There was a problem at check in but it wasn’t actually the property’s fault. Expedia fell through with the correct timing of final payment. There were 2 used bandaids in the shower but other than that, it was a great stay.

We love this hotel. We’ve stayed here 5x already. Everything is close by. Beach is just across the street. There’s sunblock lotion and cooling gel in the lobby. Staff are so nice and very helpful. Rooms are nice. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion. I mean…what else can you ask for?!! Love this place!

Have stayed here before and our room was really nice and comfortable. Our second visit, our room felt very dated and the beds were uncomfortable. The staff were accommodating and offered us another room which was slightly better. There is free sunscreen and a water filter to fill up your drink bottle. The beach is straight across the road.

A first ever to actually get a room that's on the same level as the pool area. Had our own private lanai that was a delight for our niece who stayed with us a few day's. The staff was full of Aloha (Glowing Smiles) and more than happy to insure a pleasant stay.

The rooms and hall lighting could use some updating. The staff is amazing as always. We have stayed multiple times at park shore and they are always so nice and accommodating. The rooms are always clean. Very convenient being right across from the beach. Restaurants and ABC stores and shopping is super convenient within walking distance if hotel.

The entire staff- from the housekeepers and valet guys, to the big boss hotel manager and Angel at the front desk, they were ALL so friendly and helpful. The pool was fabulous- clean and refreshing. We will stay here again and will recommend Park Shore to my family and friends.

We booked a partial ocean view room and its great view of Diamond Head and the ocean. It’s one of the reasons we like staying at Park Shore. The guest service and valet staff are wonderful and provide such great hospitality. The biggest reason why we love Park Shore is the location. We can take our toddler to the beach across the street and when he’s done we can walk right back to the room. The beach amenity rentals are a plus and very convenient. Many shops and eateries are in walking distance.

Hotel location was ideal & scenic because it was at the east end of Waikiki Beach. Close to the beach, walking to all the restaurants & shops on Kalākaua Ave, and enjoying views of the beach, the zoo & Diamond Head. It is located across the street from the zoo so there is more of a feeling of openness rather than crowds, which we prefer. Definitely recommend a balcony to enjoy the lovely views

Its my husbands and I\"s 20 year anniversary, we wanted just a standard room nothing special.
At 1st, the room they put us in was one next to the elevator and the janitor's closet. We heard slams of the door every 10 to 15 mins when we got in.
So we decided to tell them that wasnt right. Not sure why they would put anyone in that room.
They did change our room, they gave us champagne and chocolates that made us feel better.
Still the room was too humid due to a crack in the door.
We were on floor 18, the veiw was beautiful. But there is no wifi on that floor, so we had to go down stairs to do all our planning online.

On the second night of our stay, our room flooded due to a burst pipe, leaving standing water and contaminated debris—including what appeared to be brown fecal matter—on our personal belongings. This created a serious health concern and caused significant disruption to our stay.

This situation was especially upsetting given that we had just gotten engaged the night before and were looking forward to enjoying what should have been a memorable and celebratory trip. Instead, we spent a considerable amount of time and effort dealing with the aftermath—removing our belongings, attempting to dry them, and salvaging items that had been exposed to contaminated water.

While we were moved to a different room, the resolution provided—waiving two resort fees and a chocolate and champagne package—does not adequately reflect the severity of the situation or the impact it had on our experience.

Given the extent of the damage, the health risks involved, and the loss of time and enjoyment during what was meant to be a special occasion, we believe a refund for two nights, in addition to the waived resort fees, would be a more appropriate and fair resolution.

The rooms are outdated and need maintenence. Chipped walls and missing paint in quite a few areas. One of the nights the fire alarm went off at 11:30pm. I was woken up to a panic and had to run down the stairs from 11th floor as the PA system mentioned do not take elevator. Turned it to be a false alarm after all we stood outside for 20 30 minutes.

The room had a stunning view of the oean and diamond head. The balcony was nice. The problem was that the sliding door to the balcony was not easy to open and close. Infact, one could hurt themselves while opening and closing the sliding door if not careful.
The bath tub was tired looking and the spiket to run the shower did not hold itself and so the shower was not fully on and it wasted a lot of water. Overall, the shower/tub could be better. We enjoyed the end room. we had a lot of privacy. We loved to listen to the birds all day long.

LOVED everything! The hosts were amazing. We needed help a few times and the hosts were really easy to get ahold of and responded right away. So we were really grateful about that. Also, having the walking distance to hotel’s beach and beautiful sunset was a bonus. Highly recommended!

Location is good but beds are old, hard and very uncomfortable. There was always some kind of noise in the room so never had a quiet sleep. Rooms are a little too small. We had no WIFI any of the days that we stayed there. Staff was pleasant. Hotel located in a great location walking distance to shopping places and lots of restaurants!

We had a wonderful time at Park Shore Waikiki and enjoyed our stay. My husband and I were on our belated honeymoon and the hotel staff surprised us with sparkling wine and chocolate covered macadamia nuts. We had an amazing view of Diamond Head and the beach. The beds were very comfy and pillows were good. Park shore has great amenities like free sunscreen, 3 beach rentals per day at the beach shop next door, and daily coffee. It’s also in a great location close to everything! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Upon arrival they tried to upsell us to a more expensive room. The water in the bath was never hot and one day there was no warm water at all. Patio doors are in bad need of cleaning the track as it is Very hard to open. Good location, 99 percent of staff very nice.

Fantastic location if I’m you have kids, calm lagoon, surfing waves, snorkeling and sunbathing are all stuff that can be accessed right at the beach across from hotel. Busy happening area the skyline view at night and sunrise over diamond head were awesome. Staff were all great. Also great food all right by hotel and 10 minute beach walk to a huge mall. The hotel was a solid 5 star

I would stay at park shore again. For me the location was perfect ! Beach right across the hotel. A short 10 minute walk to the busy busy areas. Spent most of our time at the beach right across the street. Free over night parking was found a short walk away towards the zoo. I don’t think we would have had a great experience if we stayed a few blocks up towards the busier side. Park shore was perfect! Free beach towels, chairs and umbrellas also. Sure the hotel is a little dated but that’s not what I was looking for during my stay.

The oceanfront room faced both Diamond Head and Waukiki beach. The room was small but clean and functional. Lots of nice amenities for a lovely day at the beach and pool. The resort is just across the street from the zoo, which my granddaughter enjoyed. We'll be back for sure!

Great experience staying here. Located right at the south end of Waikiki facing diamond head and just across the street from the Waikiki Walkway. We had a room with a partial Ocean View with a view of both the beach and diamond head. It is nice being in the quiet part of Waikiki while being close to everything. Room was clean and had a private balcony. The hotel also has a nice pool that is well kept. They also allow you to rent beach chairs and umbrellas next door in addition to being able to rent beach towels at the hotel. Overall great stay and value. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Shore Waikiki. The location is excellent — just steps from Waikiki Beach, restaurants, and shops, and very convenient for exploring the area. Great location. Less than 1 minute walk to waikiki beach. Super convenient to diamond head and the zoo. Hotel connected to ABC store and lulu’s restaurant. If you rent a car, 24 hr in and out Valet parking is worth not spending half your vacation in a parking deck in Waikiki. From this location, you can get on and off H1 in 5 minutes and avoid the traffic. Hotel pool overlooks the beach and diamond head. Beach/pool towels provided. Pool has bar service through lulu’s.
Pool is ok, could use a refresh very soon. Room is clean and has good AC. We would stay here again.

The hotel would be perfect if not for the cleaning staff only coming every other day, and when they did they either forgot enough towels or soaps. The cleaning staff uses all elevators so they clog them for guests. They need to have one elevator that is for service only

Park Shore has an excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, well-functioning AC, comfy bed and better than average toiletries (including sunscreen). The pool was mostly empty and has a deck overlooking both the park and beach which is excellent for escaping the crowds of Waikiki while still being able to see nature and people from relative privacy. General proximity to the park, beach, and restaurants is unmatched. The property is a bit dated, as are many hotels in Waikiki, but was very clean. Would stay again!

Easy check in, we had a very late arrival due to airline delays. They were very accommodating, gave us a late check out and even took off some $$ since we were so late and couldn’t use amenities. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, some things could use updating. But overall a great place to stay.

This is an older property. It has a fantastic location—literally a 3 minute walk to the beach—and nice staff. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. However, the hotel is pretty bare bones and definitely not luxe if that is what you are looking for. Rooms are relatively small. Getting ocean view is worth it…beautiful. If you don’t plan to spend much time in your room, this place will be just fine.

The room had both ocean and Mountain View, which was absolutely gorgeous! I would say this is a perfect location on Waikiki Beach. There was a free parking lot within 5-7 min walk that does not belong to the hotel. Otherwise, they charge $55 per day for valet. Overall, stay was pleasant.

We had a lanai right off the pool and from the pool you could see the beach and breathtaking sunsets and sunrises! The concierge was very knowledgeable and fantastic; helping schedule activities before we arrived and with great recommendations while we were there! All the staff was amazing! There are 2 cafe's right below/next to the hotel and both were great! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Hotel wasn't over the top with design or amenities, but we didn't spend much time in the room- the beds were comfortable, I felt comfortable walking barefooted, everything worked and was clean. The hotel was perfect for travelers on the go!! I would highly recommend!

Another fantastic getaway at the Park Shore. Again, familiar faces everywhere illustrate they’re going something right - staff don’t hang around if they don’t like it! Simply the best views of any hotel in Waikiki, great amenities and everything is walkable. New bonus - the $3 airport bus drops you right outside!

The room and bathroom desperately need deep cleaning, fresh paint, new drapes (there are holes in them), carpet, new towels (the towels are worn and in some cases tattered),the shower was broken- they weren’t able (?) to fix it, the bathroom tile grout is stained, the shower seat has mildew growing on it, the deck railing needs to be painted, the deck surface is stained and needs to be deep cleaned and painted. We weren’t ably to figure out why we had to pay a $50 per day resort fee. It’s just a hotel that hasn’t been maintained. Too bad. It’s a great location. Staff was fine.
