The inn is definetely still in construction and it's a weird vibe. I, however, was only there for 12 hours between two flights. The bed was comfortable, showers worked perfectly, there was A/C in the room, the WiFi worked well and the staff was very friendly.

I did not get to stay ! there was no one there to let me in and there was no instructions!!! I tried everything to find a phone number and it wasn’t listed anywhere online!! i tried to call Expedia for help and i couldn’t get through to a live person. I ended up walking 2 miles down the road and stayed at the first hotel i could find

The pool was the reason I took this room. Well it's only half full of swampy green water and garbage. My room had no hot water at all, the only thing that worked was the ac.

It was a very inexpensive bedroom for a night and conveniently located for getting to the airport but those were the only positives.

Good size rooms with clean and properly maintained property. They have parking next door. Just the road conditions are not great and have a lot of pot holes and they get bad with rain. There is an oxxo store at walking distance which is open 24 hours.

We reserved a room with 3 beds at this location because it was close to the airport and the website indicated that the hotel offered transportation to the airport. I then called and confirmed this information with the front desk and told them when we would arrive. When we arrived, the room we reserved was not available so they separated us between 2 rooms, one of which smelled horribly of raw sewage. So the 3 of us were forced to share 2 full size beds. And then they did not offer an airport shuttle, we had to pay extra for a cab.
Also, this place is located in a very sketchy area of Cancun. It was run down and dirty. The beds were awfully uncomfortable and the bathroom was full of mold. I will never stay at this location again.

When I travel, I like a little bit of funk. Cancun doesn't offer much for funk, so this place, not in Cancun, in an older building, appealed to my sensibility.
First, the \"hotel\" DOES NOT offer airport pick-up as noted on the general description. It was a $76 can ride to get here, not too far from the airport. After dealing with the hassle and delay in the airport, pick-up would have been greatly appreciated. not having pick-up basically broke the economic choice I made in picking this place.
I chose two balcony rooms in the older house. One room was actually quite small, the other pretty enourmous. The large room did not have a chair, had one overhead light - no bedside lights. The plumbing retrofit in the building was awkard - the vanity hangs out over the sink, so you really have to bend down just to spit out your toothpaste. The balcony didn't offer much in the way of an amenity, and was actually accessible from another part of the hotel.
Poor water pressure, and no hot water. No in-room water for drinking, either.
As for eating. There is no food service on site. The pictures of family dining - don't know how that came off at all. It is next to Kaalau restaurant, which is perfectly fine except they were closed by the time we got there. We had breakfast there the next morning. For dinner, we were directed to Tacos Dani down the street, was clean and well lit.
They did call a cab for the bus station the next day.

Place was great , simple single room, good bed and comfortable. Only complaint was it’s billed as bed and breakfast. It’s not. No breakfast. Other than that place is excellent. Front staff was very kind. Would definitely stay again.

The property was fine but we booked it thinking because it was close to the airport it would be more economical to just spend the night between flights. Turned out that it was almost impossible to get there from the airport. Unfortunately, it would have been cheaper and easier to book something in the center of Cancun. It's really in an out- of- the- way location, and hard to get an Uber or a taxi.

This little gem was so nice. The family was amazing so courteous and helpful.
It’s a beautiful old building that’s been restored and it’s a perfect spot. If you’re leaving for the airport it’s only about 10 minutes away out of town but their stores and restaurants nearby so perfect for that.

You pay for what you get for. I was scared to sleep on the bed it felt dirty and began getting itchy right after sitting on it. Staff was very helpful getting transportation directions but would bever return to a place like this even if its for a few hours like what I needed it for.

Also location wise this place is very isolated and far from everything and you literally have to pay for taxis to go anywhere really because nothing good is even going walking distance, overall 0/10 would not recommend for tourists or anyone unfamiliar/new to Mexico

This is a very budget friendly property. The property has all the basics you need as a traveler. The shower works great, there is a swimming pool.The staff are super friendly and excellent. When my taxi driver didn’t show up the morning I was going for my tour. One of the staff drove me in his car to the meeting point to join the tour bus.The property is about 20 mins away from the airport.There is a 24 hour pharmacy and super market just a walking distance to the property. There’s also a restaurant close by. There’s Walmart , Starbucks and Fridays 10 minutes drive away from the property. The only down side of my room was the bathroom which needs some work done. But overall I had more than my money’s worth. If you’re traveling on a budget this is a good choice for you.

The hotel features a courtyard filled with exotic plants (palm trees, mango trees, Indian jasmine, etc.). There is also a communal kitchen with free coffee and condiments. I enjoyed my conversations with the man who works on the property (possibly the groundskeeper), and he was particularly helpful in helping me figure out my plans in Cancun and the surrounding area. The room was unassuming: There was a set of beds, A/C, a bathroom, and some furniture where you could store your clothes. The cable (or it might have been satellite) didn't work, but that didn't bother me, as I was only planning to be in the room to sleep. All in all, friendly staff and a comfortable place to rest after a long day of adventure.

I couldn't find any breakfast and coffee in the morning also there was no water bottle for the guests. There was a swimming pool there but no water in it. The Air condition was too much noisy. The Amenities are too much old. The most inconvenient is that the check out time and it's 11 am!!!

When we arrived at the bed and breakfast there was nobody there and then a cleaning came and didn’t even know we had booked rooms The place is away where it took us 2 hours wait to get a taxi When we returned back there was a gentleman and I told I have pay His price was more than what Hotel. Com had charged me and then he put my US credit card and charged me Mexican pesos and with the exchange I ended up paying more I would not use this place again as no breakfast and no drinking water I will not recommend anyone Not a good experience

There is a little shop around the corner (oxxo), coffee and sugar is available in the hotel for free (self serve), and you can use the fully equipped kitchen. I was a bit disappointed though that its called bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast. the owner was very friendly, i liked the atmosphere and sitting on the shared entrance terrace. the room had nothing missing, apart from probably a small bedlamp (it had no bulb). I only stayed one night and did not use the pool. It was one of the closest to the airport (still the taxi is expensive)

It's a cheap place to stay near the airport. I was expecting a below average place to get some work done and sleep before my flight - alas - the internet isn't even that reliable. I am glad I had a car and could go work in a cafe/restaurant but wow- if I didn't have a car - I wouldn't have been to do that as most everything is a drive to get there.

Location is in a poor neighborhood with no signage or indication of a Hotel. Searching after dark, we could not find it using google maps. No Hotel at that address! A frightful search after a long day and delayed flight. Lost my money!

It was a little difficult getting to because you have to take the airport bus all the way into Cancun and then take another regular bus almost all the way back to the airport which is where the property is situated The airport buses will not stop, even if they are going right by the area where you are needing to get to.

Is more like a \"private mansion than a public hotel...I arrived at 4 am due a flight delay and I stood a the front door (fence), someone came immediately to open up the gate so I could park my rented car inside the parking lot in the house, the swimming pool was huuuuge pretty cool, inside the \"mansion\" more like a private house feeling, there was no check in we went straight up to the room, I could fit my family of 5 just fine. The guy who opened the gate took us straight to the room brought us bottles of water, said breakfast would be ready at 8:30 even, I did my reservation trough Expedia $77 dlls, 1 king and 2 twin beds,

The property/room didn't look like the pictures. We didn't stay as we didn't like it. The person in charge told us that there was no problem to leave since we didn't like it, and in the evening I got a charge in my credit card.

There are lots of bugs that go into the room so we had to leave about 9pm when they started coming in. We had to call hotel.com to get a refund and they referred me to the guy at the front desk that did not speak English.. thank god I had a Spanish speaking freind with me. Overall horrible experience. P.s. the stairs leading out of the main house are very slippery and slightly angled down this cause my girl freind to take a serious tumble down half of them.

Loved it! Only stayed one night between flights. Very peaceful neighborhood. Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms are private, clean, and quiet. Grounds are tropical and pretty. Pool was clean and huge. Access to a big, well equiped kitchen and dining room in the main house was so nice. We walked to nearby vendor to buy supper, brought it back and dined in comfort. Check out the cute little neighborhood cabs! Looking forward to a longer stay.
