I never leave bad reviews, but this was a very frustrating stay. There was a dispute between what Hotels.com indicated about the cleaning fee and what the property owners demanded upon arrival, and they would not provide us with the entrance code until we agreed to pay more. We spent hours trying to resolve the issue with Hotels.com, but the owners were not helpful throughout the process.
For the cost of this stay compared to many other places we’ve visited, the experience was disappointing. The apartment was not clean and lacked basic amenities. When we asked for an extra roll of toilet paper, we were told we had to purchase it ourselves, despite the fee we had already paid. I would not recommend this place. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
