The staff was friendly, the kitchenette is a joke. No utensils, plates, cookware, or cups. You can apparently rent them for an extra fee. Close to shopping. Floors were dirty, swept not mopped in rooms. Bathroom rarely cleaned even though we often tipped.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. it is within walking distance from a Starbucks and a Walmart. It is a short ride to the airport. It is a descent hotel but it seems to be made of materials that lock the humidity inside. So once we took showers, it was crazy humid and the small dehumidifier in the room just can't keep up.

It is a good place for a business trip , affordable and with good WiFi , on the downside they charge for everything and I mean everything, no customary water bottle at rooms, extra card key for a fee, cleaning only once a week , for toilet paper you have to ask at the reception. Etc good place to stay on business not good for traveling with family.

Everything is great. the room is spacious and very clean. The staff is very nice. The only thing I want to mention is that the staff does speak a word of English. I don't get it they are so close to the airport and the airport is full of Americans and they can't speak a word of English.

The property is still giving one key for the stay, despite of having booking with 2 or more people, one day I forgot the key on the room and the front desk agent instead of giving me another key, he told me that I should not forget my key and I need to have it with me, I told him they should not limit to one the number on keys given and he was even more rude to me asking me to complain if I want with the management.

I stay 2 times a month on this property, and my main concern is only the one key given, sometimes I travel with family and is really annoying to have my wife with toddlers going down to open doors for me.

I have to inform about this and about the lack of service on the agent that I always have issue with, he does not have sense of service as always says “no” or give laim excuses to deny my requests.

I will need to keep posting negative surveys at least until the key issue is fixed and the property at least for me set a note on my guest profile, to give me two keys upon check-in, without request needed from me, as this situation always ruins my entire and all stays, as this issue has not yet been addressed by the hotel management.

Extremely basic almost to the point of being too basic, but less expensive than other hotel options in the area.

Pros:

- Quick walk to dining and grocery options

Cons:

- Poor humidity regulation in rooms during warmer months; excessive moisture unless the AC is kept cold, which made it almost too cold for me

- No dishes, cutlery, cups, or supplies of any kind for kitchen in rooms; you are either forced to buy an overpriced kit from the hotel, or go to the local Chinese imports store and Walmart for the basics

- One little bar of soap for the whole room

- Harsh chemical cleaning smell in lobby

Ok for a one night stay near airport, but wouldn’t really recommend it otherwise unless you are extended stay in less humid months and don’t mind buying your own kitchen items

Room was very clean, mostly quiet. Not much of a view as my room was directly across from Sam’s . There were several outstanding restaurants within walking distance of my building. 1/2 mile walk but well worth it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Using uber to get around is your best bet.

The property conditions, location and the place is great, however they only gave us one key upon check in and in past stays they refused to give two keys, one for my family and one for me, so whenever I go to work and come back to the hotel, my wife does not need to go down to open doors for me. It is really annoying to have this situation always when I stay at the property. Beside this, yesterday I came back to the hotel and requested the front desk guy to update my key and he was arguing that the key it does not belong to me since it was batched out to another room, I guess it got mixed up with another room due to system error however the guy started saying to me that I should give back the key and complaining to me (as a guest), this situation was really unpleasant and really ruined my stay.

I made sure that I got a property with a kitchenette. There was absolutely no kitchen where, no pots pans dishes, paper towels, cloth towels utensils. Nothing. What’s the point of getting a kitchenette if you can’t use it. I did come to find out that they sell paper bags worth of Kitchen collections? I’m assuming it’s probably stuff people bought and left behind. Also I found dead bug carcasses stuck to the flooring and under some furniture. I was working through Expedia and between about seven hours worth of phone calls with no help from the front desk. I was able to move out of the room to a different hotel.

Overall is 3/5 .... location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants bars supermarket. Amazing! However the property itself is not the best. They even charge u for a secong key when is two adults in the room. We asked for cups, plastic or glass and also had to pay for. No ice machine at all in the property! Staff was very friendly but yeah is horrible. Room was ok nothing wow! Well definately stay here again knowing how it is now, will definately be more prepared though

Have you experienced an Expedia’s app hlitch? Where the dates are wrongly set up a-f-t-e-r you paid for your booking? That’s one of those situations! Expedia says it’s the hotel’s fault, the hotel is not reimbursing… an otherwise frustrating situation. Bottom line: paid but never used it!

Where to start with this place… do not, do not, do not stay here. No idea how this place got such a high review.

1. The entire room and other rooms have a major humidity issue and this will come in later and a major problem.

2. I got sick with a sinus infection (after years or not getting such a sniffle) because there was mold in the AC. When I complained they couldn’t help me. I only booked for two days, so I was going to make the best and just leave and stay somewhere else.

3. That decision to stay almost cost me my life, why? Well I was startled out of my bed around 2 AM to a burning smell as it rubber was on fire. Immediately checked my phone, but nope that wasn’t it. After further inspection it was the microwave in the room. I immediately grabbed my valuables and told the staff. Once again all they could do was tell me the manager will talk to me in the morning and I didn’t argue went to bed.

4. The manager in the morning had the audacity to tell me that I possibly did something wrong (in a humidity filled hotel where water was dripping from even the microwave) and told me they needed to investigate. I didn’t even argue for a refund, grabbed my things and went on my way. Expedia needs to delist this property and I’ll make this comment so when or if someone lose their life, Expedia will be held responsible as for knowing that there is a major issue at this hotel. So again do not stay here. It’s unsafe and they are in no rush to fix it.

Floor was constantly wet all night long. Water seeps up through the floor tile and makes it very slippery and dangerous. Told the front desk. They had absolutely no reaction at all. Just stared at me. Very rude. Didn't say hi or bye or thank you. Just took the key and walked off. No water, cups, silverware, nothing in the room to cook with. Stay away and go some place where they have a pulse beating.

In terms of cleanliness, this was one of the worst hotel's. Our room had a towel what seemed to be a blood stain. We took it to show the front desk and they didn't even show any concerns. They put 2 more towels in the room and we picked up 2 more. All 4 towels were dirty and had holes in them. When we brought that to their attention, the front desk laughed it off.

Bed was never made. There was no bath soap. Shower pressure was extremely week.

Overall, never again.

It was fine. The front desk did not communicate very well about the surrounding businesses or the options to purchase silverware and plates. I had to figure it out. There was a large puddle of water in my room and they did not believe me. They did send someone anyway and he had to repair the airconditioning. People were prepping for the hurricane warning so maybe everyone was too busy to pay attention to details.

Reclame por el agua que sale de la ducha y la recepcionista dijo que eso es general del hotel, es un problema de diseño y terminacion de obra.

Estuve en la habitacion 316, el agua se sale de la ducha y en 2 ocasiones resvale, tuve que colocar las toallas de cuerpo en el piso.. el piso de la ducha en pesimas condiciones y acbado.. a parte de sucio luce sucio. .. el piso con cabellos de mujer... me querian cobrar una llave por 250 pesos .. casi 25USD... por una llave que cuesta menos de 1 USD.. es ridiculo.. luego la encontre no tuve que pagar....

I asked front desk where to get food she directed me to a gas station station down the street that had no real food. Turns out there was a Walmart across street behind the buildings i couldn’t see. Almost like she didn’t even try to help

Disgusting. I booked 1 night but decided to leave to another hotel. The room had a strong smell of humidity. Bed cover wrinkled, bathroom wall had black mold, pubic hair, shower walls not cleaned propertly. Floor sticky. The outside looks very nice and the staff is great. Those are the only good points this hotel has going for.
