Es muy básico, para una estadía corta está bien, no esperes un minibar o algo parecido, no hay ascensor tampoco, a todo esto me refiero con básico, cuarto con aire acondicionado, baño dentro del cuarto con agua fría y caliente, para mí fue suficiente, sí muy limpio todo, muy amables los trabajadores del lugar, lo mejor que tiene es que está en una ubicación espectacular en el centro de Cancún, no necesitas transporte, tienes casi todo caminando, opciones de compra, bancos, tiendas y muchos lugares para comer cerca.

Great place to relax after long flights from US West Coast. Hotel is just a few blocks from the ADO Bus Station, which is great because I need to take the bus to Playa del Carmen to take the ferry to Cozumel. Also very convenient & inexpensive getting to the Hotel from Cancun Airport by ADO Bus.

Excellent hotel in central Cancun
The only downside to my room was that the door did not muffle noises from the hallways. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent choice. The building was maintained well. My room was comfortable and well lit. The AC worked great and looked new. Hotel is in a great location close and easily walkable to ATMs, restaurants, cafes, the bus station, and shopping. I would book the hotel again should I stay in Cancun.

Hotel Antillano is very good for us. We were super happy here! It is very close to Busses, Chadauri Supermarket, Parque Palyapa with cheap food and entertainment and close to our Dentist. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. Perfect for us on a tight budget. We can not afford the $50USD+ per night rooms

Well, I love this place and always stay there. However, on both of my past two visits I have experienced smoke smell in my room on several occasions throughout my stay. I understand that you cannot police every guest but your employees must be diligent as you could clearly smell the smoke in corridors too. Again, this is my hotel of choice and I remain a loyal customer and will return!

I’ve stayed here multiple times within the last few years. The place is walking distance about 10 minutes to the central bus station. Also, there are many little shops and cheap restaurants nearby, all with in walking distance. The hotel is old but well kept. Rooms have good air conditioning and hot walk with good shower pressure. The only complaint I had this last time I stayed there was the top bedding looked dirty with milky white substance(I will let your imagination figure out what it might have been). I removed the top bedding and slept in with only sheets. The sheets looked clean.

The chain latch in the room is designed so that if they want they can open it from outside the room. I have pictures. I was in my room asleep and somebody entered my room and removed the money from my wallet. I recommend nobody stay at a hotel that uses a metal key because there’s no way of knowing who comes in your room. Only stay at a hotel that uses a credit card to enter the room

I really love this property and the staff. On this trip I was not happy as I was awoken two different times by the smell of someone smoking or smoke in the A/C system. I smelled in the corridor a few days and reported and even brought the housekeeper into my room to smell the overpowering smell. They assured me the guest had left and the second occasion was the following weekend and I was actually leaving that Saturday morning. I would think the security officer would smell...if he was doing floor patrol? Again, I love this hotel and will not curtail my visits as I’ve been there over 30 nights so far this year.

Displeased!
I rated this TERRIBLE based on my arrival experience. I have stayed at this property (with this stay) over 46 nights since January of this year, and can be verified via Expedia records. I flew overnight and had a luncheon appointment and arrived about 11am (on a Monday morning and we all know Sunday night occupancies) and asked the agent (who greeted me by name as I am a frequent guest...and NOTE, have NEVER asked for an early check-in) if I could check-in and freshen up. He in a \"matter of fact\" response said that arrival time is 3 or 4 pm (Actually I was so taken aback that I forget the time) and checking out is noon. I voiced my displeasure and did the paperwork and put my valuables in a safe deposit box and proceeded to utilize the lobby restroom to freshen, change clothes, shoes and get ready. As I was exiting the restroom the Manager Lady was in that area and I voiced my displeasure in the situation and she walked to the desk and came back with a key and said I could check-in. In my current state of unhappiness declined and said that I would return later and check-in, of which I did. **NOW, I completely understand and respect policies and procedures. The issue that struck a nerve with me was, after voicing my displeasure with the manager was immediately a room became available and the agent's lack of recognizing a LOYAL and REPEAT Guest's simple request!!

The hotel is in the better section of downtown. Check in nithing special, clerks id t seem so happy, but service was fine. Room large enough and quiet during day and night which was good, wifi worked well, only drawback no English on TV channels, could not change language for all American made movies / shows being shown. Only 5 minute walk to big supermarket, restuarants all over, and about ten minute walk to ADO bus terminal.

This is a very quaint and comfortable property in downtown Cancun. The staff is wonderful and Friendly. Angel, my housekeeping gentleman was extremely friendly and did an excellent job in cleaning my room daily. The young lady at breakfast was very friendly as well as the folks at the desk and throughout the property. This is something that is most important while traveling, not to mention in a foreign country. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Nice spot. The room was clean and spacious, and felt authentic to the region. It also came with plenty of amenities (glassware for purified water in the hallway, nice bathroom, seating area, fridge, light switch over the bed, etc). About ~9 minutes walking distance from the ADO bus terminal (can't recommend ADO enough). Cab to the airport cost 350 pesos, which seemed a bit steep. The area was full of pleasantries: shops, restaurants, dancing, cocktails, and even an outdoor market for Christmas. The hotel was also affordable for this time of year, at 740 pesos.

HORRIBLE experience! The staff refused to acknowlege my prepaid online room and wanted cash until after an ugly conversation and 30 minutes later when I called Travelocity. Then they gave me a room with one bed (I booked two beds) and NO HOT WATER! A/c went off after hour also. Not to mention they put me two floors up which I had to climb. Looks nice in Lobby but beware! Never again!

This is one of the original downtown hotels in Cancun. My 4th time staying here. For a $10 or $12 pesos on the local bus, you have Easy access to beaches, Mercado 28 and other shopping, etc. Within walking distance you have 2 big supermarkets, a wonderful park with a big pavilion where the locals gather for entertainment. Also within walking distance to the ADO bus station, where you can bus to Tulum, puerto Morelos and chitzen itza, very economical. I highly recommend this mode of travel for the adventurous traveler.
Overall, this hotel served my purpose. Luxury, it’s not. No elevator. Clean but old. Bed was comfy. AC worked fine. Shower small. The staff is great. The pool small, but nicely kept.
