Great location. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The reason for not giving it a 5/5 was because there was construction happening at the hotel and it was super noisy. We couldn’t stay in our room. It woukd have been nice to know.

Breakfast was relatively basic but enjoyable, pool is tiny and a little lackluster. The cleaners were awful however. In the 8 days they only tried to come through three times at the most random hours. And only half cleaned when they did come. Staff were wonderful and overall cleanliness was great.

The staff was extremely helpful and the the facility was very clean. The hotel is located very close to not only the beach but to the Waikiki Zoo, a great stop with the kids and family. Great amenities in the room and conveniently located throughout the hotel. I would absolutely recommend for business or vacation.

Really close walk to the beach! all was great except some staff was a bit rude/ignored when we were at cafe counter, but welcoming staff was great! The blankets seemed like they weren’t totally clean and had a humid smell. Overall the room was good the bathrooms had big bottles of shampoo/body wash and we can control the ac ourselves, also was greeted with a $5 everyday credit but all the items for sale were pricey except for soda

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent — very close to the beach, shops, and many nice restaurants, which made it very convenient.

However, there were a few downsides. The breakfast was quite disappointing — very limited selection and exactly the same every day. There were no vegetables at all, and the only fruit available was pineapple. We would rate the breakfast 1 out of 5.

Another issue was the elevators. There was almost always a long wait, especially after breakfast when many guests were trying to use them at the same time.

Also, the furniture in the lobby looks quite old and could use an update.

Aside from these points, everything else about the hotel was great, and we had a pleasant stay.

Be aware it’s loud. You can hear the cars/motorcycles outside all night and people upstairs…just noise from everywhere. I didn’t sleep at all. It seemed clean enough, but no extra amenities like lotion or separate face soap. $50/day for parking.

Hotel was doing remodeling the floor right above our room starting before 9 am. It woke up the kids. I was on the 12th floor, the construction noise was so loud you can hear the noise on the ground floor. We came to the room in the afternoon so my grand daughter can nap, she was so scared of the loud noise. She couldn’t sleep. Had I known they were doing construction, I would not stay there

The check in team was professional, accommodating and welcoming. We loved the complementary water bottles, beach chairs and towels we could use during our stay. We loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and a Starbucks across the street. LOVED the daily breakfasts included in our stay and the huge seating area. All of the staff were courteous and helpful. We enjoyed that everything is open and outside. The property and rooms were clean. We would highly recommend!

Parking costs $60 per day, and there was an additional $50 daily charge that was not communicated to us in advance. We were also not informed until the day we checked out that chairs were available to borrow from the front desk. We wish these details had been clearly explained to us from the first day of our stay.

Overall, the experience was just average, and unfortunately, we do not plan to return to this hotel in the future

When I booked through Expedia, it said complimentary Valet Parking. When I got to the venue it was charing $60 a day parking plus tax and had to pay $300 out of pocket for parking. I would have booked a different hotel with parking included if that was the case. I felt completely blind sided and the hotel blamed Expedia saying that booking through a third party means inaccurate information. Also, our room had spiders because my daughter and husband woke up with multiple spider bites on their legs.

The atmosphere of the outside of the hotel is very beautiful. But we had the best room on the penthouse which I’m not even sure I would call a penthouse. It’s pretty tiny and we had a beach of view. That was OK. It wasn’t another spectacular. We had a check in a whole Nother night just cause our flight left so late. We had some complications with staff on that. They never spoke to us about having to update our cards and then treated dislike criminals and wanted us, escorted up to our room to get mighty and credit card that was locked in the safe. I didn’t like that they do have the best peanut butter cookies to die for but other than that I feel like renting the best room that they have they should’ve offered us more amenities. I asked them to do things for our anniversary, like putting out flowers and things like that and they were unwilling to do so.

Everyone here was so nice and welcoming. The room was clean, the lobby felt tropical and posh. The breakfast selection/quality was very good. We were very comfortable.

The one drawback was where our room was located. We were in a \"city view\" room just one floor up from the breakfast patio, which, starting at 6:30 AM, was extremely noisy every day - yelling kids, clanging dishes and the general din of conversation. It woke us up each morning, even with our sliding door and curtains pulled. It felt like a bummer with two teens who liked being out late at the beach instead of up early with the sun.

So! Stay here for sure - the location was perfect and we would book again, but we will be sure to splurge on an \"ocean view\" room or at least ask to not be right at everyone's breakfast table.

The hotel is very conveniently located just a block from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The room was clean and hot breakfast ok. But if you are a light sleeper beware, doors are extremely thin and one can hear all the noise from the hallway, and in our case, from the connecting room. We heard them talking at night, their morning alarm would also wake us up... too noisy. Also there was a steep property fee that we were not aware of.

1) The room we stayed in had a burd’s feather on the couch. Does that mean the housekeeper did not check and clean?

2) Breakfast has changed from very good to mediocre. Last year the hot food served were very good, this time breakfast sandwich served within 4 days not good.

3) Valet parking has increased but same service. Why?
$60 + tax.

We would think twice of booking this hotel again. We went back this year and chose this hotel because we liked it last year less than a year. January 2026 went down hill. Hope they change for the better so customers/members come back and choose this hotel.

Staff was awesome! Has a bunch of amenities and they even have beach towels and chairs to borrow to use at the beach. So no need to use the room hotel towels at all.
And they give you your water bottle and endless refills from the filter machine. That was def a great new feature!

The hotel is excellent with its close distance to the Waikiki beach. My room has a good ocean view. The free breakfast is very good. Free beach chair and towel rental is excellent. Reception people very friendly, the gentleman Dion (I hope I spell correctly) made us feel home right upon our arrival. Super helpful. Will come back.
