The hotel is very dirty and old. The bed, the pillows are bad and in terrible shape. They do not know how to make the bed. They do not clean correct the room. Staff are rude and did not answer, they do not know how to do their work. They charge some amount money when we arrived and last day ask for another... good location for work, very bad for tourism

Restaurants from sushi to vegan just steps away. Of course your burgers, pizza and wings at the hotel or right outside, along with Oxxo & 7eleven👍. Quick walk to americana mall as well, where you can find everything from movue theatre ro groceries. A great location with an amazing staff, its a now brainer if you are looking for a downtown location!

Maintenance, mentenance, maintenance. Just like other Mexican hotels. Pool water feature not working, hot tub not hot anymore. Painting outside etc etc. Staff friendly though. Had to move three times due to shower leaking, top floor was nice. That is what we asked for weeks prior to arriving....

This is a nice decent hotel in the middle of downtown. Very safe and walkable to the plaza las americas. The 7 eleven and many restaurants are right beside the hotel.

This hotel is fine for a night or two. You can walk to restaurants and nearest shopping mall. The breakfast is very basic and room service seems to come from outside the hotel and only worked once - second time no food arrived.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. It was absolutely miserable. Check in went quickly and the gentleman helped me with my bag.He showed no attempt to make conversation or show me where I could find ice and fresh water. After tipping he immediately I put my thing away and went to explore the pool area. This is where things started going downhill FAST. The “pool” is litter more than a kiddie pool. 3-4 feet deep. I stuck my toe in the jacuzzi and it was lukewarm. I asked two separate employees if they help make it hot but no one ever did. The lounge chairs have no umbrellas or sun protection so they are impossible to sit on. You have to get a pool towel from the front desk. The restaurant was clean. The breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. It was generally the dinner buffet from the previous evening. Like meatballs. I had to order my breakfast every morning in addition to what I had paid for the buffet. Please see the photo of the pancake next to a attawbeeey for reference. The juice machines were almost always empty, the toaster is broken…you have to hold the leaver down. The first day, they had the small creamer cups on the center buffet. Every day after that, I had to ask for it and nobody knew what I was talking about. They speak NO ENGLISH, which I can usually get around. But these people were downright rude to me. They refused to let me order something to go. The waitstaff was generally terrible aside from a couple. The “Bar” is not a bar at all. They don’t even hav

This hotel was nice but not great. The sheets in our bed had many hairs so we requested new ones. They were fast to deliver but there were still some stains on the new one. The rest of the room was clean and the shower and room was comfortable.
They do not have laundry on site, you have to go to the sister them across the courtyard to do any self laundry.
This place has very little walkable restaurants. If you don’t mind driving, it’s a safe place to stay. At least it felt safe.

I liked my stay at the hotel but one of the things that I am dissatisfied with and that did affect me is not having a space to leave my vehicle in the parking lot. Because of that, I had to leave it outside the hotel without security and because of having left the car outside, they hit it and I had to pay more than 10,000 mexican pesos to the rental company.

I have been to hotels all over the United States Europe Southeast Asia and Alaska. Is hotels needed to be perfect in order to receive a score 10 out of 10 there would be no five star hotels in existence anymore and there are any perfect human beings. Wooden gardens was everything a reasonable person could expect of a hotel rated before stars The bed mattress was easily 18 in thick The television easily controlled the hot water in the shower was super the food in the restaurant was outstanding the great white room was adequate the deck with the three pools and enough room for me to exercise and do calisthenics without disturbing anyone for 1 hour each day anytime and day a better hotel with more mayonnaise I simply do not need. That's all I've got to say and I'm sticking to it.

Overall, we liked the property as it was conveniently located near a very large mall, breakfast was good, the king size bed was comfortable, and the price was a good value. However, we needed to fill a bucket of water and dump it into the toilet to get it to flush properly. The front desk staff told us that all of the toilets in the hotel are that way. So, we used one of the waste baskets as a water bucket! Also, the in-room safe would not work.

I stayed a month here recently and the staff was SUPERB!! I am a recent amputee & this was my first solo trip and although I have stayed in Cancun many times before this was a first at a hotel downtown. The pool was very accessible, the restaurant had some great specials (just wish there were more traditional Mexican options) but they were very accommodating. I had a regular room and was able to move about comfortably. The housekeeper on my floor (2nd) was terrific. Room was always freshened and I appreciated the towel characters (yes I tipped her).
The area around has good restaurant options, Walmart, Plaza Americas & Chedauri are all within walking distance. You are approx a 10 min Uber ride to the beach. My only 2 complaints I have was there is no microwave in the room (even though the website says there is) but you do get a small fridge and the air conditioning did not work for my last 10 days. You also are provided bottled water daily with your housekeeping.
In addition I met some awesome guests from various parts around the world (a few will be life long) so that’s an added bonus.

We only stayed one night but the property definitely served its purpose. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the shower water pressure was pretty low. The breakfast buffett was a great start to the day. We were able to walk to the mall that was just 6 minutes down the street with no issue. The property is a tad dated but nothing crazy. Free parking in the underground garage. Would stay here again.

When we informed the reception, a person came after so long checked something (didn’t solve the issue), said he would come back in 5 min but never came back. Woman at the front desk was just okay, not very friendly. The guys at concierge were very friendly and helpful (motivated by tips obviously, lol). We reserved a king size bed and was assured by receptionist at check in thats what we were getting, but when we got in the room, we had dbl queens. Shower was dirty with calcium and water spots built up, and no hot water, just luke warm for both nights we stayed. We dined in the hotel restaurant our first night and although we were the 2nd guests to arrive, no one would take our order even though there were 3 waiters standing around looking at us. After about 15 minutes, they finally took our order, but did not serve our drinks or the chips and salsa for another 15 minutes until we asked if we could at least get the cokes we ordered, as well as our margaritas. Never did get chips and salsa, and meanwhile 4 other tables who came in well after us were served drinks and chips promptly within a few minutes of arriving. After finally complaining, the waiter apologized, saying it was his fault, and he messed up, even though he kept looking at us and walking past us numerous times to help other tables. It took almost a full hour to get a couple of tacos with no drink refills. This was not the Marriott we expected and we will definitely steer people away from this location!!

This spot is very convenient to everything you will need. Staff is very helpful & friendly (thank you Guadalupe at the front desk you made check in lovely & easy) and rooms are as pictured and clean, beds are comfortable. Only thing I would have liked to see was a better selection of authentic Mexican dishes offered on the menu in the restaurant.

It was a very nice looking facility with a few drawbacks. The hot tub is cold and maybe not even advertised as an amenity. I couldn't understand why no face cloths at all. They did bring two asap. Biggest issue was a quick shower with coolish water 2 of 3 days. Hot seemed to vary and only one day was it warm enough. Room was very quiet.
