You get what you pay for

Definitely got what we paid for. Love the non-existant golf course. Very enjoyable. The dirty shower was very vintage. Fun. The bathroom stank. This hotel is very \"unique\" from the other's, for sure. Interesting experience, if you like showering in a dirty shower, using bathrooms that stink, not being able to use the TV, terrible wi-fi, then this is the place for you!

The location is perfect - close to the ADO bus terminal, also not far from public beaches and the ferry to Isla Mujeres.
There was no hot water in the shower. The receptionist had to turn on the pump and then you have to wait about 15 minutes. I had to move to another room because hot water never came out. The bathroom and the room in general need renovation. There were small insects everywhere.

Motel, Not Hotel

The clerk who checked me in was very nice and courteous. But calling this \"hotel\" is deceiving. It is a MOTEL. The condition was terrible. I bought a can of sanitizer at the Oxxo nearby to spray everything, including the sheets. Whatever I paid for our one night here was too much! The biggest and only true benefit of staying here was that it was 2 blocks from the main ADO station. There were also fast food places and stores nearby. There is no signage and no one reminds you that Cancun is on Eastern time so you can adjust your devices and set the correct alarms. There is no wake-up call service. I knew this in advance, but a reminder would have helped us not miss our bus. We had to buy new tickets. So staying at this hotel actually cost me more than staying at a \"regular\" hotel that offered some basic guest services,

No hot water to take a shower, the water faucets in the sink was dripping all the time very annoying, hard to fall asleep. Then their was water all ovet the floor in washroom & near the sink we had to use the towel to absorb some of the water. We were not happy at all.

The room smelt like the toilet was never flushed. AC unit is older than my grandparents. Had to have the tv up so loud so I could hear it. Of course when I complained no one spoke a word of English.

Internet only works if you sit by the window

the worst room never rent\n

It is a very basic room , 3 double size beds , a table and 2 chairs and an outdooring seat .No chest of drawers.The tv is on the wall almost in the door .It is so noisy ,we cannot sleep , i think , it is as noisy than just sleep in the street . The air conditionning and the fan was so noisy , it was impossible to sleep with them on. So it was very hot .We was supposed to have 4 beds , 2 double beds and 2 single beds but we had only 3 double beds .

The breakfast was included , 2 toasts , a coffee no cream,no milk and an orange juice .Very basic...

I forgot , we have also a lot of small bugs and ants .

It's OK

With my friend we're staying there for 2 nights so we didn't really expected a high quality hotel. But for the price itself is a good hotel. Service was great, definitely, very kind receptionist but unfortunately didn't speak good english. Anyway everything was good. The location is very convenient if you need to catch the bus for somewhere because is 4 minutes walk from the central bus station. The neighborhood is a bit scary though so keep it in mind.

Very bad, good location.Not 3stars as advertaised

The hotel is in a poor condition. I had to walk away from it. I ended up loosing my money. They did not want to refund me because of Expedia penalies. The personel treats you with courtesy but the hoetel is not worthy. The bed has bugs and smells bad. There was a water leakage under the sink spreading all over the room. The airconditining was not working properly. For 10 dollars more in the same day i booked a real 3 stars located 2 minutes away. This newone (One Hotel) it is an excelent choice for about the same money

Unable to stay. Made a reservation at another hotel. photos misleading, floor of bathtub black and old would be an understatement. Horrible bathroom condition. This \"motel\" is not even one star. Only body towels available and extremely old worn out. Smell in the room not livable. Motel dirty. It looked like one of those motels for just an hour or hours.

I want my money back

The room was dirty. The breakfast was horrible. The toilet didn't flush, we had to pour water into bowl to flush it. There was limited parking. The airconditioner only cooled have the room and was as loud as a lawnmower. The beds were as hard as a rock. The sheets were dirty. They only supplied 2 towels. They didn't have face cloths.

Overpriced for what you get. Not worth it!

Not worth the price they charged! The Room I got was quite dusty and had a overwhelming smell of fungus. Did not feel secure at all as it was a motel like setting with no security guard,safety box or even good door locks. The Beds were hard as a rock and had stained sheets on them.There was no water pressure or even hot water in the shower. I was not expecting anything luxurious but Hotels must meet basic standards if they are listed online.
The only positive was that they brought you breakfast in bed each morning and it was a 2 minute walk to the bus station

An excellent and very modern hotel

We really loved staying at Abh. We had first booked a hotel nearby...with bad conditions. Our friends were staying in Abh, and it was actually cheaper than the hotel we had booked! We checked out of the other hotel and quickly walked over to abh. When we got there we couldn't believe how new and clean it was. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are very modern, and super clean. We had breakfast included because we were a walk in. The breakfast was basic, a choice of toast, hotcakes or cereal with some fruit...but it did he job. We even broke a bottle all over the floor and we quickly got help after telling the front desk. We liked the location because it was close to the shops. We felt very safe even walking at night. And you can get a taxi very easily. We will go back again.

Easy walking distance to bus station, the only employee I saw: the desk clerk very friendly. Room and lobby clean though VERY tired. Hard bed, thin sheets(but clean), air conditioning motor running but not cooling, curtain threadbare, breakfast starts at 8am. Again location to bus station unbeatable. I felt like I got what I paid for. I wouldn't tell my friends; they're picky, maybe I am too. The hotel was clean did I say that?

Stuck in Cancun Airport and needed a hotel near the airport. This isn't a resort or in a resort area. It is in a city that isn't in a spot catering to tourists. It was however, clean and adequate as a place to sleep while waiting to be at the airport at 4:30 am.

Fine for the price.

The room itself was fine. It was big enough for 6 people. The bathroom was smaller than a closet. No hot water was a problem as well. The beds were as hard as rocks. Even my small children complained about how hard the beds were.
For the price it was a fine enough place to stay. I would have rated it better if we had hot water.

Todo excelente, servicio, habitación, instalaciones, alimentos,playa, camastros, restaurante, bar, albercas
Solamente un inconveniente importante
Por la noche deje unas bermudas y unas gruesas finas nuevas compradas en Madrid, recién lavadas en la ducha por qué se llenan dé arena al caminar por la playa y por la mañana habían desaparecido
Pregunté y reclamé en la administración no sabían nada,iban a preguntar
A día siguiente volví a preguntar y nada
Me pusieron de pretexto que a veces hay animalitos que salen de la selva en Holbox y se las pueden llevar.
Me puse a observar las demás habitaciones por las mañanas y noches y había ropa de los huéspedes que dejaban sobre las sillas y bardas (seguían ahí)
Lo comenté nuevamente en la administración y me dicen que los mapaches hacen travesuras y se llevan cosas
Le dije, solo se llevan las cosas finas y nuevas , que selectos son
Y si eso ocurre en realidad, porque no me advirtieron de no dejar ropa por la noche fuera de mi cuarto
Y mi habitación no estaba en una orilla del hotel, ni frente a la playa
Estaba muy bien ubicada al centro a un lado del restaurante, del bar y de la alberca principal
Que raro y nunca apareció
Se las llevo alguna persona y tienen cámaras por todos lados y vigilantes

Ojo, las fotos no corresponden a lo real. Positivo: la cercanìa al ADO, que la tv/cable y wifi funcionan muy bien, que hay agua caliente y el señor que se queda en la madrugada buena onda, nos abrìa siempre que llegàbamos tarde. De ahì en fuera la verdad està muy viejo y deteriorado. Uno entiende que hay precios accesibles pero no por eso vas a ofrecer al cliente un muladar y un servicio de porquerìa. Se ve que al dueño de este lugar lo que menos le preocupa son los clientes pues la habitaciòn en general es un asco. Muy sucio. Entrando a la habitaciòn encontramos una cucaracha muerta. Pensè en pedir cambio de inmediato pero mi esposo me dijo que al entrar oliò mucho a insecticida, asì que lo que hubiera ya se habìa muerto y asì fue. Ni pensar en dormir abajo de las cobijas pues las sàbanas rotas, viejas y se ven asquerosas. Lo mismo con el lavabo y la bañera ni se diga, se sentìa pegajosa de lo sucia que estaba (me arrepentì de no llevar chanclas). Paredes sucias, almohadas puerquìsimas, la cortina de la bañera con muchìsimos puntos negros por la humedad, la làmpara del baño rota, poca luz pues solo hay una ventanita chiquita... El joven que nos atendiò pues X, exigentito para el mugrero que es. La chica del aseo se pone a cantar las del Buki a las 10am (de por sì lo alucinamos y que nos despiertan con sus canciones) asì que si te desvelas obvio te despierta; y yo no se què limpia o què cambia porque la verdad todo està horrible. En la vida me vuelvo a quedar aquì.

La ubicacion esta muy bien ya que se encuentra a una cuadra de transportes ADO y de parada ruta 1 y 38.
Sin embargo mi habitación no tenia agua caliente salia fria, las toallas en muy mal estado, estaban algunas rotas y opacas, el primer dia no proporcionaron jabon y shampoo, no contaba con minifrigobar y tampoco cafetera, que es lo básico en una habitacion.
Por lo menos deberían de colocar dos botellas de agua de bienvenida.

Al momento de llegar la persona de recepcion fue grosero, nos discrimino, instalaciones terribles.

Reserve por que el hotel se encientra en la pagina pero No volveria a reservar nunca más.
Deberia de tener filtros para los hoteles por que no.todos cumplen con lo que dicen.

Cómodo para dormir antes de seguir viajando

Solo llegamos a dormir porque nuestro vuelo era temprano, así que dormimos cerca del ADO.
Para los controles debes dejarun depósito de $200 pesos mexicanos

La propiedad no se parece a las condiciones mostradas en las fotos. Las fotos disponibles corresponden al inicio del funcionamiento. Hoy el hotel está descuidado,con un aspecto de motel muy barato. Por un poco más, puedes hospedarteven algo mucho mejor como el City Express o el Ibis.

This was a really shocking experience. The room was dirty, the towels were blotchy. As we open the toweld, there fall insects out. On the pillow were insects too. The neighbour heard music all night long in an absolut not appropriate volume.

I choose just this hotel at the end of my journey, because I wanted to see the town and to made some excursions. Excursions takes full day and to pay extra money for Hotel zone Hotel is not need to. This hotel has a very good location in downtown Cancun just in 3 minutes to ADO (central bus station) to airport. The price for bus with direct connection to airport and is only 78 peso (about 4$) instead of shuttle with 12 S and many stops on the way to pick up people from hotel zone.
The stuff were very friendly with me. They do not speak English, but enough to understand my needs. I could have a hot water any time. I changed my room twice, as the first were a bit dark inside. It is not new or modern rooms, but cleaning service very good and has a clean white bed sheets, towels. There are some channels in english on Satellite TV. I am pleased and surtisyed.
The worst thing were the mexicans how stayed in this hotel, they were listening TV on a high volume and talking load. But until 22-23 o clock... I the night it were calm and quite.
If you have a car you can park inside the hotel side and almost in front of your door. It is secure in my opinion.

Hotel con lo básico para pasar la noche.

El hotel está en el centro, no tiene alberca ni restaurante. El desayuno incluido es demasiado básico. El personal muy amable y atento.
Las toallas son muy pequeñas para un adulto y no ponen ni shampoo
