Good central location, lots of nearby restaurant choices. Beaches were a couple of kilometres away, or inexpensive (12 peso) local bus can take you out to the \"hotel zone,\" 20 km stretch in total, featuring many shopping and restaurant opportunities, wall-to-wall tourist kitsch, as well as more beaches. And a fine indoor-outdoor Mayan Museum around km 15.

Our advertised \"double\" beds seemed smaller and tighter than expected; perhaps better to book a room with queen-sized bed. TV was a bit of an obstacle, on wall attachment facing the bed. We both alarmingly whacked our heads on it in daylight, wouldn't want that encounter in middle of the night if you're getting up half-asleep. For safety, TV really should be moved to adjacent sitting room where there's wall space for it.

This place is totally amazing! Clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, spacious - just a hidden gem. The pillow and bed were a bit harder than I like but ok. My only pet peeve was at 11am the cleaning lady knocked asking if I was checking out. Check out isn’t until 12pm and I requested a late check out at 2pm. Then at 11:45 the front desk called to ask when I was checking out and I can only stay until 1pm. I was VERY annoyed by this! I want to spend the remainder relaxing or doing whatever!!

If you are one light sleeper, avoid this hotel. Not sure why so many reviews rate it as quiet, but I have found it noisy as I kept getting woken up by people opening and closing doors. Also the gates between floors require the keys to unlock, which make constant noise. They allow pets and someone with a barking dog went out aloud at night.

A hidden gem. This is a truly fabulous boutique style hotel. I arrived to a very warm welcome by Guillermo, night manager, who showed me to my room. The room was perfect - spacious, very clean and fresh ( great functioning AC). The bed - wow - so comfortable and I got an excellent night’s sleep. The location is very central and in a safe area. Even though it’s in the city center, I couldn’t believe how quiet it was in the hotel. It’s within walking distance to bars, restaurants, amenities and bus stop / station. All in all I had a perfect stay and I will definitely be back

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was always so quiet for sleeping. The air conditioning, shower and tv all worked perfectly. It was always clean. We would definitely stay there again. There were also lots of fantastic restaurants nearby. It was easy to take transit as well.

Really good hotel to stay. Eating, transportation, shopping all are convenient. Although the hotel room is simple, it is cleaning and every thing available. Other than the backside machine and the room refrigerator a little bit noisy, every thing is excellent! Beacause the flight delayed too much, I arrived almost at the early morning, the staff still went out to open door for us. He may not get slept well that made me feel so sorry.

It is in a good location, not far from ADO bus station and super market, and restaurants. It is right beside the municipal building, so we got to experience Mexican night culture at night. Nice kitchen and area to dry our swimming suits. Only concern was that there were constructions going on when we were there, so it got noisy at night. But they did stop at some point after mid-night.

Centrally located in downtown Cancun, lots of food and shopping in the adjacent area, two blocks from the Bus station, it was a great place to end my trip around the Yucatán!

I was nervous at first about booking a hotel in downtown cancun that was not located at an all inclusive resort in the hotel zone and one that is not a well known brand. However upon arriving to Hotel Nader for an overnight stay with my family I was pleasantly surprised. The Hotel was secure, staff has to let you in the property. You cannot just walk inside because the door is kept locked. After checking in you are then given a set of keys and instructions on how to enter and leave the hotel using your keys. The hotel was very clean. The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. Hotel has a cafe attached to it, we did not get a chance to eat there(it was closed when we arrived to check in around 7pm).There are also restaurants within walking distance. We went out to eat, walked to the restaurant. The surrounding area felt safe, there were police cars driving around frequently. Locals were set up in a long strip selling different items. I loved my 6 night stay at Nader hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and I felt safe and secure. It was very central and close to everything I needed. Lots of restaurants cafes and shops nearby and Parque de la palapas was a five minute walk where I went almost every night to eat and soak in some local culture. The hotel staff were very helpful with recommend things to do and giving directions. Highly recommended!

We just loved this property. Extremely clean, the courtyard was just beautiful with plants and comfortable seating to have a drink after a busy day. The staff was amazing. Any question any need was given to us.I needed a massage and the front desk recommended Suzi who came to our room and was extremely professional and i received one of the best massages ever. We loved that we were only a block off of Tulum, the heart of the city where it was busy and quite active. And to only walk one block to our peaceful and quiet very secure hotel was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed 2 full weeks and were so grateful for the opportunity to be with such wonderful people. The city bus station was 3 blocks away, shopping just a short walk. Perfect location and the absolutely BEST hotel.

Good place to stay. Felt very clean and new. Nice to have your own little place to make your own food. Staff was nice. Only downside was the tiny ants constantly crawling on the desk. Couldn't use it, as they were all over it at all times. No ants anywhere else in the room though, so it was a small price to pay for the rest of the place being great.

I will start off first with what I did not like. Hot water is a gamble sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t so there were a few times we took cold showers…we noticed black ants where the Phone Desk was at. Every morning at 6 AM like clockwork the café under our room would bring the chairs out and it would be very loud because they would drag them across the floor which would literally wake us up. I always travel with my own bathing towels and I highly recommend you do there were no towels in the room wi-Fi isn’t all that good. Naming everything that I did not like I want to add that these issues were nothing major. Also Let me add if you’re disabled or in a wheelchair or walker you may not want to pick this hotel there are no elevators for you to get to the rooms you have to take stairs… Now let me add what I did love about this hotel… The rooms were clean the convenience of the café downstairs they also do room service which was a plus and the food is great. The staff was very friendly and nice. The location is great access to the bus was easy and there are convenience stores shopping centers and restaurants all around the area within walking distance.I loved that in the room they provide a microwave and a refrigerator they both work great. what I also loved is that they provide Netflix on the TV so you can enjoy TV in English. The property and the rooms have a cute look And they keep the property very clean and fresh I definitely will return back

It’s a very short walk from tons of restaurants and the bus station. Quite at night for good sleeping! AC worked well. Staff was super nice!

This is one of the best cheaper Hotels in Cancun. You pay less, but you get a nice service. A nice location in downtown Cancun close to everything such as a local mexican food, ADO bus … Everyone there is professional. I really enjoyed my stay there and I would like to go back again.

This is a small but very nice hotel that offers exceptional service. There are microwaves and a refrigerator in all rooms and their suites are like apartments.The cleaning is exceptional. I have stayed in many hotels in my travels and this is by far the best.

The management is very efficient and disciplined. The hotel is crackerjack. I came here over three weeks ago and the service has been great. The microwave is a lifesaver for a North American vegetarian visiting a meat craving latino country.

Naders Hotel is a small but great hotel which is quiet, attractively furnished and conveniently located. The rooms even come with a microwave and small refrigerator. There isn't much English spoken as the clientele is principally Mexican. But if you know some Spanish you won't have a problem. I have stayed in many hotels in Asia and Latin America and this is the best.
