Great Hotel the rooms are small, we roomed in the luxury queen room. The technology is great it had a nice bathroom including a rain shower. It was pricey but it was nice and clean. The staff are very nice, and willing to help.

Yotel is a different concept of hotel. The location is great, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean, the restaurant and lobby area are awesome.
I did not like the lack of space in the room, I need more room to move around, and the lack of privacy of the bathroom. Also water leake to the floor when showering.

I love the self check-in option and the place is always spotless and comfortable. The Boston location is within walking distance of south station and there are lots of dining options around, plus a Trader Joe’s just around the corner.

Services of staff was excellent. Rooms are very clean and everyday housekeeping which is so great.The only lacking on this hotel which every guest needs especially during winter is the coffee maker on every room. Guest needs coffee especially during the night that coffee shops are closed. I think that's the only downside of this hotel. Attractions are walkable and restaurants nearby. Otherwise it's an excellent hotel.

Everything was so clean and felt brand new. The housekeeping service was excellent, with great attention to detail. Although the room wasn’t very large, it was extremely comfortable and perfectly designed for a relaxing and restful stay.

The bed had stains on the blanket and the room could barely fit two of our bags. It said they had parking but it’s 80 dollars more for valet to the garage down the street or do a 5 minute walk with your bags in a busy area to the hotel. Deck 12 restaurant had amazing food and the bathroom in the room was the best part as it was the size of the room but great area.

-Fitted bed sheets did not properly fit so they kept coming undone throughout the night.
-Room service QR did not work.
-Chromecast was not working.
-Guest WiFi network did not work on IPhones.
-No vending machines or self service offering for beverages

The room was decent, and the hotel is nice. Just felt like a lot of little issues that lowered the guest experience.

Love this hotel, been going for many years now as a frequent flyer. Very modern and very clean and love the futuristic rooms, don’t think twice ! Located in the center of Boston with much food, drinks, and things to do/see around the hotel establishment !

Unique stay. Very small room with curtains separating the bathroom. Glass panel separating the toilet from the shower. More of an IKEA set-up and about less than 200 sq ft. Great place to freshen up, grab some sleep, amazing location and loved the self check-in. This is not a lounging kind of room, but rather stop in to grab a nap or shower if you are walking around all
day.

The bed had a motorized feature to have it sit up. When you lay it flat down, it is bumpy and not the most comfortable. Extremely loud area at night. Loud music, people partying, and sirens going off. Fine place to stay for a quick budget visit but definitely not a recommend to people place.
