Very nice room in a great location. MTR just up the road. The breakfast was very good - there were Western and Eastern options to choose from. There is no bar or evening restaurant, but that didn't matter. A 7-Eleven is right next door for drinks and we always ate out. Overall, highly recommended.

Lovely selection for breakfast, including some Western options.
Some construction work was happening on a building nextdoor (which a message from the Hotel prior to arrival warned us about) but only around mid-day and did not detract from the experience at all. Very pleasant stay, great location for getting around the city. :)

Overall a clean, nice hotel. Easy to find, convenient for a number of businesses. Only major limitation is the breakfast. It's fine overall, just limited, with the same stuff each day, with limited variety. Only other concern for me is that there is only one English speaking channel on the TV, CNN.

Check out or prepared to receive constant calls

It was ok, the staff had to call me twice in 3 minutes to hurry me to check out. It was 11:59 and I was out by 12:01, I'm checking out of a hotel, not heading off to a meeting. Really don't appreciate the way the handle such a minor issue (IF THIS IS ONE). Never experienced this in any other hotels.

Closer to a 4star than a 3star.

Great hotel, will stay again. Feels clean and new. Possesses all amenities in room (hairdryer, ironing board, bidet, etc) which isn't always the case in Asia. Centrally located with a bevy of dining possibilities within walking distance. Literally next door to my local office. That said, tourists will appreciate the Metro stop immediately in front of the hotel or the bus stop around the corner. Note: Room size can vary. First stay was a \"suite\". Second stay was much more cozy.

We arrived in Taipei early in the morning. I understand the check-in time is 2pm. Therefore, we just left the luggage at front desk and went back at 2. Unfortunately, the room was not ready. We have to wait another half hour before we can get in our room. Room is very small. We booked a business twin room for two people and there is no space to lay our 29\" luggage flat. I have to put it on one of the beds on the last day to pack. Even though it is a non-smoking room, we can smell cigarette. I guess some guests smoked in the building and the smell travelled through the AC.
Breakfast is fine. The variety is good. Considering it is included in the price, you really can't ask for much. Staff are all very nice and helpful. The location is ok, not great. There is nothing nearby. You always have to take bus (3 mins walking) , MRT (5 mins walking), or taxi.
Overall, I think it is an average hotel. I will try a different place next time though.

The giant automatic sliding front door looks like a wall. I passed it without knowing it was the door.

Great location. The tunnel right in front lets you easily cross the roads. A nearby supermarket is cheaper than the convenience stores.

Great staff. Great breakfast. Great cleaning. Great toilet. The power button is the far right, lower button.

The washer takes 142 minutes for a full load. There is some powdered detergent on the shelf by the washer. The dryer takes 120 minutes, clean but still a little damp.

The bathroom lights will not shine on your face, so the minibar mirror is better for personal grooming.

The door key turns on power for the entire room, including sockets and bathroom ventilation fan. The shower door should be kept open to air out while you are away.

Good business hotel in great location in DaAn Dist

I have been here many times. The single room I get is odd shaped but good enough for 1 if no visitors to the room. But everything else is great including the Chinese breakfast and the location that is close to many places either by MRT or by walking. It is in a quiet area despite being located on a busy street.

Functional hotel

This hotel was easy to get to and the hotel staff was very helpful. They were able to help me get around since I only spoke English. The breakfast was good. The room was small but it had all of the essential items such as a desk, lamp and closet.

Small room, but otherwise excellent hotel

We stayed here over New Years in order to catch the fireworks from Taipei 101. The location is excellent as you can get a view of 101 just a few steps down the street. It was a 15 minute walk to get closer to Taipei 101 and a great time was had by all.

The room was a little small, but to be expected in a large city. Despite being right next to a major highway, the soundproofing was excellent and I couldn't hear a thing. Everything was clean and the free DIY laundry was a nice touch. The hotel is also connected to the 7-11 next door.

Nice hotel with not-so-far public transport access

The hotel seems to be far from public transportation, but after staying for a day, we found out that there is a bus stop that can bring you to most of the places in Taipei, especially a bus that brings you directly to Taipei 101 with only 3 minutes walk from K hotel to the bus stop.
The room is very clean daily, and even our stuffs sometimes scattered all over the room, everything was always tidied up after we got back.
The hotel reception staffs are also very good in providing us assistance when needed.

A pleasant find

This is a hotel close to my childhood home where my parents live. It’s just about 8 minutes walk. The hotel is very well maintained with real friendly and professional crew. It was such a pleasant surprise to find laundry machines and dryers on our floor. Despite the room to be small, the stay was comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

It's a business hotel, very small room but fully equipped. I didnt hear neither noise from street, nor next door guests; but heard noise from maid room and laundry room instead which was suck. Breakfast was a lot more than expected, not great but enough to survive. Hotel staff were nice.

My hotel in Taipei

I have stayed at KHotel Dunnan for the past 3 years now. A quiet area but convenient to places I need to go because of location as well as MRT and buses. Cost is also about half the other hotels nearby though it does not offer the same facilities or service. A nice Chinese style breakfast and off for the day. Ideal if you want to be in the area near Taipei 101, NTU and NTNU...but it helps if you know some Chinese as well but not necessary. For a pure tourist who does not speak Chinese and need tour desk and handholding then another place might be better.

I stayed for 3 nights in late Nov 2017. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a 7-11 convenient store right next to the lobby to purchase snacks and basic supplies. I would stay there again.

Pleasant neighborhood to look for local eateries, cafes and some reading time. Need to walk about two traffic lights' distance to access the light rail station. Nice place to stay if you are visiting the university, it's really nearby.

As noted above, hotel was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms. The room I booked though was not available, it was suppose to be a romantic room, but they upgraded me to a nice room on the top floor - 16th floor which made up for the inconvenience. All in all it was a great stay

Nice hotel in quite convinient location

Overall a very satisfiying stay.

Pros: The staff at the hotel was very professional and super-friendly. The interior and overall design in the inside of the hotel is nice and in acordance with current trends.
Location was good even though not very close to the MRT. However, it was easy too describe when picked up by car.

Cons: Air condition in the room was a little bit too cold even when we set it to 29 C. Breakfast was ok, but some dishes were a little bit too greasy for my taste.

Good Clean and Modern Business-Type of Hotel

This is my second stay at K Hotel Dunnan in 2 years. My ONLY complaint is that the single room is a bit small...but I knew that from before. I guess I could have gotten a larger room if it was so important....but instead I got the same studio room. Because everything else is great. Facilities are modern and clean. Location is convenient to shopping, all sorts of transportation options and close to the local universities. It is also next to a 7-11 that is good for ATM usage and everything else that a 7-11 can provide in Taiwan. I guess I will stay there again next time as well.

The location works well for the purposes of my trip. It is far enough for me to have a peace and quiet evenings; yet, close enough for me to be at any and all of my meetings within a half of an hour! It's breakfast starts at 6:30am daily is also a plus for me!

Convenient hotel near all the tourist hotspots.

All the staff were very welcoming and accommodating to my fiancé and I. They were quick to respond to any inquiries and help in whatever way possible. The hotel itself located about a five minute walk away from the MRT, and if you're adventurous a 30-40 min walks from most of the tourist spots near the Taipei 101. There's a 711 on the first floor if you're feeling lazy and at least 5 good movie channels on the television. Upon our departure the staff arranged for us to get a taxi and it was there within minutes. Needless to say, we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare.

Clean and compact w fast wifi and friendly staff

Friendly staff and decent breakfast selection. Wifi works and is fast, and all the electronic controls in the room are fun: automatic curtains and lights, do not disturb button, etc. Room was very small, but it was clean and nice. The only weird thing was that the way the hotel is designed, when my blinds were open I was about 2 meters away through the glass from someone else's window in the same hotel. We could easily see each other, as the windows are not tinted! This would have been weird if mine were not a business trip. The hotel is a bit far from the subway, but Taipei is a decently cheap cab city.

各方面都很不錯，唯獨停車，車子需進電梯到地下停車場。我開的不是小車加上技術不佳，電梯真的是太剛好的裝得下車子，而且地下停車場有很多大柱子，車子停滿的話，根本就無法掉頭…如果有下回，我會直接停在旁邊的付費停車場。

部屋が清潔、タオルが重厚で使いやすい。スタッフは何を聞いてもしっかり対応してくれる。建物内にコンビニが併設されていてちょっとした飲食物を買って部屋で食べられてよい。コンビニには、指定のウェブ上にファイルをアップすれば印刷ができる複合機がある（USBメモリ等不要）。

這次是入住第三次，服務依然非常好，早餐樣式不多但足夠，且美味。環境衛生也都維持得很好，床舒適好睡。
美中不足是這次入住豪華雙人客房，浴缸離馬桶很近，雖有浴簾，但仍難以避免水潑灑，地板會比較濕。蓮蓬頭在浴缸上方，僅一個在高處的支架，不管用什麼角度，都會淋到頭髮，只好一直切換蓮蓬頭/浴缸模式，不太方便。
此外入住時東西掉在洗手台下，要撿起時頭撞到放洗手台的檯子，如果有小孩入住要注意，因為檯子的角度容易忽略，就撞到頭了><
整體而言仍很滿意住宿，下次仍會選擇柯達飯店入住(但不會選豪華雙人客房房型^^\")

Great stay except the breakfast

Generally it is a very clean and convenient place to stay. Friendly staff and even free self laundry. The only thing that was and remains pretty poor, is the breakfast. For westeners, lunch for breakfast is no good. Please offer some cold, sweet, real-bread alternative.

空間很小，因為浴廁沒有一個空間，所以一進門就看到馬桶跟洗手台在玄關的地方，旁邊還有一個獨立的乾濕分離的淋浴間，沒有空間放行李箱，走道也只能側身，另外停車不能多停，超過1小時$100，不足也算1小時，非常的斤斤計較，電視好像有很多選擇，但幾乎都不能使用，好處大概是還有個樓層有製冰機，房間有附冰桶，1樓就有小七，一個人住勉強可以，但價位真的不行～

住宿位置位於交通要道，周邊停車位置足夠，抵達便利；且飯店一樓即有便利商店，可隨時採買。
浴室馬桶為免治馬桶，以商務旅館而言，很有誠意
然而，淋浴間的拉門無法閉妥，洗澡完淋浴間地板會濕一片，建議儘早維修。且備品沒有提供潤髮乳，對部份旅客來說有些不便。
房間隔音略為不佳，晚上睡覺會聽到隔壁電視聲，有些干擾睡眠
