The condo we rented was very nice, super quick walk to Waikiki Beach and next to the International Market. Fun to walk down by the Ala Wai Canal at night. A bit noisy at night with the balcony door open, but much quieter than staying closer to Waikiki Beach. There were two extra cots in the closet and the couch folds out into a bed so plenty of places for everyone to sleep. Having a washer/dryer, full kitchen, coffee maker, pool, and gym were all super nice as well! Would definitely recommend.

This condo had everything that I needed: parking, washer/dryer, no resort fees, full kitchen, AC, walking distance to everything around Waikiki. It was clean and roomier than a hotel, although showing some wear at bathroom walls and cabinets. The WiFi was super slow that it was unusable, but didn’t spend much time there anyways. Building was secure and safe. I would stay here again next time!

Me and my family, two little girls, booked a trip and stay at Waikiki Beach Condos. We arrived at the hotel and found the check in set up very strange, we expected a front desk attendant. We were finally able to get into our room. The room was very much a disappointment right away, very dated and did not seem very clean.
We figured we would still stay and make the best of it. We got our little girls to bed in the bedroom and were planning on sleeping on the couch. The girls fell asleep and my husband and I were going to stay up later and watch some tv. The room soon became infested with termites. They were swarming everywhere, definitely draw to the lights, but still flying everywhere. We had to close off the bedroom as best we could and turn off any light source. We all stayed in the bedroom that night. The ac was too loud to run because it was keeping the girls awake, so we had to sleep in the heat and with the thought of the termites everywhere.
It was a terrible nights sleep for everyone and we woke up to dead termites everywhere the next morning. We could not stay another night. We had to book another hotel right away. We checked out the next day.

I love the condo. It is like living in Waikiki. The location is perfect. You can walk to the international market, the beach, or the Hilton Hawaiian village. Having free parking made renting a car the perfect combo. We bought groceries and cooked every day to help keep costs down. Then we ate and drank coffee from the balcony while looking at the mountains. Went spent some time swimming on the rooftop pool. from there you have a panoramic view of the ocean, Diamond Head, and Honolulu. An absolute perfect place for our budget. We could not have asked for more.

Location and noise level were perfect for us. The kitchen area is a slight challenge to work with as it is a cramped configuration. It is fine for making coffee and breakfast (i.e. toast, cereal, etc.) but we wouldn't suggest more that sandwiches for lunch. Small fridge is adequate for milk and lunch items. The bathroom and shower were nice and big. Room is a little small to hang out in other than watching TV on the bed. Could use a chair, but there's no room for it, as the bed is King Size.
