I love this hotel because it's very close to the beach,
the staff are fantastic and very helpful, and the rooms are very comfortable. The only negative for me is the elevator noise. and the noise outside when you're on your lanai. That is not the hotel's fault. However. I still love staying here..

This hotel has a great location! Ocean front rooms have a great view too! Good sized balcony. The room is a little small for more than 2 or 3 people, and the shower is small. Staff were very nice, but room clean-up is every 3 days. Extra towels, coffee, etc. were easy to get. Not a luxury stay, but a great value! Parking fee is $55/night.

Beach view was absolutely amazing. I will never stay anywhere else in Waikīkī. Directly across the street from the beach and constant towel service at the front desk. The staff were delightful and it was the best trip my husband and I ever had in Honolulu.

Don't just look at the view...!!!! beacuse what the don't tell you there is a $30 dollar day FWE to use there wanter and WHY FI and $65 dollars a day for parking. it cost me more to park my rentel car than to use.

If location is what you're looking for, don't hesitate—our room had a direct view of the ocean, and it was incredible! It is situated right on the main avenue, so you can walk everywhere. We only needed a car for two of the five days we stayed there. Criticisms: 1. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower didn't drain properly; consequently, there was always leftover water and soap residue from the person who had showered just before. 2. The cleaning service was performed only once. All in all, the stay was good!

I paid a special rate for this so I was not disappointed really and the location is fantastic.
It is fit for purpose and really such a good location.
Staff is generally good except one valet guy that made me wait for luggage stored with them and instead attending to multiple cars coming i am like, i was here first, the car came after i was stnading here. so that was frustrating but overall the staff is good and the staff servicing the room was super duper good

It's more a dorm than a hotel . Pillows are pancake thin and rock hard. They're only 3 of them, so you will be fighting with your husband. There's NO sink in the bathroom, you'll be stumbling around at night bumping into sharp corners looking for one. (its located outside the bathroom) It is also plugged up, so you need to wash your hands really fast, otherwise it fills up. There is a very bright blinking light on the ceiling (sprinkler or alarm) that stroboscopes into your eyeballs throughout the WHOLE night. Corridors have vinyl flooring, similar to a hospital floors. Steps, voices and rolling suitcases will keep you awake at night. Sounds echo like in the church. Hospital rooms have normal door handles, but here they have a heavy hotel locks- imagine that door slamming. You'll hear echo of doors closing upstairs, downstairs and on your floor as well. Building is on the busy street, so you will hear cars blaring music, sirens and motorcycles. We received only one tiny, quorter size piece of soap, but were charged in the addition to $360+ tax a night an additional $30 resort fee. There's no microwave in the room. Refrigerator makes loud noise and is on a cycling pattern. The second you think it is over - it starts again . Make sure to unplug it before going to bed. I was on the 7th floor - palm trees are blocking the ocean view. Other reviews mentioned rude front desk. I got lucky- gentleman who checked us in was very nice and sweet.

The location of this hotel truly couldn’t be better. While the hotel itself feels a bit outdated and doesn’t offer the same amenities you’d find at some of the larger hotels, the unbeatable location is what really makes this place shine. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

We stayed here on a Friday through Monday. There is no onsite parking aside from valet ($55/day for a small car or $65/day for a bigger car). Though pricey, valet was convenient as we got in-and-out privileges and there was always a valet attendant available. As for the room, obviously this is an older hotel, so they were clean enough, but not super deep cleaned (there was accumulated dust behind the nightstands, for example). The Ocean View/2 Beds room we first got had a broken balcony door lock so we asked to switch to a different room. The switch was quick and easy, which we appreciated; however, the room we got switched to had a shower and sink that drained slowly, which was uncomfortable. It was difficult to feel completely clean after showering in 2-3 inches of water, but we did not want to ask for another room change so we stayed. The rooms are pretty small so not great for large families. The ocean views were good if you stood at a certain angle; obviously, this will depend on the room you’re assigned and its location. The AC was really loud because it is a wall unit, not central, but it did keep the room cool. The beds were pretty comfortable. The hotel is right across from the beach and next to McDonald’s so we really enjoyed that. Overall, the staff were friendly, location is good, and rooms were okay for these older kind of hotels, but we wouldn’t stay here again due to the lock and drainage issue. If you’ll barely be in the room though, you’ll be okay.

We have stayed at the Circle Hotel every year for several years. The staff at the Circle has always been one of the reasons we stayed there. The house keeper Rose is a wonderful woman, who is always cheerful and helpful. The one complaint I would have this year. They have changed their room cleaning schedule, instead of every day it’s now every third day. Unless you are willing to make your bed and clean your own room, it will be messy.

It was conveniently located right in front of the beach and other stores. It's just a walking distance for moat of the shops and restaurants. No private pools within the hotel. They clean the room every 3 days of stay, so we dont get to experience it,since we were only staying fior 3 nights.
We got the standard room,so it was quite small with no bath tub, with no beach view.

All the staff was very courteous, very helpful, amenities were available. The beach was across the street, so we didn't have to go far to enjoyvand the ocean itself. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance along the beach line street. I suggest to ask for a full view or partial view of the ocean or beach, ours was beautiful each and every day we stayed. I would highly recommend this hotel for a future stay and for any other person who comes to Waikiki. I will next time I visit.

Room was clean. Very small room, hard to move around with suitcases. No place to open suitcases orher than bed. Blowdryer almost caught on fire. Round building made for odd room configuration. Shutter system for sliding door made it hard to get in Bed near the door as the track protrudes about 6 inches in the room.
Staff was very good. Parking was tight and minimal.
We had a 2 queen bed room with 4 people.

Stayed the week of April 8th in a Deluxe Beachfront room at Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger.

The staff was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the view of Waikiki Beach was absolutely beautiful—definitely the highlight of the stay.

Overall, a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.

We were charged a resort fee, we checked in on a Tuesday and were told maid service wouldn’t be available until Thursday. On Thursday maids never showed up…
We booked a double bed ocean view. We had a partial view and below us were 2 VERY SMELLY dumpsters. We couldn’t enjoy the patio it smelled so bad. Food for the hotel restaurant was stored outside in the open about 20 ft away from the dumpsters.
The tv did not work it was hooked up to a PlayStation 2 that we had to use to watch old cd movies that are provided by the hotel.
The hotel is very outdated the stair well reminds me of building stairs in housing projects in the Bronx NY.
The only thing good about the hotel is it’s right across the street from the Waikīkī beach.

Waikīkī Circle hotel is in the perfect location for all your vacation needs. There are fine restaurants nearby, shopping malls, souvenirs and of course the beautiful beach. There is a zoo and aquarium all within walking distance of the hotel. Your buses and trolleys make frequent stops nearby at your convenience.

The room was clean, a little small for 2 beds, and no maid service for the 3 days we were there. However, I just asked the maid when I saw her and she was more than happy to give us more towels. The view was great from the 14th floor balcony. We had a small fridge, but no microwave, so had to go to outside lobby to heat water for tea (I won't use coffee machine for tea)
All in all, it was a fair price.

The rooms were clean and the A/C kept the rooms cool! Not much to the hotel at all an outdoor check in office an elevator and rooms! Staff was friendly and helpful. If you want strictly a room to sleep in while you are visiting this is the perfect place (fo me it worked great)! The front area by the elevator can get pretty crowded and busy because there is a popular breakfast restaurant attached to the front of the hotel so be prepared fo waiting customers. Valet guys are helpful and get your vehicle quickly(if you are parking here it’s like$55/ night)!

We had such a wonderful experience here. The balcony view of the beach and ocean was amazing. We loved being able to open the full glass doors all the way and listen to the waves. The air conditioning kept us comfortable and the amenities were good. Some road noise but that’s understandable and didn’t negatively impact our stay.

Expedia advertises this property as having a pool. It does not. The rooms are VERY small as well and there are no bathtubs, only showers. That said, the property is mere steps from Waikiki Beach with the Waikiki Wall making safe and enjoyable ocean swimming immediately accessible. It does provide Valet parking, but at a stiff $55/day. The location is fantastic for walking to nearly all the restaurants, shopping, beach, and activities in Waikiki - blocks from the zoo, from most pickup locations for tours, etc.

Additionally, luggage storage is only provided on the day of check out, which differs from the implication provided by Expedia. Having no where to store the luggage outside of your room makes the hotel room that much more cramped.

An older hotel, family owned and well kept. A fabulous view of Waikīkī Beach which was just across the street. The room was small, but had everything we needed for a couple nights before catching our flight to Christmas Island. Located in the heart of Waikiki with easy walking to the International Market Place and lots of restaurant choices.

If you’re here to pay for the view it is definitely worth it! Views are amazing of Waikiki you go down the hotel and the beach is literally there. I say for cleanliness it was okay. It’s an older building and there was tissue just wrapped around the shower head and it was to I guess seal the leak coming from it. It was gross and the building in general isn’t updated. I didn’t like booking through here because there are surprise charges like amenity fees and $55 for parking. Overall it was okay for the price.

I wanted an oceanfront room that was clean. And a good nights sleep. That’s what I got! The view is amazing. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. It’s not fancy. Know that before you go. We stayed for a week and will probably come back. Mahalo!
