The Noise of the staff and others staying at the motel! I was on the ground floor, close to the office. At 5am, male employees (?) were outside speaking very loudly; at night people were outside partying, very loudly, nothing was done about it.
The room had paint peeling over the bathroom sink and around the walls. There was only one small trash can to use.

My room was very old, chipped wood separated from the wall. Hand sinks were mold, handles were rusted with white buildup. Door was hard to open, door frame was loose separate from the wall. Paint chips everywhere no room service for the entire stay. Room was very old and poorly maintained.

If only I could give 0 stars. There was a frickin lizard in the room which traumatized my wife and the staff couldn’t care less. The bed puffed up one side when I sat in the other side lol. I guess you get what you paid for in that aspect but the lizard was a big 🚩. And there’s rust on all the metal structures. I’d run away from this place. We couldn’t spend 5 mins in the room.

Honestly I felt scared to be there. Both my drivers were very nice but others did not know hot to make anything easy for me. I don't know how this place got such a high rating. Nobody offered to help me with my luggage. When I checked in they acted like I was bothering them. Totally unfriendly.

I hate to say this but felt like the place was slimy. I would never recommend it or stay there again.

Very run down and in an industrial area. Blinding light comes through the shutters and the air conditioning is extremely loud. All of the air conditioners leak outside so they have trash buckets to collect water from them. No low setting so we had to un plug it. Soft beds. Really run down motels. Shuttle to airport is great as well as the Chinese restaurant right next door.

The Air conditioning unit 155 was extremely noisy.
The base of the Toilet was very dirty and rusted. There corking at the base of the Toilet needs replacing
The top of the Toilet did not fit properly
The TV was hard to start, I had to have help from the Staff
No Tea or Coffee facilities in the room
The adjacent Restaurant is closed on Monday

What we like is the low price through Expedia, and the free parking, and free shuttle to the airport. The room had a ceiling fan with a light that was quiet. The wall air conditioner was a little noisy and it automatically turns off and on throughout the night that kept us awake, but it does the job of keeping the room nice and cool. The free coffee and tea in the lobby was nice, but I would rather have the real creamers than just the powdered creamer. The room has a decent mini fridge in the room with a nice wall TV. The room also had a Gideon Bible which we think is important to have to meet the spiritual needs of the guests. There were extra hangers, and free shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. The shower had good pressure and the water temperature worked great. The staff was above average, courteous and helpful. The housekeeping department brought us brand new bath towels upon request. What we did not like were the moldy pillows and very lumpy bed that was uncomfortable and gave us a back ache. The shower faucet was dripping and splashing on the floor.

The staff were extremely friendly and the airport free shuttle is amazing. The property is run down, air-conditioner in the room is noisy and makes it hard to sleep. The bedding needs replacing (pillows are lumpy/no quilt just a woolen blanket), blinds don't block sunlight, windows are paper thin and you can hear everything. All of this meant it was hard to sleep at night. Good choice if you just need somewhere to sleep between flights.

Stayed there for an overnight layover on our way to Tahiti. Staff was very accommodating and helpful - 24/7 airport shuttle is a definite plus! Rooms are quaint but well maintained- you’re there to see the island, not sit in the room. Had a well stocked little shop with food, drinks, toiletries. Great restaurant attached to hotel. Not too far from downtown Honolulu. We especially loved the front desk dog, Bella. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!!

The room was nice, and the staff were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. There is a train station stop right outside of the hotel, and that is a big plus. The website states that there is a restaurant on the premises. I got there on a Monday. When I arrived from the airport, I was hungry. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed on Monday. They do have a small store, but the food options are very limited. There was no water in the room. When I called the front desk asking for some, I was told that bottles of water are available for purchase at the store.

Location by airport is excellent. Very close to the new rail line and station. The rail noise did not bother us as it is comparatively quiet. But the rooms are small and very old. We got a good shower and slept ok for our early morning flight.

Not worth the price. Although the ladies at the front desk were incredibly nice, the room was not well maintained. The walls were bubbling, the door was coming apart at the bottom, hair on towels and the vent in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. I felt dirty sitting in the bed. We checked out an hour after checking in and went to a different hotel.

I usually stay at this hotel during my layover. It is budget-friendly, cozy, and very clise to the airport. It has an ATM machine right at the lobby, coffee station where guests are offered free hot coffee. There is also a convenience store for snacks and other essentials.

It also has a restaurant and swimming pool. There's free Wi-Fi in the lobby and the rooms. The rooms are clean and comes with mini fridge and a microwave.

Overall, it serves its purpose if you have a layover. The hotel also provides a 24-hour airport shuttle which is very convenient.

If you plan on staying a bit in the room... it does have a refrigerator with a small freezer in it and Microwave. So I would suggest to go and find a Walmart first before checking in. The fridge is big enough to fit at least 3 days of food that can be warmed up in the microwave or ready to eat like sandwiches, cereal, oatmeal. Remember, Microwave. You might need to call if you are getting a bigger room and ask them if they have a kitchenette room available than you don't have to worry about the whole Microwave.

I have a very heavy complaint about Pacific Marine Inn. We went to check in and went to the room to look at it. The beds look like cots no one would ever want to sleep on them. It was stinky and musty. There was no way I was staying there. The whole outside was dirty all around industrial buildings. The smell was awful and there was a homeless person in the lobby that was very sick throwing up the experience was awful. I canceled and then found out I need to cancel through hotel.com. I’m hoping to get my money back.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful upon check-in and checkout. The room was a decent size, but there were a few issues with the integrity of the room. First, the bathroom sink had a small leak. Second, there were cracks in the floor and some parts of the wall and light switch covers were chipped. Third, the bed overlapped with the entrance to the bathroom, leading it to feel cramped. However, I think that this hotel is good for the one free vehicle parking, the convenience of the location in regards to bus routes and activities, and the rooms, aside from the issues mentioned, were decent.

This property feels dated and in need of a full refresh. The room had a noticeable musty odor, and overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. The air conditioning unit was very loud and struggled to cool the space effectively. After showering, I used the bath mat to wipe the floor and it picked up a significant amount of dirt, which was concerning. Overall, the condition of the room did not reflect a comfortable or well-maintained stay.

We had one night here after a late flight and I am glad it wasn't for longer. We walked into our room and were immediately swarmed by mosquitoes. We had several bites by morning. The bathroom floor was very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in several days. I had to place towels on the floor so as not to walk on the dirty floor. We will not choose to stay here again.

Due to a late flight arrival, I checked in late at night.
The hotel shuttle picked us up directly from the airport. Joshua, our driver, was friendly and very personable.
The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The room was older, but the bed was comfy and clean.
The on-site connivence store was an added bonus. It offered toiletries and plenty of food choices.
I would recommend the Pacific Marina Inn for a good night’s sleep.

Staff was friendly and the room was very convenient for my early flight (shuttle service was really nice). I also appreciated food they had in the lobby since I didn't have a chance to grab any beforehand. The room's AC didn't appear to work but I was too tired to ask so that's partly on me. Either way with the fan on I was able to sleep fine and everything else about the room was good. Overall a 4/5 stars

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's very convenient for me since I just needed a clean place to rest before my next flight. The lobby has a free coffee station for registered guests, an ATM Machine, and a convenience store right next to the front desk.

There's also a swimming pool, restaurant and bar on the premises. For those who happen to room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, not to worry because there's an elevator. They also provide a 24-hour airport shuttle service which is amazing, especially the young lady who helps out with driving guests to and from the airport. She is very friendly, outgoing and just down to earth the nicest person I've ever met.

No bar. The parking lot was adequate. Being so close to the airport, we can hear the jet engines as the planes take off even with the windows and doors closed. The wifi access does not require a password and was not very fast. I received some emails which appear to be scams regarding my stay.

Great transportation to/from the airport. The location is close to the airport but with that also come the noises from airplanes taking off/landing. The Skyline is almost right over the property so it was the noise from that as well. The positive about the skyline was that the stop was right around the corner as well as a bus transfer station to several locations. Two different bus lines that got you close to Ala Moana Mall and directly to Waikiki.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, room was clean and airport shuttle was on-time and very helpful. Microwave and fridge in room was awesome! Pool is nice and has pleasant seating around it. Be aware that this is an older property in an industrial area near the airport, and some parts are worn down (if you want the Hyatt, go stay there), but the room was clean and everything worked just fine. This is a fantastic option near the airport and locals know it's a great place to stay. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper because the planes go straight over the property.
